at approximately 3:49 PM PST, Ms. Goetz failing to address the electrical
outlet problems in the beach house contained in an earlier E-mail sent by Marie
to Ms. Goetz who at least complied with Marie’s request that all future
communications be limited to email to mention little of my frothing at the
mouth anticipating putting Ms. Goetz’s credibility to the test in an arena
of her peers:
