Mr. Attorney General – As best I could tell neither you nor either of your assistants, Michael Berlin Esq. and Whitman Knapp Esq. showed up at my party after first attending my wife’s Girls Only party, “altho-ugh” [sic] it is possible all three of you came in disguise or waited until I fell asleep before making your presence known to my Italian friend Davide who incredibly kept things lively, entertaining not only the incredibly beautiful and very sexy “rich chicks” he brought over to our Cliff House, managing to also find several other young women on the beach enjoying the spectacular wave fluorescence show, the red tide having returned, but before leaving in the wee hours of the morning dropping by my bed, tucking me in, whispering I thought “sumthing” [sic] about more email addresses, while making certain that my dog, Pypeetoe had all his needs taken care of although Pypeetoe is not as happy if he were sleeping in the kings size bed willing though to share my pillow with me, preferring, however for obvious reasons to be cuddled up between the legs of my amazing wife.

 

Bear in mind Davide had been bartending a full day at the Il Fornio restaurant on the deck of the Del Mar Plaza in downtown Del Mar, California having to also stay on his toes so as to ease making the difficult decision who to invite for midnight caps, such a spot well known to Mr. Ron Bellows Senior.

 

As expected Davide showed up with a spanking new entourage at the Cliff House just as he committed when taking care of those of us in the VIP lounge section that included one incredibly well bred American-Saudi whose great, great, great maternal grandfather was William Bradford who while traveling on the Mayflower possibly engaged in hanky panky with a Mr. Waterberrry, Ms. Fayyed’s future husband’s great, great, great grandfather, also on the same voyage to mention little of Davide seeming to know a whole lot about more about gay sex than me despite some 40% of the Gevisser boys of my generation more prone to AIDs a rather non-democratic disease versus say TB or malaria?

 

Davide is quite the magnet for the rich chicks so extraordinarily bored being trophy girlfriends-wives seeking a man’s man who again, I simply cannot bore “u” [sic] emphasizing the fact that Davide had already spent a full day bartending at what has to be during horse race season the busiest outside bar on the planet, able to multi-task and keep up with the very best our better species has to offer which is not to suggest that Davide is ADD or ADHD or that his followers who would fall into one or both of those categories would not be able to make changes to this world nor cope with the ever increasing speed of life.

 

As you would know ADD/ADHD is not a disease but a very useful gift, once people become adults.

 

Einstein, Mozart to name but “tTOo”  [sic] few including possibly yourself but highly unlikely, are "blessed with it".

 

Such gifted people are wired differently, hyper focusing on what interests them only to the exclusion of everything else - tendency to interrupt others but that means their minds are faster and ahead of the speaker - easily distracted (they don't miss a thing).

 

You of course could keep going on with examples and if not may I suggest you read the articles in the hyperlink above and you will then understand that “we the hunters” fit in more so than the others, or GATHERERS!

 

Right this minute there is a pod of dolphins bouncing around in the ocean right in front of our Cliff House living room, this incredible view suddenly interrupted by Michael Winndy Winn, the local failed journalist-politician walking in front along the unstable cliffs with his leashed dog.

 

I will let you know if a good looking woman crosses his path to see if he tries pulling off a stunt he has on occasion accomplished with my rather in shape wife, pressing down on the handle button allowing the dog to trap only though an unsuspecting target, increasingly more difficult these days given how increasingly fewer people are not reading my missives able to go back and forth by going to the homepage of www. NextraterresTrial.com scrolling down to “less said the better” where they find a good number of my broadcasted missives that are continuously updated making not only interesting reading but each time someone clicks on to such an email it moves that communication further up on the Internet search engines.

 

While very happy to give away my trade secrets I am now for the very first time firing a warning shot across the bow of “sum” [sic] of my adversaries who have banks of computers configured to hit my one of a kind website to slow me down, almost impossible to hack given how we take no information but as you can well imagine there is quite a lot going on “behind the scenes” that increasing concern my ever dwindling number of adversaries, again relatively speaking, to “no end” [sic]?

 

There is a double edged sword to everything in life which of course is further evidence of the system being “closed looped”, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction nothing is gained nor is it lost.

