every reason to believe I have no way out but to be compliant, bearing in mind
Marie’s hectic schedule doesn’t afford her the time as say a number
of guys and gals I grew up with in Durban, South Africa and their parents to
even “skim” thru a single email then again the idea
of skimming off the profits when one has employees, shareholders, vendors,
etcetera etcetera to keep “in the dark” wouldn’t even enter her head.
I just added these next paragraphs to the Perception
email I began sending out on May 27th, please note there is only one

Yes, thanks in no small measure to the Digital Age,
a G-D-Send the noose around the head of those who play it “fast and
loose” fast drawing to a close, just this very moment the most incredible
sea breeze air blowing in to our bedroom area spoiled ever so slightly by the
sound of a Marine helicopter passing by.
The continued ignoring by the main stream media to
my “chess games” that reveal a number of
significant weaknesses in the human psyche that can in fact be fixed once the
whole truth and nothing but the truth reaches the masses is as you must surely
recognize incredibly empowering assuming of course u r fully in tune with my
perspective of things, agree?
The section that begins,
“Hey, Kaffirs, you must behave
yourselves, give our businessmen access to your mines, your labor, blah blah” [sic]
appears at first blush more than simply “chaos”,
the
hyperlinks and different fonts and colors overshadowing my delivery to the
everyday person which brings back to the beginning, actually the

where one sees a graphic of the Star
of David coming together.
Now I think most Jewish people including my pal Cliff Benn and
Roy Essakow who having retired like myself quite early in life
much like their parents today have all the time in the world to digest everything
I am saying, the only downside possibly is how much of a negative effect such
disclosures are having on their sex lives, one minute I am talking to folks at
the top of the pyramid and the next to the masses, slowly but surely everyone
coming together realizing that change is built into to our DNA
without expecting G-D to gift much more than an Almighty Smart “hand” so few of us truly grateful?
Yesterday afternoon after visiting with my good
friend Amos Wright I received this email below from an attorney at Loeb & Loeb,
I got your voice mail message and listened to it
carefully. Unfortunately, because of my new affiliation, my new firm's
significant fee and retainer requirements and my very heavy workload, I can't
offer you any assistance. Good luck in your pursuit of the bad guys.
After taking care of a number of household chores
that keep me fully grounded I responded with the following:
Got back earlier this afternoon from visiting with
our mutual friend Amos Proctor Wright who recently
completed his obituary not forgetting, however, to take care of
both his and his second wife’s funeral arrangements, one-of-a-kind our
man Amos Wright, perhaps thinking that in the event he outlives us all the
volume discount deal may be construed as a down payment in an unprecedented
roll up, agree?
I have yet to hear of anyone not even in the highly
competitive Funeral Director business dreaming up such a no brainer other than the South African
Oppenheimer family in The Diamond Invention with a good deal
of help from Charles Engelhard not to forget my poor poor uncle David
Gevisser, Charles Engelhard’s heir apparent, agree?.
And to top it off Amos tells me that u were born of
all places in South Africa which if true must have me
questioning either my memory

Why the heck in the 20 years I have known you never
informed me of such very very very important matters?
Surely that alone would have conflicted u out from
being involved in my settlement negotiations with Insurance Marketing Services to mention
in passing Amos while I was in his study calling and speaking with his
son’s legal assistant, commenting after hearing that David E. Wright Esq
was representing a client in an arbitration,

