Summary: If u were to be convinced that I have in my possession irrefutable ¡°smoking gun proof¡± of political corruption at the highest levels of the Democratic Party with direct ties to at least one member of the California Coastal Commission who I understand grants authority to folks like the Del Mar City council to issue stuff like building permits costing Del Martians somewhere in the neighborhood of $33,000 which of course is a ¡°drop in the bucket¡± considering the connecting dots that allow those who have stolen the most, i.e. been the most successful in building in to their ¡°cost of sales¡± the ¡°cost of getting caught¡± building story upon story, would u support my ¡°call to action.¡±

Dear Jeff,

Nope.

As the new owner begin by taking care of the maintenance, all the trees need trimming and the grass is dead not to forget the bird of paradise blocking my Partner-Wife¡¯s oshon view

Or

Leave it up to me to bring in Jose who to the best of my knowledge while a legal Mexican does not charge an ¡°arm and a leg¡±, unlikely as well his assistants would call, disturbing my peace, 4 all Lilly White Wheaty Eeating Del Martians to begin paying their fair share 4 sucking the Colorado River bone dry be4 it reaches the land mass of Mexico; Jose never once mentioning anything about taking back this land that more than a handful of his other 17 odd other brothers and sisters feel they have more rights to than even the sacrosanct riparian rights, part of the Colorado 4.4 Agreement addressed rather well I seem to recall in the White Paper prepared by Mr. Rod Smith of the Waterstrategist.com and presented to former Governor of California, the dishonorable Gray ¡°Ho Chi Min¡± Davis on December 28th 2001, earlier I left a message on Rod¡¯s cell answering service to confirm the date.

Since we did not have much success with u answering what u seem to suggest was a highly convoluted question contained in the ¡°sex a` trios is out of the question! email,

Please take your time in responding to my counteroffer of $100,00.

Which I apologize profusely did not contain a question mark, let¡¯s c if u can answer these 10 straightforward questions:

1. Would u agree that if I were to allow you to place poles indicating to neighbors the extent to which their oshon view would be blocked once u find a way to work within the parameters of the Del Mar City¡¯s building codes that besides 4 without a shadow of a doubt interfering with my right to ¡°quiet enjoyment¡±, I would be, 4 lack of better terminology, ¡°aiding and abetting¡± the age old routine, those with the biggest guns win the rich chicks?

2. Would u know what has happened to Po-Li Pollak a one-time regular talking head on the Fox TV Network?

3. Have u begun to feel the grass roots movement calling for the remains of former Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy be4 being tossed into a dumpster together with the White Cross alongside those of not yet disgraced enough Larry Lawrence, the former United States Ambassador to Switzerland during the Clinton regime, be examined ever so carefully by relatives of folks like Steve Biko giving them a say in exactly which Waste Management dumpster would be most suitable?

4. Would u be interested in purchasing from us www.real-ty.com?

5. Would u be interested in purchasing from us www.sellnext.com?

6. When would be the earliest u would expect for there to be a public airing of your plans to improve your piece of dirt?

7. Would u support an amendment to the tax code that allowed renters the exact same benefits as owners of improved land?

8. Were u to be convinced we have a ¡°bulletproof-watertight¡± solution for solving all the water related problems in the world would u give up your plans to build another ¡°dream house¡± in Del Mar?

9. How much would u donate to publicize the plan?

10. Were u to be convinced that I have in my possession irrefutable ¡°smoking gun proof¡± of political corruption at the highest levels of the Democratic Party with direct ties to at least one member of the California Coastal Commission who I understand grants authority to folks like the Del Mar City council to issue stuff like building permits costing Del Martians somewhere in the neighborhood of $33,000 which of course is a ¡°drop in the bucket¡± considering the connecting dots that allow those who have stolen the most, i.e. been the most successful in building in to their ¡°cost of sales¡± the ¡°cost of getting caught¡± building story upon story, would u support my ¡°call to action.¡±

Take care,

The Rattlesnake

Ps ¨C Be4 calling my Partner-Wife Marie Dion on her cell phone to c if she had anything to add to what I wrote above, PW MD letting me know once again this morning as she headed out the door how much in love she is with Sebastian Capella, her latest painting looking more and more like Johnny Dion, I had a few words with Amos P. Wright who took a bet with me that the Editor of the Del Mar Times which is owned by local real estate players having worked out that paying for advertising is dumb akin to what occurred when Roger W. Robinson appeared on 60 Minutes back on January 24th, doesn¡¯t have the courage to at least print my summary, what do u think?

Ps I ¨C Just received the fax displaying the article which appeared recently in the London Mirror sent by the world famous brother and sister Canadian team operating our Ccrest=Seacrest Caf¨¦ in Minehead England, so if u remain ¡°tT¡Þ¡± [sic] busy, thinking tho, of taking a rest not wanting to be bothered even thinking of hyperlinks read this below and perhaps, we can work out a good deal that would make it worth your while hanging in Minehead, England a while;

We preferred the quieter western end and, after driving past the harbour wall and fishing boats, we thought we had run out of places to stop for lunch. Then we spotted the Seacrest, a real find.

The cafe is run by a young brother and sister from Canada who prefer to serve healthier options to the chips, fudge and candy-floss sellers that feed the hordes by the seafront's amusement arcades. It's the last building on West Quay and is just yards from the famous South West Coast Path.

The cafe, with its raised terrace and uninterrupted views across the Bristol Channel to South Wales, proved a welcome sight for the walkers who had trekked the nine miles from Porlock Bay

Ps II ¨C Rather telling wouldn¡¯t u agree that Dr. John Pollard certainly not the dumbest individual I have had the incredible pleasure of meeting in my life, his friend, Francis Crick, a pioneer in DNA we just heard passing away, The London Mirror picking up this story before our local papers, would make such an incredibly big deal out of the question I put to him following PW MD¡¯s winning streak at the Turf Club this past Sunday, to repeat,

Can u tell me if u have ever been to any gambling joint

Or

Even heard about anyone credible in the presence of a single human being who has come anywhere near close to calling the exact winners, seconds and thirds as Marie did this past Sunday, not to forget those all important digits 1421?

Gary,

Although I appreciate your intellect I did not understand your reply. We want to ¡°accommodate¡± [sic] you and your needs but I am having a hard time figuring out what they are. Could you please clarify as to what date you could move out of our property.

Thanks Gary,

Jeff Smith
