Paul I thought I would hear back from u by now on the E-mail I sent to
my friend Jerry about getting us the specs on the bicycles
Quite a bit has happened since u, Marie + I celebrated our
“exchange
of vows.”
It is now going on
Marie is sitting on the stands just one level down and to my
left. It is a wonderful feeling to have someone at your side that u can trust
and respect, i.e. love + like all coming together in one neat package.
I like to “square” things away altho as u know a
square is composed of tTOo triangles hence
we have the word “triangulate” i.e. better to work out your
differences ahead of time than to get married, have kids, let them grow up to
be “diks”, nothing tho, as u know being a triathlete, quite like a
cum from behind victory, i.e. it sumtimes pays handsomely to be a late starter,
agree?
I recently picked up a book on Michelangelo while dining at
Il Fornio and the gist so far of what I read refers to the disappointment of
having peaked perhaps a little to early and again being on the ball u
understand all these matters and the importance of
showing up on time.
Being, however, at the right place at the right time may
have more to do with our programming, i.e. that there are no coincidences in
life, each one of us having “free choice” even the most religious
out there would agree with this notion.
The key is noing what to do next, i.e. making either good or
bad decisions taking the word, “can’t” totally out of the
English dictionary.
Jonathan’s team, The Pirates, just scored their first
run and another batter is
running in but they are still 3 behind at the bottom of the second inning,
score 5-2.
Your showing up on time for our day in court both on October
23rd 2002 when Mr. Ashworth first showed signs of having let his
sequencing get interfered with as well as the next day when Dr. John Ben
Stewart was sent packing with his tail between his legs are days which u will
surely not forget nor I assume when back on September 8th 2002 I
kept telling Dr. Stew as he tried “baiting me” to simply put his
thoughts “on paper” altho I may have simply said, “email me”
[sic].
Instead, he chose to enter the privacy of your bedroom
telling u only G-d knows what besides for u & he.
Suffice to say he eventually cooled his heels 3 days later,
on September 11th of all days, taking Jonathan in hand down to the
courthouse where he proceeded to assert allegations of misconduct on my part
that ricochet to this day.
Jonathan is now pitching and the ball just smacked the back
of the cage that caused me to look up. He just pitched another more accurate
pitch and caught the batter out. And now his third pitch and another batter is
out.
I am including his uncle Jean on this email who has had quite
a hand to play in Jonathan’s remarkably improved pitching.
I really do love email because it not only requires one to
be thoughtful it also keeps things in perspective, i.e. the chronology is very
important to mention little of those who usurp their limited authority and
“cut & paste” as their hearts desire not giving a hoot, i.e. a
care in the world about how their words-actions may one day be read by the
world including the children they were tasked with bringing in to this world to
“care & provide 4.”
U may have noticed more and more people are using the number
“4” to express themselves more than ever as in the motor vehicle
“4Runner” and of course there is nothing quite like being “4warned.” A mother
of one of Danielle’s friends upon hearing from Devin
Standard and myself discussing our incredible cum from behind victory in
Superior Court commented sumthing about me coming with a “Warning
Label” in reference to her dismay that Dr. Stew had taken things as far
as he did.
Now u may not have followed everything that went on in court
that day beginning with Judge Hendrix essentially pleading with Dr. Stew and
his attorney to reconsider the venue for airing his “differences”
with me since u may recall we were in a criminal court setting where being
found guilty and/or violating a court order could very possibly result not only
in a felony but time in jail where “Buddha could bone u” [sic]
where the sun don’t shine, agree?
I go into all this with u because I am now about to tighten
the noose around JBS et al who conspired to wreck my good name and that of my
significant other Marie Dion Gevisser to mention little of the damage done
already to her children.
As u undoubtedly know from your own upbringing it always
pays to stand up immediately to a bully to mention little of what occurred
several years back before u came into our lives when Dr. Stew unilaterally
reduced Marie’s alimony-child support payments without even discussing it
with her and when confronted
this out of control rapacious “specimen”,
perhaps one of kind, turned it all around and said, “I wanted to discuss
it with u but u were always to busy” [sic].
As u may have gathered from reading the first hyperlink one
of the many things I am aiming to do in order to help bring this world in tTOo better balance is to
update the English language and so any contributions u might have please
don’t hesitate to let me know assuming u can spare a moment or too.