Your new firm is one I am somewhat familiar with my
seeming to recall their name coming up when I first “rescued” this “damsel in distress”, Ms.
Schiff ultimately thanking me so graciously with a lifetime stipend that
some not familiar with my “work product”
would have construed to be possibly “usurious” to mention just in passing I finally
picked up my mail at my PO BOX 307, Del Mar, California that
contained a detail breakdown of the Mission Impossible
$2,700 legal bill from Knapp Petersen & Clark that
I think u would agree once u have a chance to examine it on The Internet needs further examination
much like this “smile” photograph, nothing worse
than having to “suck the hind tit” agree?
I just got off the phone with my amazing father who
now lives in Melbourne, the “wether” [sic] over there no quite what
we have here in Del Mar, u would agree Del Martians a distinctively different
breed to say the species of man Vs woman,
agree?
My Dad has in fact met Ms. Vicky “Sticky” Schiff and all he asked
was if I would continue to communicate in writing just like we did for a good
half hour, the cost around one United States cent a minute, compared to the
“knuckleball” email contained in the “wether” communiqué
to the attorney representing the Wetherly Capital Group responsible for
masterminding and executing almost to perfection the rigging of the California
Gubernatorial elections held on November 8th 2002, yours truly once again at the “center
of things”, my promising although, u
may be intimately familiar with the game of rugby not to go off on a tangent
about the importance of the 2 center positions in the back line.
So where to draw the line so as to be taken
seriously while staying alive without having one’s legs chopped off below the knee in order to c
the end of time?
I am told we r 2 minutes from shabbas dinner.
It was the “substance”
of Ms. Vicky “Sticky” Schiff’s “thank
you, thank you, etcetera etcetera”
actions that others might argue demonstrated beyond a “shadow of a doubt”
formed an impenetrable circle, much akin to having a good “cut man”
in one’s corner when going up against a 2,000 pound gorilla law
firm like Milberg Weiss

Lerach, perhaps my copying u on an email
that made reference to why the attorneys opposing the likes of MWBHL may
not be inclined to “strike that hard” in this “God eat God” [sic] world,
pretty hard to judge when a major league batter is all “bought and
paid 4” [sic], agree?
Should your firm be defending a corporate client who
happens to be a target of the likes of Milberg Weiss
Or
One of their prostitutes and r truly interested in going
after the “bad guys” why not form an alliance with the “ultimate
insider”, greenmail u probably know does not require
the approval of a judge looking out for the best interests of momworker63s
blah blah

Glenn, Amos Wright’s comment on the all
important subject of arbitration was almost as telling about the nature of this
great man as his parting comment,
“Getting old is not what it’s cracked up
to be. Don’t by that shit[sic]!”
And when I told him that was the very first time I
could recall him using fowl
language the laughter almost resulted in me putting him into an early grave.
I have only read the first
page of the history of Amos’ family written by his first wife on
her death bed probably no one other than his children aware of Amos’
“blue
blood” stock, never once wearing anything but humility on his
lapels, his great grandfather, Isaac B. Wright coming to the United States
early in the 19th Century, a colonel in the War of 1812 later marrying
the granddaughter of General Evans Shelby, a general in the American
Revolutionary War.
Amos’ obituary reads in part him retiring from
Insurance Marketing Services in 1984 my having joined this
marketing-publishing group in August the same year, Amos “handing over the reins”
the instant he realized I grasped the fundamentals of “Your

