From: Gary S. Gevisser – A Del Martian renter, married to a French Canadian renter who has no interest like her husband in dying the richest person on the planet altho she does have a valid United States green card entitling her to residency which other than not being able to vote here in the U.S. afford her the same rights and privileges as me, The Rattlesnake, a United States Citizen to mention in passing Partner Wife Marie Dion travels with a Canadian passport.

To: Hershell Price – A Del Martian landowner, married to a San Diego county supervisor, considering running for a seat on the Del Mar City Council, seemingly very supportive of the current City Council while raising smokescreen after smokescreen at the recent meeting of the City Council on July 19th when the couple of questions I happened to ask “en pussant” [sic] appeared as if I had threatened to drop a nuclear bomb right in Del Mar’s backyard.

Dear Hershell – We missed u and your wife at Dog Beach early this morning, the regulars with their dogs unleashed showing up en masse, no to suggest for a nanosecond that the yellowtail caught last night by our friend Steve was anything but sushi quality, the color of the fish enough to take one’s breath away, my forgetting, however, to invite this one dog owner whose dog disappeared for a barbeque later today my feeling the need to spread the “good news” even tho this guy whose name I now forget lives in Solana Beach the next town north of us Del Martians, this rather attentive gentleman currently helping to restart an aroma therapy company for the second time using no doubt his former experience as a banker, quite knowledgeable it seems of stuff like, he-she who controls the water, grabs the land owns the bank, most

interested, however, to see how your buddies on the Del Mar City Council, particularly his friend, Mayor Richard Earnest does at the next televised city council meeting where I plan to introduce during the “bitch” session if not be4 some of the irrefutable “smoking gun proof” of political corruption at the highest levels of the Democratic Party with ties to the California Coastal Commission who grant authority to a whole number of folks such as the bigwigs in Del Mar to issue $33,000 building permits, a drop in the “oshon[sic] considering the price of real estate these days which would make the new transfer tax of $12,000 on a home costing a couple of million dollars seem like an incredible bargain while buddies of mine like Gene, approaching 90 years of age, living in a one story house built with his own bare hands today surviving off social security that he paid into over a lifetime gets fined some $600 for failing one day to leash his 2 dogs and one dog he was taking care of for a neighbor who simple doesn’t show the same degree of care that some of us folks pay in examining the detail.

No Devil Lived On=No Devil Lived On hyperlink takes u to a deposition conducted by an “experienced and skilled” attorney of a former executive of Revlon Corporation who during the masterful interrogation by Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk of Finkelstein & Krinsk with yours truly whispering sweet pink notes in Jeffrey’s one ear referred to the top dog of Revlon, a rather well known international brand, as the “Capo Di Capi”, Ronald “The Finagle King” Perelman’s relatively high priced hired guns while shooting blanks did, however, manage to make Mr. JRK a little weary toward the end of the almost 10 hour deposition to the point that my pal forgot to throw in a couple of knuckleballs as well as a few more names of folks to help stir Mr. Gaudet’s memory, then again Perelman’s attorneys who have brought up my name in at least one unrelated lawsuit to this epic shareholder class action lawsuit didn’t need to be rocket scientists to read the writing on the wall in terms of what was next were Revlon’s insurance carrier to balk at the $10 million odd settlement that I had “vetted”.

Please read my “risk assessment” that is a summary of the email I intend to send to the Mayor of Del Mar ahead of the next city council meeting, my thinking that by throwing in what I received this morning [c below] from a member of my inner circle whoever gets to read this communiqué into the record if not distracted by the incredibly good looking city council members will manage to read “Democracy’s Problems” as well as what I have written here in the main text of this relatively brief missive within the 3 minutes allotted unless of course the Del Mar City Council see fit to change the rules, perhaps there being sufficient time without worrying about the next person “bitching” on my behalf transitioning smoothly to end off with leaving the councilmembers thinking about why United States Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy would have his PR people such as Paul Baker of Baker Winokur Ryder first contact a South African journalist to find someone such as extraordinary my mother, Zena Gevisser, in her mid 70s still “the queen of PR”, to assist them in coming up with a list of people in Durban, South Africa that Robert Kennedy should NOT meet when touring the country talking about stuff such as colored peoples’ civil rights as my father’s first cousin positioned himself rather well despite not agreeing to marry any of Charles Engelhard’s 5 daughters as the executor of the worldwide estate of the man considered at the time even wealthier than the South African DeBeers-Oppenheimer family who together with Charles Engelhard had managed to pull off the “murder” conspiracy of all time, The Diamond Invention under the ever watchful eye of the United States Justice Department continuing to this very day, distraction the name of the game, the game of chess like the game of life getting your opponent to play to your advantage, agree?

Democracy's Problems---hopefully not us

KINDA FROM THE WHAT IT IS WORTH DEPARTMENT. THE TRUTH HERE IS THAT THE GOVERNMENT DEFINANTLY IS GIVING ITSELF MORE DOLLARS AT OUR EXPENSE.

Democracy

At about the time our original 13 states adopted their new constitution, in the year 1787,
Alexander Tyler (a Scottish history professor at The University of Edinborough) had this to say about "The Fall of The Athenian Republic" some 2,000 years prior.

"A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.

From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship."

"The average age of the world's greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence:

From Bondage to spiritual faith;
From spiritual faith to great courage;
From courage to liberty;
From liberty to abundance;
From abundance to complacency;
From complacency to apathy;
From apathy to dependence;
From dependence back into bondage."

Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota, points out some interesting facts concerning the most recent Presidential election:

Population of counties won by:
Gore=127 million
Bush=143 million

Square miles of land won by:
Gore=580,000
Bush=2,2427,000

States Won By
Gore=19
Bush=29

Professor Olson adds:
"In aggregate, the map of the territory Bush won was mostly the land owned by the tax-paying citizens of this great country. Gore's territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off government welfare..."

Olson believes the
U.S. is now somewhere between the "complacency and "apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy; with some 40 percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.

Pass this along to help everyone realize just how much is at stake in this Election Year and that apathy is the greatest danger to our freedom.
