Dear Dennis – U have been copied on the email communiqués between my Partner-Wife Marie Dion and the owner of the beach property that she rents here in Del Mar.

In our opinion Mr. and Mrs. Warren in cahoots with their agent Lori Goetz of the high profile real estate firm Dave Stubbs have engaged in highly unscrupulous acts interfering at a minimum with Marie’s right to “quiet enjoyment.”

The contract is very clear granting Marie an extension of her lease at the same rate for another year.

I would like to get the contract in your hands and for you to inform us what remedies she has in addition to my ability to broadcast such despicable misconduct around the world seeking the opinion of literate folk thanks to yours truly not having a lot easier time understanding evidence without all the commentary and legalize, wouldn’t u agree?

It is probably best to try reaching me on Marie’s home telephone line USA 1-858-755-3914 since I am trying to keep my cell phone line open waiting for both the FBI and the United States Attorney’s LA Office to get back me on other matters.

Ps I – I am probably going up to Los Angeles tomorrow, possibly meeting with Mr. Paul Baker of Baker Winokur Ryder [BWR] in our old stomping grounds of Beverly Hills the same location where a doctor is quite the central figure in at least one Grand Jury investigation seeking to indict Messrs Weiss and Lerach of the former 2,000 gorilla law firm of Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes and Lerach, my having earlier sought assistance from Ms. Deborah Sturman Esq. who u may recall was the “aggressive” catalyst in the $4 billion odd settlement for mostly Jewish slave laborers during the Holocaust which not every literate human being on the planet is aware took place during WWII when folks like my father were “bumming the rap” [sic] out of the Nazi bastards as the likes of the South African Oppenheimer family kept the Nazi Military Machine amply stocked with diamond tipped drilling bits, agree?

Ps II - In short order I will be responding to Mr. Baker’s so eloquent request to have me add him to my “delete list” that by avoiding the issues raised in a $50 million lawsuit involving Rolling Stone Magazine Mr. Baker altho, like his partner Larry Winokur, a trained attorney, will c fit to assist me with the wording I plan to include below the words A NAME FROM HERE YOU CAN TRUST OVER in the INFORMERS WANTED ad campaign which once drew a “big kick” from Mr. JRK of Finkelstein & Krinsk geared toward drawing the attention first of some 40 million odd South Africans of color to how effective the South African Oppenheimer family have been in distracting the masses of the world while the ruling elite have such fun and games encouraging the likes of Michael “Fictitious” Moore to keep his cow face out there while dishing out crumbs to the likes of Milberg Weiss who in turn have mastered the art of spin using the likes of not all that sophisticated PR firms like BWR, again relatively speaking when compared to the grand master, my extraordinary mother, Zena Gevisser to mention ever so briefly how when I was about 15 years of age, just prior to leaving for Israel on an Ulpan that lasted some 4 odd months my mother took me along to meet with one of her former clients, a former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officers of one the multi-national pharmaceutical giants operating in South Africa, I believe it was Smith & Nephew and this gentleman made a point when my mother was out of the room to let me know how much his success was due to the “incite” [sic] of my mother who u may recall was contacted NOT by Robert F. Kennedy’s publicist when they were looking for someone who would know who the former United States Attorney General should NOT meet with when visiting Durban, South Africa in mid 1966, the Oppenheimers having quite the grand estate just outside of Durban but rather a bought and paid for journalist not quite as adept of Royal Mater, agree?

The deafening silences of the top business journalists in the United States of America, most if not all having quite the liberal agenda speaking volumes around the world at this time like never be4, agree?

Ps III – When Mr. JRK and I first became acquainted in first half of 1999 during a meal at a restaurant in La Jolla where his “partner-in-crime” former United States Attorney Mr. Howard Finkelstein and one-time partner at the law firm of Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes and Lerach remains, to the best of my knowledge, “banned”, Mr. JRK suggested that despite having never drafted any type of legal complaint I should have “a shot” at putting together a formal complaint against Ronald “The Finagle King” Perelman and of course I did nothing more than smile at Jeffrey who understood rather well that despite having attending university my formal education was not worth the paper it was written on altho, it is possible that Jeffrey in doing “due diligence” on me spoke on more than one occasion to my extraordinary Jewish orthodox mother who would have let Jeffrey know that at age 10 when she was still in her early forties and “firing right” I could be counted on to not only keep my big mouth shut but my knowledge of the “real world” had Zena Gevisser relying on me for healthy doses of “common sense” to the point that today Mr. JRK has to be thinking whether my “mad hatter” mother was part of the “set up”, agree?

Ps IV - one FBI agent today getting quite a kick out of my take of how much thinking is required when going after rather sophisticated thiefs who have mastered the fine art of building in to their “cost of sales” the “cost of getting caught”,,, anyone in a position to offer assistants to both the FBI and the United States Attorney’s LA office should feel not only feel but duty bound to call them respectively at USA 1-310-477-6565 and 1-213-894-2434, and with just a little perseverance it wouldn’t take long to reach United States Attorney Ms. Alka Sagar at 1-213-894-6223 who returns to the office this August 19^th, my having left a clear enough message on Ms. Saga’s voicemail as well on his assistant’s voice recorder at exactly 12:05 PM PST.