 

Later this afternoon I will be visiting the local barber shop to further soften things up for Mr. Devin Standard, the executor of my estate, when negotiating a “controlling” interest allowing me-my estate to promote more Brazilian cuts.

 

My wife this morning at breakfast over at our other residence, not noticing even a trace of your presence, gave me fair warning that I should be extraordinarily careful before looking in the mirror and because I trust her implicitly I will, despite all the mirrors in both our residences here in Del Mar, avoid looking at myself, most likely even going so far as to brush my teeth while showering.

 

Mr. RBS as well as you and your assistants are now increasingly “feeling the heat” as I go about “stirring up the pot” and while you attempt to find distractions suggesting to yourselves that you have so many fish to fry on Wall Street, that the public have got bored with hearing about your refreshing complaint against the “fony crap megalopoly” of AIG-Marsh and McLennan-ACE Ltd filed in mid October of last year, the reality of the Digital Age, a G-D-Send, kicks in with each forward tick of the clock, time beginning to slow down, time relative only to mankind, you and your associates are, like me, only human, but simply not equipped to dismiss my ability to stay extraordinarily focused on my target.

 

Audiences around the world let me know in a myriad of ways how eager they are to read what I write not that I am anywhere near as articulate as my French Canadian wife in English, English being her 3^rd language behind first of all mathematics followed by French which is closer to Latin one of the spiritual languages like Hebrew, Aramaic, Arabic and Greek than say English which was ripped out of the Latin by politicians such as yourself hell bent on confusing the masses.

 

This recent “back and forth” with Mr. RBS who is a senior risk management specialist if not the most senior risk management specialist of AIG et al, is an “eye opener” that will not close until I say so and that you can take to the bank, AIG still considered, despite the tens of billions of increasingly worthless United States dollars lost in market value, the largest financial institution in the world.

 

It is common knowledge that whoever controls the water, grabs the land, owns the bank and more importantly given the flowcharts that are being prepared 24/7 all around the world exponentially increasing numbers of literate and semi-literate human beings are understanding the total bullshit of the monetary system.

 

Those in tune now with the workings of the “real world” understanding how extraordinarily misled they have been by people such as Alan Greenspan Chairman of the Federal Reserve will when the time is right begin in unison “standing on their hands” [sic].

 

It not taking a rocket scientist to figure out the implications of the extraordinary disconnects between Greenspan, tasked only with “exercising good judgment” never once bringing to the attention of the United States Congress the fact there is one organization in the world with SIGNIFICANTly less of a hurdle to overcome, as hard as that may be to believe, the DAAC [DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel] having an EXCLUSIVE RIGHT to produce their own unlimited in supply, never once inventoried, diamond currency.

 

Get down this very minute Mr. Attorney General of New York State and give me 4200 pushups followed by 3600 sit-ups and then shut your big mouth for no more than 60 seconds and when coming up for air think very carefully your next move.

 

Should you decide to ignore how very carefully I have gone about exposing Mr. RBS who is a rather accomplished risk management specialist understanding rather well how in fact I have nailed it rather well, getting into the knitty gritty “true nature” of the extraordinarily corrupted insurance industry, you will be doing so at your peril.

 

Furthermore, while you would also have heard time and again like me when growing up, “Beware of the yellow peril” you may not be as well home schooled as I was to appreciate the fact that the Chinese people whose civilization is several thousands of years older than ours and that includes us Jewish people they increasingly understand and more importantly know better than most if not all Lilly White Wheaty Eaters how to go about getting not so much what they want but what they deserve given how not only how much harder working they are than us but truly recognize the benefits of the merit system that serve as the cornerstone of a free market economy.

 

I have been painstakingly avoiding “kicking off” my Educational Light Journey – One Tribe of Achievers seminar-workshop at the Beijing Hotel overlooking Tiananmen Square a continuation of sorts to the one I gave back in the spring of 1989 just weeks before the Tiananmen Square massacre to a group of very young kids who survived this appalling show of force by the cowardly governments not only in China but all around the world who failed to “pull the plug” simply threatening the Chinese communist government with an economic blockade which of course would have significantly impacted us here in the west enjoying without any interruption the “good life” had the Chinese communist bosses back then “called our bluff”, our new President at the time, GWB’s father who had promoted a “kindler and gentler America” approach most likely not being taken as seriously as his son, our great President, the most honorable George W. Bush who is without a question of doubt not only his own man but extraordinarily gifted as well as being very bright best illustrated for TV audiences when his fired Treasury Secretary went on CBS’ 60 Minutes back on January 11^th, 2004 to trash GWB, offering up as “proof” of GWB’s “aloofness” how when once meeting with the President to discuss economic issues in the words of Treasury Secretary Oneil, “The President just sat there like a fricken idiot as I went on with my monologue” [sic].

