Jeff – This past Monday at 12:16 PM ET gabrielshorn666 posted on The Internet the following in response to my simple request that Revlon shareholders acknowledge my efforts in getting Ronald “The Finagle King” Perelman, “Capo Di Capi” as u well know the preferred designation by his top lieutenants, to ante up $10 million, Revlon Corporation’s Directors and Officers Liability policy picking up the tab, after I strongly encouraged u and that scoundrel Robert Kaplan Esq. of Kaplan Kilsheimer and Fox a former Justice Department lawyer to file on October 1st 1999 a one of a kind Shareholder Class Action Lawsuit [SCAL] against Revlon Corporation and its officers with less than a handful of hours remaining be4 the statute of limitations ran out:

 

The only place I have heard about Revlon supposedly paying back $10MM to shareholders as a result of your efforts is from you. Nothing from the company. Nothing from my fund managers. No check, no credit, nothing in the news I've read. They stole billions. $10 MM is a pitance compared to the crime. And you want thanks?

May I suggest once again that u show courage as well as respect toward the poor and downtrodden common folk that afford u and your partners in crime to live the “hi life” [sic] by posting up on the Revlon Corporation Yahoo message board a response to gabrielshorn666’s rather articulate posting, spelling out the timing of the settlement as well as why u felt u were justified in getting some one third of the take not forgetting to explain in simple 4th grade English how u managed to “twist my arm” in going along with the deal by leading me to believe on the very day u handed over to me this check for “services rendered” that a criminal probe involving the SEC would most likely result in that despicable Ronald O. Perelman who incredibly still finds sanctuary in an orthodox Jewish synagogue on the upper east end of “Madhattan” [sic] spending the rest of his natural life in prison looking forward every minute of the day to being boned up the ass by Bubba, agree?

 

Shame on any one of us Jewish people who are not revolted by the hypocrisy of u Democratic Communist Party elitists who every so often sacrifice one of your own rarely if ever one quite as high up on the predators list as this disgusting human being who shrouds himself in Judaism, agree?

Then again, maybe there was no settlement with Perelman to speak of since “greenmail” is really your “stock in trade” the “deals within deals” along with the “deals under the table” requiring no court stipulation matters I had hoped to spell out in clear and succinct terms had the prostitutes, no strike that, had the prosecutors seeking a criminal indictment against your arch rivals Milberg Weiss-Lerach brought me be4 either of those 2 Grand Juries, Assistant United States Attorney Richard Robinson doing a rather poor job, in my humble opinion, in making a whole lot of fuss about wanting to sock it to Weiss and Lerach by virtue of them contravening the most pitiful of laws on the books I have ever encountered in my entire 47 years on this planet, the unadulterated bullshit of simply paying in “cold cash” shareholders who have lost money while willing to go thru the “slings and arrows” of being lead plaintiffs when we all know how relatively unimportant it is to be the first law firm to file a lawsuit, agree?

 

Moreover, the incredible ease at which we can now uncover criminal wrongdoing in the vast majority of public corporations, no different to “shooting fish in a barrel”, agree?

 

Bill Lerach Esq’s declaration of war by going public with all of our “findings” exposing to the world the extent of corruption within public corporations so dependant on the 3rd world to produce starving and thirsty children back in the spring of 1999, placing both Chief Executive Officers [CEO] and their handpicked board of directors “on quick notice” that their “funny games” combined with the weakening cashflow positions of the insurance carriers was now forcing Lerach, the 1,000 pound gorilla, to readjust his “jock strap”, ok I am not as witty as my eldest brother, big balls to boot, and in the process kicking the CEOs in the chops with the words of their handpicked Chief Financial Officers,

 

“We have on at least one occasion been asked by our CEO to falsify the financial statements which is why we rarely if ever go to private bankers like Derrick Beare to provide the financing from the ‘smart money’ to sure up our bullshit numbers instead thanks to the bullshit laws on the books such as ‘safe harbor provisions’ the result of mostly lawyer lobbyists doing such a terrific job allow us while looking so stately in our suits able to afford the best suites in the house to prey so effortlessly on the momworker63s, widows, orphans, pensioners, etcetera, etcetera, eventually when feeling so poorly find sanctuary once again in the arms of a Roman Catholic priest granting them absolution, the church and state ‘hand in hand’ in the cycle of violence repeating itself time and again” [sic].

 

In due course I will be following up with a Mr. Ted Kimball of Kimball blah blah altho considered the preeminent regional law firm specializing in screwing renters is no doubt a much poorer colleague of yours who by the time I am finished and done with him and his partners, your sandwich board idea quite brilliant, u and your partner, former United States Attorney, Howard Finkelstein not quite able to afford as a high rent district as u and your former rich chick Republican wife will know not only that when I mean business I mean business-personal but more importantly there will not be a literate human being on this planet who will fail to appreciate my exposing the corruption of your profession that possibly began with decent people wanting to do the “right thing” for the “general good”, agree?

Can you explain why Certificates of Insurance r NOT, I repeat are NOT included in the money supply numbers, either M1, M2 or M3 given how I could provide every person sitting here this evening with a more credit worthy Certificate of Insurance on all their liability policies than that which they may think they have with a solvent domestic based insurance carrier, bearing in mind without a Certificate of Insurance say for workers compensation u wouldn’t be able to operate any business in California other than a sole proprietorship which is not to suggest that the vast majority of our audience here this evening have seriously thought about slipping and falling in say a K-Mart and while claiming from K-Mart’s multiple liability policies to also collect on workers compensation insurance entitling such poorly conditioned folks as much as $800 + per week in benefits, and I assume u r familiar with the landmark class action lawsuit of “Geviseris” [sic] Vs Digital Equipment Corporation, u surely subscribing to the notion that the Digital Age is a G-D-Send, agree?

Ps II – My sense is that assuming the insurance carriers responsible for making the vast majority of your pay days manage to stay ahead of the wave of angry policy holders increasingly informed thanks to the likes of yours truly of the carriers’ fraudulent business practices now coming home to roost u will vote for Mrs. John HEINZ Kerry but should the inevitable crash take place prior to November 8th reaching every single shore line on the planet, not a single human being on this planet capable, thanks to the Digital Age to be an island unto themselves, of “ducking and diving” their responsibility to do more than simply take up space in addition of course to not lying, stealing or cheating, then I would bet all the monies I have won against having lived well beyond what u in particular thought possible, u and your pitiful colleagues so self absorbed that u promote policies to assuage your guilt that destroy economic opportunity for those who are trying to make a living, would do the smart thing and vote with whatever little remains in the almost perfect vacuum of space between your ears for our great, great, great, President George W.