U have been helpful to me on a number of levels including
giving me sum basic engineering that was never part of my formal education and
in return I have given u a helping hand or too in making ends meet. I am loathe
to lend money let alone just give money away to anyone who has 2 arms and 2
legs and even think twice when I see someone who has a limb missing without
first getting to know them a little, and this getting to know people sumtimes
drives those around me nuts.
It is tho only when u get into bolting things down that
things become STABLE

Which is now causing people to at least pause in their drive
to die the richest on earth, in fact the longest pauses come from those whose
deficit needs haven’t yet overtaken their fundamental needs to survive
and I would hasid a guess that there is a rather strong correlation between the
length of the pause and those in the race to finish first.
Try it sum time with your fellow workers, particularly that
physicist I spoke with for sum 45 minutes wanting to get a handle from me on
why his top notch company should hire u as opposed to all the other out-of-work
engineers looking for their shot at the brass ring.
And of course I couldn’t talk to your technical
competency but I think I did a pretty good job in letting this rather
impressive English gentleman know that u could be trusted not to run off with
his company’s crown jewels and remember now patents are worth no more
than the paper they are written on until such time as they have been litigated
and the judgment
collected which is one of the reasons I tried to discourage u from getting a
patent on your fukukta stomach muscle device which u have yet to even describe
to me.
Diatribes and courtroom settings are all to be avoided at
just about any cost and why the smartest people I know focus on things like
trade secrets for which there is no possibility of getting screwed, different
and apart from a screwball, a knuckleball
the closest I can think of right now for which there is no response.
That “judgment” hyperlink should give u more of
a sense from where I come and despite my diminutive size, ugly-duckling looks,
I can when push comes to shove stand tall, at least make certain that I have
around me people who can be counted on, most importantly to always tell the
truth.
U have not heard the name
G-d tho as u know only helps those who don’t let
others interfere with their sequencing which is the second blessing

As u would have come across in the email to Mr.
David Winterton yesterday I had in fact planned on sending out an email to
Mr.
Fortunately or unfortunately, Marie returned to the house
just be4 I was about to hit the send button and informed me, “Enuf was
Enuf” [sic] and that she would now only be communicating with JBS via E-mail which is
something she tried at least once before.
Fortunately or unfortunately, however, there have been
difficulties on our end with the desktop computer that seems to crash even more
times than my laptop which is crying out for help. I can no longer really use
the built-in keyboard opting for one of those wireless keyboards which is
almost twice the size of the laptop, lengthwise that is.
The weather is rather cool right now about 63
degrees and everything seems to firing right, altho I won’t check this
email until after we return from the rock cabin where we plan to go right after
the game.
Marie, dressed to kill, just turned around and asked if I
had brought a sweater for her, “Don’t u think of me?” but with a
smile that a man would die 4.
I am trying very hard to be precise in my communication but
bear in mind I have very
little control over who reads these emails to mention little of what it
actually means to have been told by an FBI agent that I am not on their “watch list” i.e., do u
think they would let me know if in fact I was?
I know Marie was a little disappointed u didn’t show
up at the reception and for the life of me I couldn’t figure out exactly
why. I know tho that u are very busy and besides u showed up in court back on
October 23rd as well as the next day which became a day of reckoning
for both Marie’s former husband as well as my attorney Mr. James C.
Ashworth who thought that the odds of me getting exactly what I wanted to be
“1 in a million” based on the first read of JBS’ bullshit original
complaint.
As u may know from having read sum of the E-mails I
recently blind copied u on Mr. Ashworth, the attorney tasked with prosecuting a
civil case against Dr. John Ben Stewart et al has now been found and his having
gone AWOL
had nothing to do with the FBI not
actually showing up at our reception.
So again for life of me I cannot understand why u have not
been heard from. Are u okay?
There is one other favor I have of u. Please take a look at
this resume of a good friend of mine who is a very well qualified engineer from
one of the finer universities in
Moreover, I have really got to know MVV
as he chose to the take the plunge and become our first franchisee. More
important than helping prove out the business model, he has in fact done all
the work in building what I consider to be a rather outstanding business plan,
requiring just a wee bit of twisting
from the likes of me.
There are a number
of things I have still on my plate that need getting to before the rats
possibly take over and so please would u give this matter your most urgent
attention.
The sun
