– Not long after I saw u this morning make a right turn off Highway 101
in downtown Del Mar, California I was visiting with your landlord who thought u
might be having second thoughts about hanging out at The
Tree House now that u r married and if that is the case I just would
like u to know how appreciative I would be if u would speed things up so that I
can move the west coast headquarters of M

– I understand that the renovation completed right after I left The Tree
House soundproofed the area between your birds eye view of the rich chicks going back and forth to the Del Mar Plaza in
downtown Del Mar and the great space I rented referred to as The Cave below which should benefit me
greatly not that the lady who took over my space would be interested in my
business-personal matters but the folks who will be visiting with me in the
4seeable future may prefer to maintain their privacy as we go about
implementing our Clean Water project.

surely recall the Settlement Agreement referenced in my
prior email [c below] had everything to do with me spearheading
a water fund for the Wetherly Capital Group that
project referred to in a rather incriminating document dated February 8th
2002 known as the California Agricultural Partners is how
I first became acquainted with Dr. Rod Smith, our first meeting taking
place over lunch where a “renter” of the WCC,
Mr. Joe Campos, present at that February 8th meeting along with Ms.
Vicky “Sticky” Schiff, carbon copied on this missive, made some
rather interesting pronouncements about fraud being perpetrated at US Filter, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Vivendi Environmental which is 63% owned by Vivendi.
Dr.
Vivendi,
the French water conglomerate who used to own Universal Studios were very much
a party to the shenanigans that took place that had the WCG deciding that I was “more trouble
than I was worth”, the decision, however, to obfuscate their
non-stellar performance thanks again to the Digital Age, A G-D-Send, not
exactly lost on an increasingly more in tune world population, the speed at
which technology is bridging the information divide that has kept the have nots
from getting at the haves who rarely do much more than at best take up space
the worst offenders those so self absorbed that they promote policies to
assuage their guilt that destroy economic opportunity for those who are trying
to make a living found mostly in my humble opinion mostly amongst the Rich
Democrats.
The
irrefutable “smoking gun proof” of political
corruption at the highest levels of the Democratic Communist Party and
its implications being increasing understood but perhaps more importantly
igniting folks all over the world that “enough is enough” is the
manner in which a default judgment was executed against me on September 30th,
6 days after I had been served with a bogus eviction lawsuit that
had on its cover page a document which spells out in bold lettering my need to
respond, “within 10 days of the date of service.”

have yet to know whether u capitalized on the knowledge I had back in early
January of 2002 just prior to when u and I first visited along with Pypeetoe Machu Picchu, Peru, January
3rd to be precise, the day I suggested my
Client-Partner-Wife Marie Dion get her will witnessed by an attorney neighbor,
the same day that Vivendi’s share price began an unprecedented,
precipitous 280 day decline, Vivendi and Vivendi
Environmental losing some $63 odd billion in market value?
Interesting
that the safe deposit Ms. Vicky “Sticky”
Schiff and I owned jointly at the Union Bank
just down the road from The Tree House was numbered 280, those who control the
water, grab the land, own the bank.
Now
for all I know u could have shared such information with say one of your
foreign lady friends who in turn using a myriad of methods could have
camouflaged their “short” stock trades remaining
well off the radar screen of the Securities Exchange Commission, such
incredible gains by the way would not have been considered “insider
trading” possibly resulting in u spending time in prison where all your
exercising may

not have prepared u well for being “boned up the ass by Bubba”
since all my information was in fact considered by those attorneys counseling
me well schooled in these matters to be in the “public domain.”

recall how the SEC made such a big fuss about obtaining and eventually getting the list of the Chief Financial Officers
attending in the spring of 1999 the Business Week convention held in Phoenix,
Arizona, to the best of my knowledge just another “red herring”,
i.e. smokescreen much like the 2 Grand Juries investigating criminal misconduct
by Milberg Weiss-Lerach providing the investing public with nothing but a false
sense of security, no different u might argue to us never hearing again from
momworker63 who responded to my 2nd ever
posting on The Internet, agree?
Not
to forget 67% of these top corporate executives
admitted to having falsified on at least one occasion the financial statements
of their public corporations,
It getting more and more difficult for folks to ignore what I am saying,
increasingly more difficult to even suggest stuff along the following lines,
One of my biggest complaints about your emails are
that on most occasions, your Post Script is longer than the body of the email.
Post Script should be your after thought, something that is less important than
the body. In this email I think that the PS is as
important or more than the body. You expanded more but I think you can still
make it more “simple stupid”. Draw a connection between your
points. The paragraphs in succession should be some how linked to each other.
If you want to talk about something that is unrelated, send it in a separate
email.
I empathize with you and your desire to make the
world aware, but

good critique as long as one does not recognize that I have done not only a
rather terrific job of staying alive much longer than my adversaries ever

for Mr. Melvyn Weiss Esq. of Milberg Weiss-Lerach who while locked in battle
with his former co-chairman Bill Lerach is very much joined at the hip with
this scoundrel in their love of money “at any cost.”

inherited wealth courtesy of the Heinz family hooking the masses on the cheap

criminal enterprises such as the WCC.
George
W. Bush’s comments about the rich not paying taxes is strong evidence of his
intellectual honesty, so shameful that anyone would dare
to give him a hard time for having been born into a family of privilege
neglectful of mentioning the many avenues that would allow this great man to
opt out and simply enjoy “the sinful life” but chooses
instead to “fight the right fight” for the common man, his command
of Spanish saying everything about his character versus his opponent’s
command of French-French, enough to make u vomit, agree?
It
is one thing to say a whole bunch of garbage about someone but quite something
else to provide irrefutable “smoking gun proof” of political
corruption as I am currently willing, ready and able, focused exclusively on
doing the “right thing” for the “general good”