 

There isn’t a PR strategist in recorded history including my extraordinary Royal Mater, consigliore to the likes of Aristotle Onassis and Robert F. Kennedy, that could have orchestrated such a payoff being broadcasted by the “enemy camp.”

 

A rather large red and white sea rescue helicopter now this instant, 1:19 PM PT circling right in front of the Cliff House.

 

GWB understands like most in tune with the heartbeat of the universe that, “G-d gave us tTOo ears and one mouth so that we should listen twice as hard as we speak” [sic] to mention little once again how 2 weeks later on January 25^th, 60 Minutes interviewed my buddy Roger W. Robinson, a former “spook” in the National Security Council, and while failing to provide his full credentials, RWR was part of a rather well orchestrated effort by the communists in this country “aided and abetted” by their supporters all around the world wanting to hook the masses on entitlement programs, doing what seemed at the time a pretty good job in further attempting to tarnish the image of our great President.

 

Then again, we have increasingly more people like me aided by the Digital Age, able to not only logically thought process but use Technology to “highlight” when the time is right such extraordinary deception.

 

Nothing quite like the strategies and tactics of my DAAC family, the mafia of mafia who increasing numbers of people around the world recognize without having to hear from their professors at business schools or law schools or their bought and paid for rabbis, priests and mullahs saying a word, their deafening silences about this most insidious terrorist financing organization, hell bent on fermenting unrest throughout the world so as to keep their fictitious diamond currency alive, talking volumes at this time, as the past and the future come “to-get-her” [sic] with each passing forward movement of the almighty powerful clock, time relative only to mankind, the oxymoron of all time.

 

Slowly but surely more and more people around the globe working out for themselves without everything having to be spelled out the connecting dots between the insidious notion of “Preservation of life and limb”, not even insinuated in the 10 Commandments for such a concept would place mankind so unkind to G-D-NAture above G-D Him-Herself, with the DAAC’s Madison Avenue, “A diamond is forever-a girl’s best friend.”

 

While the studies show that more than 90% of American “believe” in G-D the truth of the matter is that the overwhelming majority of Lilly White Wheaty Eating Americans simply want to put their faith in G-D to allow them to continue being the slave masters of the hard working masses not just in the 3^rd world but the ever growing number of very hard working and very poor Americans.

 

Such blatant hypocrisy by those who hide behind the sanctity of religion now this instant further highlighted.

Given the incredibly positive reaction I got from this “reconfigured” Revlon Make Up Cartoon produced by a good Lilly White Wheaty Eating South African friend now living Hong Kong, competing against the most “skilled and experienced” traders the world has ever known finding the time to even relax on his boat as well as afford beer for his dog Anthony, I am seriously considering commissioning Mr. Neil Gould to sell his kettle business, get “sumthing” [sic] larger than a 1,000 foot, 3 story high power boat that will in addition to housing a bank of computers properly air-conditioned,  Ms. Fayyad’s family to celebrate Ramadan well catered for by the very best of the best Jewish, Italian, Greek, Chinese, Japanese, well you get the picture all this and more as Mr. Gould focuses as well on developing a series of dialogues between myself, I am supposedly the person behind the desk pulling my hair out and my Royal Mater is sitting in front sticking to her knitting, while keeping the exact same setting.

 

So much so that when you finally decide to the right thing and the smart thing which is also the right thing, while encouraging customs agents to begin both assessing as well as keeping track of every diamond real or otherwise, worn on each traveler’s fingers, nose both what shows as well as more valuable one collecting dust, pinned to real as well as padded bras, G-Strings, well you get the picture to also place extraordinary pressure on the extraordinarily bought and paid for United States Congress to open up Congressional hearings that would have people such as myself and Mr. RBS provide “expert witness” testimony as to what we know and when we knew it including hauling the scoundrel Senator Ted Kennedy to answer questions under oath, under penalty of perjury, specifically on the subject of his and his family’s intimate relationship with Mr. Charles Engelhard the co-inventor-conspirator of the Diamond Invention whose enormous estate upon his rather mysterious death in March 1971 ended up under the “command and control” of my Royal Mater’s very “good friend” David Gevisser, my amazing father’s first cousin.

