Lori hi –would you forward this email on to the owner of the property located at 27^th street and please copy me on that communication.

My wife, Marie Dion Gevisser, is willing to pay $x month based on our desire to live closer to the beach with an option to renew at the same monthly rate for a period of 18 months although if the owner were to insist on no more than 12 months I believe Marie could live with it.

We cannot, however, live without our two kids and the two dogs who need each other in the event we were to “pass away” and perhaps you might tell the owners more about the market, maybe they haven’t seen their property in a while that has more than the “wear & tear” we have seen on similarly priced properties, one in a better neck of the woods with 4 bedrooms, 21/2 baths, huge living area, nice beautiful yard, ocean view from several rooms, upstairs suite very clean + tons of “tender loving care”, nothing quite like having the principal in town to prevent more than the “fair share” of “games.”

I just got back from assisting a soccer coach who has never played the game but has the right attitude and skillsets to deal with 11-year-olds most of whom are out of shape. Marie+I although married less than 5 months have been together for going on a decade.

We are “soul mates” who understand the need to give one another space which is why we have, sum might argue, more than our “fair share” number of homes around the world including this rock cabin up in Pine Valley where we stay 2 to 3 days per week when “out & about” in southern California.

We also travel out of State quite a lot and soon we will begin renovations on our Seacrest property located in Minehead in the southwest countryside of England. Most of the business deals we do are “principal to principal” very often on a “hand shake” our word being “our bond.”

I don’t know of any couple in the world that quite loves one another the way Marie and I do, and had you been at our wedding+reception which, all said and done, cost just $313 including marriage certificate you would have seen more than simply tears, not to forget Marie’s great expression, “When the dialogue becomes two monologues it is the beginning of the end.”

It breaks my heart to think of all the lost opportunities that pass through the hands of “good people” my ability to ferret out both the “best” and “worst” slowly becoming quite legendary, nothing quite as insightful as Socrates, I believe, who said, “Good people don’t need friends.”

I am in fact in the process of completing my book Manager Minute One which is a take-off of the business book best seller, Manager Minute One, that we should all be our own managers from minute one.

In this quest of mine to help solve the problems of the world which we believe have nothing to do with race, color or religion, simply poor parental religious teaching, I am launching approximately 100 websites that happen to be on track to be the number one websites on the planet.

The hub website is www.nextraterrestrial.com that looks like a 3 year old has been programming the site and it is all about empowering the kids to parent the adult “diks” and the one that may grab your attention the most even though there is nothing up there right now is www.emananddog,com which just as Quantum Mechanics requires things working “in reverse” as well as they do “forward” so is GODdnaNAME never to “moc” [sic] turning up “aCes” every step of the way.

We are though very frugal people who “give away” perhaps more than your average “Joe Blow” which is not to say that we are dumb enough to give to just any charitable institution, in fact over my entire lifetime I have probably never given more than a $1,000 all totaled to any so-called organized religious institution for the simple reason I have yet to find one religious institution willing to subject themselves to my “due diligence.”

At the end of the day I am quite optimistic that Manager Minute One et al will be not only a best seller but will set the standard in terms of getting people to think differently beginning with how we go about educating our children, taking another “stab” at the Bell Shaped Curve” that for the most part has the prodders finding their way up in to the upper echelons of power, while those with inventiveness often sit on the sidelines not wanting to “get involved” their ideas either stolen or sitting on the shelves of patent attorneys tasked with keeping the “latest & greatest” off the store shelves.

I am in the process of launching a series of “Perfect Storms” geared toward getting folks to think differently and at the same time holding our elected leaders accountable like perhaps never before in the history of mankind and of course you would agree the word “mankind” has to be the quintessential oxymoron since man is anything but kind, most of all man is in conflict with nature.

G-D-Nature is something I have spent a lifetime examining specifically from the purest of languages, i.e. mathematics and there is possibility that I may have in fact completed the work Einstein began in his search for a Unified Theory of the Inner Workings of the Universe.

Although I don’t have that much formal education, to begin with, even less in mathematics and physics I am a quick study once I am provided with the basic forms of “expression.”

Suffice to say after painstakingly examining in the minutest of details Einstein’s e=mc² mathematical formula I came to the conclusion that this ingenious explanation of the workings of the cosmos, matter in “deep space” a so-called perfect “vacuum environment”, is at the heart of explaining both “evolution” as well as the “hand of God” some folks replacing the “o” in “God” with a “-“ perhaps because of their belief that G-D-Nature disposed of our tails in an effort to guide us not to run around in circles.

