1. The igniter on the heater is malfunctioning. I am calling Tony the handyman since he is the one that repaired it the last time. I will not go through another winter without central heat. At the same time I will [have] him repair the electrical outlets. If you choose not to respond I will pay for the work and such monies will be part of the specified damages I will be seeking against you and the Warrens in court.
2. There is still a leak in the roof. Damage has been done to the carpet by the bedroom doors leading on to the balcony.
3. There was another explosion of termites inside the house coming out of the ceiling in the master bedroom this past month just like there was last year when I moved in, the difference between last year and now is the significant increase in the termite population which has me concerned about my valuable antiques. Again such matters were not disclosed when I moved in although I mentioned it to Ms. Goetz on my first walk through and followed up via email during the year.
4. The handle on the dishwasher is broken.
