Devin – Sorry u missed the conference call since we covered more ground than what was covered in Rod’s list of Oct 19th some the result of feedback I got from this communiqué to the President.

Rod and Derrick may not necessarily concur with everything I am saying hence email - in my opinion, again the “deafening silences” speaking volumes, we are in agreement to proceed with at least 2 pilot projects, one in Peru and one in South Africa, the CWF overview speaking for itself, and I assume u have shared it with each and every person u know including your father who I would hope has got over our little tiff and ready to receive me with “open arms”, the email below containing a “tu” hyperlink taking u to an email I sent my relations in the diamond business who I have not communicated in “sum” [sic] 24 years.

While it makes sense to run 2 parallel projects it makes even more sense to run a project in every region of the world dying of thirst, i.e. water is the basic human right without it one cannot even think straight, which of course is the business of corrupt governments, i.e. the game plan is to match capital with the right local institution [water authority] and to match the right technology to the right people, after some 40 to 50 years of governments pretending to do it right I think we can agree it is time for private capital to get it right the first time, agree?

As a next step since we have already The Internet in place, remember Senator Lieberman’s co-managing partner Al Gore invented The Internet, and we have folks from around the world coming out of the woodwork it is simply a question of working out the mechanics of how the money goes in to the fund and how it goes out, don’t worry we r not leaving all the due diligence of the technology side to u, both Rod and I both know a thing or “tTOo” [sic] helping people around the world do due diligence on water investments, u recall Dr. Smith and I first getting acquainted when I was heading up the Wetherly Capital Group’s California Agricultural Partners, that last hyperlink while most bothersome to multi-billionaires like Ron Burkle and Co, is not I can assure as heart stopping to the truly super rich as that “hello” communiqué to Stephen Cohen, President of Codiam Inc, agree?

May I strongly suggest to you as well as to Derrick that u both forward this communiqué along with the hyperlink taking u to the draft overview of the CWF, not enough time to add any more hyperlinks, to everyone u know including every single kindergarten, elementary, middle school and high school teacher, u and each member of your family and extended family have ever had the pleasure of meeting, forget university professors such as Joe Grundfest of Stanford University who was a former chairman of the SEC, and to then forward to me instantly the email address of the first person who for whatever reason has the slightest issue with anything contained therein other than say if they feel a comma or “tTOo” [sic] is missing and then I will take it from there to that “it” on the most incredible educational light journey imaginable.

I think u should begin with your incredible mom.

I think Derrick should begin with Sam Hackner the head of Investec’s private banking. Sam may in fact know me better than he does Derrick given the fact that Sam and I were not only neighbors in Durban but Sam’s recently deceased father was my extraordinary Royal Mater’s accountant, Gerald Hackner as I have expressed previously very possibly next to Derrick’s uncle, Dr. Jonathan Beare, the smartest financial engineer the world has ever known, then again Sam may think this is all a “put on” but that thought might last at the very most a picosecond, no more.

Time to fly.

Gary

Ps – Again the business of corrupt governments is prevent grass roots organizations from ever taking root which is why they come up with “high cost” solutions that require assuming the projects ever get finished significant maintenance which is why the likes of u have a terrific business testing for clean drinking water, nothing like having sewage treatment plants upstream of the intake points, agree?

Another point to consider is how we get around folks trying to use us to launder their ill-gotten gains, to repeat read again and again the email to Stephen Cohen and should I not hear from him and/or someone in his organization by first thing Monday morning I will count on Sam Hackner hand delivering that communiqué along with this to Nicholas Oppenheimer, altho one or more members of my immediate family may be getting the picture loud and clear that my father’s first cousin, David Gevisser, must surely if not fully onboard being properly advised to figure out, remember Charles Englehard’s “male heir” has the most horrific stutter, what words would bring a smile to my face, then again maybe you could take a quick trip to South Africa, I am still in the middle of moving my digs, say hello to Cliff Benn who I am quite sure if not driving u himself to the Oppenheimers estate just north of Durban, will arrange a chauffer.

Let me know if u feel I have not covered any possible objection that could be raised such as the super rich are greedy, have other priorities at this time such as finding a better way to invest their ill-gotten gains as well as “save face” to mention little of their primary focus searching the world high and low for someone with enough courage to use me as target practice to keep my big mouth shut.

Marie just pointing the most incredible sunset

I apologize for being abrupt when u called in the middle of our Clean Water Fund conference call, again email is the best way to communicate, this way nothing gets lost in the disconnects - I don’t have photos handy - my suggestion is that u make haste while the sun shines and take your prospective clients over to the property and have one and/or all of them make me an offer I simply cannot refuse and then lets work out the details, my unwilling at this time to give anyone an exclusive.

Sean Simic is the manager of the property and lives in unit #1 - his telephone number is (310) 804-6953 or 310-829-6707.

Rick Brunner may also still be in the running as well as others who have shown interest in the past.

Gary

Ps – Please don’t start a new email when communicating with me – Mistakes can happen when “cutting and pasting.

Hello Gary,

Just a note to see if you have photos of your property. I have sparked some interest in 3 of my clients. If not I will take them myself.

Also, as far as working with the other Coldwell Banker Broker, we are all seperate entities. Should a sale develop due to my clients interest, I would request that my broker, Steven Bijan, would receive the commission that you decide upon.

Have you signed a listing agreement with another broker yet?

First and foremost, we would like to sell the property for you. With the service you receive from our office, we would hope that you would look to us in the future for further assistance in moving other properties for you.

Best Regards,