Second, would you agree to undergo a polygraph test administered by the FBI if there is any material discrepancy with what I wrote in the email to Ms. Jane Kelley immediately following this 60 second call referencing this rather distressing phone call from you?

 

Furthermore, I did in fact answer your question during that 60 second call where you did approximately 99% of the talking by acknowledging that I did upload most if not all the confidential information on the AIG Yahoo website to mention little of you talking certainly faster than I can type.

 

Bear in mind, this very tight discussion is all about the truth and honesty.

Furthermore, as a result of conditions here in the United States many of them went barreling overseas to capture the Euro-market just as the social systems there - which were previously offsetting the type of litigious liabilities we have here - were collapsing - causing loss ratios to escalate over 150% for previously profitable business like EL [Employees Liability] in places like the United Kingdom [check with Zena Rosland Ash Gevisser Zulman 011-44-1-984-6-24088], the Netherlands never to forget the Baltic States - which had traditionally been free money - and the greedy s o b's got burned big time, agree?

 

And of course 911 may not have helped the top three re-insurers who got initially hurt, taxpayer bailouts up the kazoo followed by the consolidation in the marketplace well illustrated in the "combined ratios" hyperlink helped up their rates taking a big chunk of premium out of the front line insurers - while the alternative market - off-shore captives etc - got a boost from the new Republican administration allowing them, thank G-D, more flexibility in holding premiums - investment income and loss reserves off shore with reduced tax liability - so more premium left the main stream insurers named above, agree?

Public battle of wit is not a physical threat - Had that ( physical violence ) been in the cards - you would have known it in very short order ( again this is not my style ) - people cannot be punished ( physically ) into changing their true opinions - I never believed in that and do not now -

 

Had you succeeded in hurting my family however ( by forcing me to resign or other ) - I would have made it my life mission to undermine any further damage you might do to others - If you took that as a physical threat - I apologize ...

 

Needless to say I was very angry over your belligerent disregard for my future and that of my family - by broadcasting my very confidential thoughts to you -

 

That said I do understand your altruistic approach to complete disclosure " in the truth you shall be free " .. but .. you've also been in the business world long enough to know what harm can be done in the way the truth is disclosed - ( i.e; the innocent can be hurt badly ) -

 

And; although I know that is not your intent it is all the more reason for my complete loss of trust in you -

 

At this time I can honestly say ( knowing myself all too well ) I can only offer you a cordial peace - but not a renewed friendship -as the past can be forgiven but not forgotten ....and in all honesty - I could never trust you again - without that - the respect which drives friendship is gone - and I do feel very badly about that because what we had was special ( I think ) - and I did enjoy the time we had -

Up until that moment conventional wisdom was that we could "inflate" our way out of all the corruption through real estate inflationary bidding wars that depended on two things, an expanding population that will remain ignorant indefinitely.

Besides for a profound "knowledge" of G-d I also understand perfectly well that G-d depends not only on me but each and every one of us in our own time to work out why it makes sense to do the right thing and the smart thing which is also the right thing as well as not to be so dumb as to be fearful of either injury or death given how extraordinarily little time each and every one of us spends on this amazing one of a kind planet each go around.

 

Even if you are not capable of applying the highest levels of Science and Math to working this all out for yourself and you feel this entire "ride" is just a one time event why even bother waiting to get old and ugly let alone work for a "fony crap megalopoly" like AIG-Marsh and McLennan-ACE Ltd, instead simply follow in my footsteps by first of all finding for yourself the most ingenious and might I add beautiful wife who doesn't look half her age while acting like someone who has been around a whole lot more than once and then come up with wording such as www.EmanANDdog.com or some other complete set of numbers best represented by the 4 digits 1421 that when added or multiplied results in the same number so as to at least inspire the next generation so that you don't have to work at all yet provide with me with "sum" [sic] competition to die the richest person in the grave?
