and/or
public school officials have violated both Federal and State
Statutes in terms of WAMU's
interaction with the public school system, possibly falling under the Federal
Trade Commission rules.
Public Schools which are supported by public taxes are not
allowed, again in my opinion, to have "exclusive" arrangements with
vendors.
It appears that an inappropriate activity was provided to WAMU allowing
them single access to the students and their parents for banking products, who
knows when SHAMU the whale will show up?
In my opinion there should be an investigation for giving
WAMU the biggest fricken WHAM imaginable given the appearance at least that
there exists an "exclusive" arrangement with the Del Mar Hills
Elementary School to inaugurate and indoctrinate the student population and
their parents.