and as far as I am aware its primary funding source is its
“parent”, Luecadia National Corporation [LUK]
involved in a number of projects around the world including the cultivation and
harvesting of liquor not to forget that LUK has a $6 billion joint
venture going with Warren “BO”
Buffet.
The President of HomeFed may have difficulty today
swallowing a number of things none more so than the infamous words Amos Wright
told him in November 1998, “Your “Yes Men’ will kill
you” after Paul Borden in following up with Joseph
Steinberg’s suggestion that he hire me to “clean up his fowl
act” [sic] asked Amos,
“Does Gary get on with everyone?”
Now, of course even though Joe Steinberg, who is the
chairman of HomeFed and co-managing director of LUK a company that got going back in 1978 when I arrived in the
United States seeking my fortune, later went on to accuse me of nearly causing
a “Revolution” at HomeFed in a matter of hours after
arriving on the scene back on December 1st 1998, Joe and I have
continued to stay in touch and u may even recall Joe who lives most of the year
in the town north of Del Mar buying some of the excellent swordfish harpooned
by our JoNathan’s sperm donor back in early August
2002?
Other items in my diary today are to call
Amos’ son a rather successful litigator in Indiana, his secretary who I think
goes by the name Marion having moved alongside David E. Wright Esq as he has gone from
greener pasture to even greener pasture, guiding light to
boot.
I am ever mindful of not sucking in even a wordly
person as Amos Wright’s son into one of my “chess games”
telegraphing my “punches” far different to a “Punch
and Judy” show, my knowing full well that I will in the end achieve
each and every one of my stated objectives even if it means spending the rest
of my life in a padded 10-foot cell.
Following the money trail, understanding evidence
does not require a “rocket scientist” mind, even
our 11 year old JoNathan would be able to follow the irrefutable “smoking
gun proof” in my possession as it relates to each and every one of my
“chess games.”
And the fact that he knows I am an “above
average” chess player probably helps, at the same time fully aware
that like all mortals I can get scared at times, not many times tho, in the
past going on 5 years although when he and I along with 2 of his friends went
for a late night walk on the beach last night had I been chewing on what a good
number of my target audience are battling to swallow knowing full well that
things are going to get a little tougher be4 I ease up on the throttle, unless
they get with the program “quick”, I might have used up one
of Amos’ funeral spots as they scared the living daylights out of me,
then again I plan to go out this time around without any fanfare, my being
gifted a colorful tropical fish yesterday perhaps a sign of
what’s in store 4 me?
My having been quite fortunate to have been around
perhaps the brightest people to have walked this planet beginning with both
parents, my “above average”
fighter-bomber-pilot father only finding out in his 60s that he was dyslexic,
my mother even assuming she is 99% senile
would still be able to run circles around an out of control rogue like Sol
“Gambling Czar” Kerzner, the
likes of Fred DeLuca of Subway fame, a certified member of mensa,
etcetera etcetera.
And back again to Amos Wright whose first wife
Marion while deathly ill one can tell just from her dictation of Amos’
illustrious heritage could have given Marilyn
vos Savant a “run
for her money” Amos though, may not only have been the
brightest person I have met but his humor may have been what has him appearing
to be the most balanced
which is what one would expect from those bred within the Bell Shaped Curve, nothing quite as smart as being able to play the
game, so who do u think made G-D so Almighty Smart?
Once again Amos gifted me priceless items our
genuine love for one another in stark contrast with the majority of
folks I have come into contact with that will continue to resonate even if this
man that Mason Houghland, Spur founder, owner of some 300
gasoline stations, kept trying to land time and again, returns?
Mason Houghland responsible more so than any
individual for their being independent gas station operators in the United
Sates, the only person I know of who beat John D. Rockefeller at his “own
game”?
And yes we come full circle to Ida Tarbell the
journalist at the turn of the 20th Century more responsible in my
opinion than any one including all the fricken cowards on Capital Hill to take
on John D. Rockefeller, the rogue of
rogues by using satire, does this cartoon and this cartoon, Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk, ring a bell?
Glenn we are coming down to the wire, yes everyone
should find the time as well as wire me a buck

And then give me suggestions on how to clear up

which will help kick-start this planet on the road to recovery, once again being in perfect
balance, the “writing
is on the wall” for those of us in tune, agree?
To simply suggest we are on borrowed time is
tantamount to the tailor impressing upon the Emperor,
“No need to wear clothes, trust me I can weave magic
with my hands.”
The deafening silences, the reluctance of folks like
the FBI to interview me, surely
being understood by those other than the “ruling
class”?
Surely there r others other than the FBI who have a record of the FBI calling me in back in the early
1990s when seeking assistance in the sentencing of a white collar criminal
whose Harvard Business School lacky hired me to assist in a number of “corporate

be appropriate for what you are writing…

It obviously is a spin off of the
quote “possession is nine tenths of the law” but I think it is
accurate and right to the point.
As far as what you wrote/are writing;
I have not been reading everything that you CC me with but I do skim most of
them. The biggest problem I see with it is that it is not aesthetically pleasing.
You enjoy art very much so
must understand how even with just a glance, a painting can convey all kinds of
feeling and emotion. When I opened the link you sent, my first impression is
chaos. The hyperlinks and different fonts
and colors overshadow your content. I believe everyone has a gift or something
that they can contribute to the world. I believe you have a genuine desire to
make the world a better place than when you entered it, but I think that your
writing style is hurting the
delivery to the everyday person. With all the fuss over “The Passion of
Christ” there have been a lot of documentaries on the realities
surrounding Christ and that time period. Stuff like, there were thousands of
people during that time that believed they were the Messiah and thousands of
people that were crucified. So why does the Christian world believe in Jesus
and not some other guy? Good Public Relations… basically
marketing and packaging of the story. With that said, you may have the
solutions for all of the world’s problems but unless you have good marketing with the
right packaging, your message will not live beyond you.
For me, you start to lose my attention
when you talk about your daily

I am admittedly out of the loop with
