client-s Dr. John Ben Stewart that he is in receipt of this communiqué
from his one former wife, Marie Dion, that may not
have spelled out things all that clearly in terms of who in her family he, The Sperm Donor, should not communicate
with, i.e. the only thing I believe said on this subject was the following:

contrary, given his penchant for mischief he could act more desperately than
the likes of Mr. Thomas

“Hostile Defense” attorneys who although having much more to
lose and u can go to the bank they will lose, such men do have, in my opinion,
character, to mention in passing too emails from The
Sperm Donor’s bosom-pal Ms. Kathryn Murry, more
than a handful of folks consider nothing short of threatening.
U recall
first Ms. Dirt Murry sending me

List email on our wedding day, April 22nd of last
year and then again there was this E-mail of
February 26th coming just 31 odd minutes ahead of this E-mail from another
pathologist Dr.

I have
added a hyperlink here and there but perhaps u could make more sense of this
rather cryptic communiqué coming from someone so “dirty” my wife considers nothing short
of “irrelevant”, Marie Dion last communicating soon after u and
your client-s’ defeat with this “Don’t even try!” as Ms.
Murry tried to “cozy up.”
I, on the
other hand, quite well schooled in the business of “desperate people
acting desperately” c things quite differently, and if I am repeating
myself, tough!
Tough love
may work on kids such as JoNathan and Danielle who I happen to believe would be
far better off with their incredible mother having full custody but then again I
respectfully defer to my most loving wife who cares so well 4 them as well as
me, on such matters, bearing in mind that those of us who have been “around
the block” more so than someone your client has referred to time and
again in the most disparaging ways, his actions, however, now part of the
record until eternity speak volumes.
Quite
telling and ugly the words out of his disgusting mouth when Marie Dion finally
told him to go take “The big house and shove it where the sun
don’t shine” [sic] to mention little of her ever using foul
language unless pushed to the limit and even then as u know from October 24th
2002 in Superior Court in downtown San Diego she did more than simply stand up
4 me, her knocking u all from downtown San Diego to Timbuktu without breaking a
sweat, vengeance
is sweet to the heart of an Indian, her pose and eloquence wiping the hideous
smiles off both your faces making a mockery of mockeries out of The Sperm Donor’s edict at the time
of their divorce sum 10 odd years ago,
“U will see how difficult it is getting by in
this world on a smile” [sic]
In addition
to informing The Sperm Donor
that communications with any member of “our entourage”
4 lack of a better term, unless invited constitutes, in my opinion, nothing
short of “par for the course” his intimidation of witnesses
going back to when he attempted to bait me into a fistfight back on September
8th 2002 just 3 days be4 committing his vile of vile acts, using
his biological children we know of as both a shield and a spear to knock the
living daylights out of my Marie and I, his schooling in such matters surely
not part of the school where he got a license to practice medicine, which is
not as u can imagine a license to steal which brings me to a point I made a
while back about the business practices of the pathology department at Sharp
Memorial Hospital.
U
understand fully that my business of “risk assessment” has
led to many things in my life, my ability to grasp the essence of things by
simply examining the numbers quite superficially

So it might
seem to the inobservant eye, my command tho of number being the essence of all

Evil taking
me in to circles that now have the likes of The
Sperm Donor and his ever dwindling number of supporters, again
relatively speaking, seeking out the same sort of hell

JoNathan’s baseball games despite her repeated pronouncements that he
should only communicate with her in such a manner in the event of an emergency
will be the last time I show my kindness which of course I know he like others
who have allowed their formal education to interfere with their learning

remind u of the unwavering support I am getting from strangers each and every
day who gain courage by my operating so effectively, well within the laws of
the land, many of the laws on the books put in place as we know by
“bought and paid 4 politicians” who spirit away the hard earned
dollars of those “slaving away” while the higher ups
“play pong” and yes Mr. Debonair JRK
is smelling more than ever, his organs,,, well who knows Sharp Memorial may have another client, yet.

Ps –
The Sperm Donor at one time
got a lot of satisfaction upon hearing that Mr. James Ashworth Esq. had
gone “missing” and then when he found out that he had been
“hospitalized” it caused him to
take a “deep breath” and then
when he thought I was throwing in the towel just like the
dwindling number of adversaries, again relatively speaking, decided that he-she could
step right up and do exactly what?
We now know
that Mr. Ashworth, recently released from the Betty Ford Clinic based on
information I got from a Mr. Jalpert who picked up on one of my emails
that are being posted it seems at a record pace on The Internet, may be in
debt, which we all r, although unlike me, he may in fact
be insolvent, and of course I won’t bother u with the macroeconomics of the world very much in debt as the
planet burns up, no fault, in my opinion, of the great job President Bush is doing.
And as far
as I know no one associated with me, at least not on my payroll

At my
direction has anything to do with this phenomenon, although it is possible that
there is more than the “human hand” at play, my knowing,
again, different to believing, that G-D is within each one of us, good and bad,
the devil in the detail, quite something wouldn’t u agree that our
JoNathan came up with

Despite Mr.
Ashworth failing to communicate with me far more aggravating than his
indebtedness, my heart goes out both to him and his family, the Forsyths and
the Ashworths in my opinion, good people.

intentions to do wrong”, bearing in mind that on April 1st
of last year I had to appear be4 a criminal court hearing on a violation
pertaining to the Temporary Restraining Order that your client had

“In my opinion I have irrefutable smoking gun proof
of political corruption at the highest levels of the Democratic Party”
which
brings me finally to the issue of what became of my E-mail
to Gabrielle Forsyth, Mr. Ashworth’s one niece, back on
Gabrielle, I need to speak with the NRCC's

I am so
slow to judge and quick to apologize when I make a mistake but in understanding
matters about the “material” as well as the “spiritual”
world as well as what is “immaterial” in tort actions such
as Shareholder Class Action Lawsuits, perhaps more so than those of u
deprived raised in the 1960s although u could have simply jumped from the stone
age to the 1920s, many of u clearly lacking a value system, the result, in my
opinion, of government simply getting to big taking away
the individual’s creativity while making him-her a dependant on the State
leading to a mushrooming in the ranks of attorneys who today r perhaps the ones
to be most pitied.

tho there are judges such as Judge Hendrix who from a superficial
standpoint may have more in common with u and your reckless cannonball of a
client who should without a question of a doubt at least in my mind be locked
up so that at a minimum he not be allowed to do any more damage to the too
biological children we know of, his ability to babble on the phone quite the
contrast to his deafening silences which as we know can be ever so explosive
when caught with his-her billing records in disarray, and then there is the
question of fairness, when we have so many people of color locked up 4 far less
heinous crimes, wouldn’t u agree, big mouth?
As I have
now said repeatedly I will take my stand the instant u next come at me

but I am not omnipotent, I bleed, I cry, I worry about a lot of things, none
more so than meeting our maker and not being able to look him-her in the eye
saying, “I did my best” when best may not be enough in this
“God eat God” [sic] my hoping still at this very late hour
that Ms. Vicky Schiff will do the smart thing and make a call directly
to me, the monies she owes me the least of my concerns, the troubles she has
caused me pale in comparison to the troubles that face the rest of the folks
from the Wetherly Capital Group.
Again, I am
not in the least bit afraid of what The Sperm
Donor and the likes of Ms. Murry might do in their desperation
to hold on to what is clearly more dear than their children, cash the
embodiment of so many who have such blackened
hands.