It is all about “change” and the symbol for change, the triangle, ▲, one of the “building blocks” suggests how we can get back to the basics, change builds character.

There has never been anyone in the history of the human species who better exemplifies the importance of each one of us from the get-go being able to stand on our two feet more so than Pythagoras who most historians, certainly mathematicians would argue was the very first scientist with his “This and this equals that” taking both mysticism and superstition out of the equation, and perhaps the thing that Pythagoras had most going for him was to embrace women into his inner circle.

But for the life of me I have been battling to understand how science and mathematics got lost for sum 1500 years until Leonardo de Vinci came along and even then there is no guarantee that he was in fact able to draw a perfect circle “free hand.”

I happen to believe each one of us has the “free will” to do one of two things, good or evil and the rest is all a bunch of baloney although in Judaism, we say, “Do unto thy neighbor what you would want him to do unto you and the rest is commentary” the bottom line though is that “numbers do not lie.”

I do not lie, steal or cheat, having a profound belief in G-D after painstakingly examining the evidence “backwards & forwards” recognizing that as in Quantum Mechanics there can not be certainties only probabilities, that the better the evidence the better the proof, e=mc² being all the evidence I believe the masses will need for “evolution” as well as “the hand of G-D” going “hand in hand.”

We can only hear things within a non-vacuum environment such as in spaceship earth, relying on all our senses to provide feedback but given all the “noise” that is out there, in particular the ungodly amount of artificial light in addition to all the garbage spilled over the airwaves that has many folks staying up later than their bodies can handle, sleep deprivation a very unnecessary evil, to the point that we are now facing a “breaking point.”

My main business before I started to see the markets going “topsy turvy” was “risk assessment” specifically being able to gauge risk “across the board” in both the stock as well as commodity markets and of course I got very bored, as well as mad, as I saw how they were rigged, day in and day out by those who had mastered how easy it was to fool folks so distracted trying to make ends meet.

The bottom line is that when one comes to terms that the speed of light in a non-vacuum environment is not a constant, that it does in fact change, just like the diffraction we see when placing say a spoon in a glass of water, akin to the “red shift” effect which tells us that from our perspective the universe is expanding at an accelerating rate in many ways similar to what we refer to within spaceship earth as the Doppler Effect, we can then step back a little and take a look at Newton’s principle,　 “4 every action there is an equal and opposite reaction”, nothing is gained nor is anything lost, that in effect m=mass is the constant, that with the speed of light moving “up or down” so is energy impacted “exponentially”, nothing quite like twisting blood out of a stone or messing with the “status quo.”

There can be many interpretations to the chapters and verses of The Bible but the one I like comes in the early moments of the first book of Moses, Exodus, when G-D said, “Let there be light” and from that moment forth within spaceship earth there has been “energy” in abundance, i.e. evolution, but the light is starting to flicker given our inability to “hear” the calling of others less fortunate who may not have our “aggressiveness” our “animal instincts to survive” as in the “survival of the fittest” but who do have a sensitivity being still so relatively close to nature, or mother earth as some would suggest.

One must never be so arrogant as to think one’s “sh1t” [sic] doesn’t stink and the best thing one can do besides for making people “pay thru the nose” be4 they will listen is to simply suggest.

It is in my opinion man’s testosterone having got out of “balance” that has us now “face to face” with the evitable, either finding a way to make peace or us all ending up in a “rat hole” and starting all over again.

I happen to believe in addition to the world being “endless” that the only way to get things done right now is for their to be a “rude awakening” for those who have lied, stolen and cheated the most, who “co-opt” oftentimes good people to do their “dirty work”, most people are honest, hard working, wanting to make the most of their “G-D given lot” and no more than 4 paychecks away from being out on the street, soon to be setting up shop in parking lots as the price of energy goes through the roof.

With all that said, when one looks just a little further in to the first part of Exodus we come across the following words, “Hear O Israel, I am the Lord thy G-D, G-D is one.”

It is not, “Look…” or “Smell…” or “Feel…” or “Touch…blah blah” sound a phenomenon which we only find here on earth.

It may all come down to coincidences but then you have to ask yourself the question, “How many coincidences does it take before it is no longer a coincidence?”
