Funny u ask so eagerly now.

Two, roof leak that was a priority last winter, still needs fixing.

Third, the glass in the bedroom window door that u were supposed to send someone to replace remains an eyesore.

Need I remind u of my wasted time, your handyman repeatedly failing to show up and when he dropped by behaved very unprofessionally taking the measurements which u failed to act on it.

Fourth, send me a $100 for the carpet cleaning u committed to reimburse me.

Fifth, once again this house shows signs of termite infestation.
