anything illegal, it quite obvious Gary was exacerbated trying to get it in to your

[sic] that your negligence in fulfilling your obligations of us being provided

Enjoyment” may very likely be the result of your lifestyle, to repeat

how important it is to Marie and the kids and that will get them through
another year of school without being disrupted and, but as far as renting the

I am quite confident Mr. JRK would agree that I have “coached” him rather well in recent times, beginning in the spring of 1999 around the time that his “arch rival” Bill Lerach Esq. of Milberg Weiss-Lerach came out with his so “Astonishing” revelations referenced in our first discussion and followed up in our prior communications, “how to respond to fast balls thrown at or near head” not all that difficult to impress upon Mr. JRK my “credibility” given my rather prescient timing, being in pivotal position time and again to make a “difference”.
Bear in mind “tho-ugh” [sic] that while emailing me recently to assist him find a “significant” shareholder in AIG Mr. JRK of course had another “al-to-get-her” [sic] different agenda in mind which I know he would agree, certainly, if hooked up to an FBI lie detector machine, I flushed out rather well to mention little of Mr. JRK very unlikely to be “classified” as “pathological”, i.e. highly doubtful he would fool a well seasoned FBI agent administering the polygraph, very likely today a little “tTOo” [sic] distracted to assist me on this particular issue, although I remain hopeful that once he has rid himself of his “Bozo-the-clown acquaintances” he will join our “social cause” in “earnest” [sic].
While I am not a lawyer-liar and would very likely not get much sympathy from a corrupt judge given how I have a rather good batting average in going after corrupt professionals in each and every discipline I am quite confident that I as well as my wife are an honest attorney’s dream given how I can not only “cut to the chase” when necessary, I can follow along pretty well in helping prove out stuff such as “Scienter”, culpable state of mind, an expression the likes of Mr. JRK use ocassionaly, such a higher standard of proving fraud making class action lawsuits that much harder to “stick” which is of course why they would call on my unique and universal “risk assessment” skills.
