Nothing bothers me than those playing it “fast and loose” suddenly playing victim, u of course understand perfectly well at this time that while u may find a good number of folks copied on my missives arguing under their breath that they pay little or no attention to what I have to say the record of my wins versus losses has them thru simple logical thought processing besides for them hopelessly failing a lie detector test, so very attracted are my ever dwindling adversaries, again relatively speaking, by my distractions that give them hope I will go over the edge and then instantly bringing them back to earth with nail-biting stuff, agree?

” Weiss of the 2,000 pound gorilla SCAL [Shareholder Class Action Lawsuit] law firm of Milberg Weiss-Lerach and Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk of Finkelstein & Krinsk, the Wetherly Capital Group,  Citicorp Venture Corporation and even the $280 billion megalopoly of AIG-Marsh & McLennan-ACE LTD all of whom I have very much in my “cross-hairs”, no doubt each of them feeling a terrific sigh of relief so intimately familiar with my “work product” knowing perfectly well that I-We can begin to celebrate big time, DeBeers goose very much cooked, Sam Hackner, a former next door neighbor of mine from Durban, South Africa, now head of private banking for Investec a not altogether small private banking institution perhaps seeking absolution with Rabbi Abner Weiss this weekend, agree?

 

Can u not at least taste Nicholas Oppenheimer begging for mercy?

 

Earlier I was speaking with my very good friend and mentor Amos P. Wright in his 88th year who wrote his own obituary on May 14th of this year, cutting short our conversation because his wife was “hollowing” at him to get in the car, off to see a Neil Simon play, so rejuvenated is Amos the result of George W. Bush’s stunning victory.

 

Despite sharing this communiqué with a statistically valid sampling of the world's literate population I will not accept any offer that comes in be4 the Jewish Sabbath ends tomorrow evening even if the buyer offers something more realistic say in the $18 million range, how much would u say Leonardo Da Vinci's one habitat would be worth today if say the person who first took title to his one of a kind property received a document that granted in perpetuity the title holder an invitation to each and every party Leonardo and/or his heirs were to arrange much like what I am thinking, Amos while preferring I stay stiletto-like well aware that not only was I not born yesterday but when taking on the likes of the South African Oppenheimers-DeBeers Diamond Cartel, my extended family very much in bed with these scoundrels of scoundrels, it so very important in maintaining a level head to have a sense of humor at all X, agree?

Ps - Please forgive me for any lucid thinking my Client-Partner-Wife Marie Dion and I began celebrating the Sabbath at my new digs with a Magnet Pinot Noir vintage 2002 a little earlier than usual, it really does make perfect sense for those who cannot afford to get divorced to maintain separate residences, my still pondering how best to respond to my good friend Ron Bellows a senior executive of AIG-Marsh & McLennan-ACE LTD the $280 billion megalopoly who in my opinion sent me as clear an indication as any I have seen that he plans to commit suicide, possibly well be4 Thanksgiving.

 

Ps I - I will not take back any paper nor will I accept an escrow longer than 15 days with a non-refundable down payment that affords me to at least feed my dog should the world blow up and really go to the dogs.

We are looking at the property more closely in the morning. The offer I would bring to the table will exceed the $1,750,000 discussed in previous E-mails. My buyers are only aware of an asking price of $1,849,000.

 

I assure you I was not trying to set you up. I believe in having everything out in the open and all disclosures made to my buyers and to the seller. I pride myself on providing a level of service that will assure return business. That's what I was trying to accomplish.

 

They have $1,000,000 to put down, then will finance the rest. I will continue to feed the property to past clients. A cash deal may still be possible.

 

Please let me know as soon as you have accepted an offer, or let me know if there is a deadline for all offers.
