would know that your vagueness on the stand yesterday in Judge Bloom’s

hurt our case but it certainly didn’t do much to impress
upon the youth who are all our futures that they can rely on anyone but
themselves for the truth which simply requires them to logically thought
process?
While
you blame your supervisor for failing to get her “arms around” what IT IS
that you, I, property m

What
you, your supervisor, each and every one of your colleagues at the City of Del
Mar, each and every city councilmember past and present, the

down before. It’s also illegal to have a family of 4 living in a one bedroom
unit. They could definitely force us to move you out. So it is important that

Whether
or not Greedy was accurate about the legality or illegality or having
been “closed down before” in his attempts to not
only intimidate me but loop me in to his criminal activity IS NOT as important, in my humble but seasoned opinion, especially
to the next generation getting up “to speed” at Light-G-D-Speed, as the fact
that Greedy Beckham is so bold in his defiance of telling you so co-opted
underlings to go take your dagga, i.e. pot, stuff it in your pipe and if you DARE mess with his “system” you had better
watch out to mention little of Greedy Beckham making out in court when caught
time and again with his pants down that he is being so “noble” in now spending
the monies to get “in compliance”.
You
would KNOW one man’s system is
another man’s corruption.
You
may not know that the German word Gevisser is “The knower”.
You
would know given your dealings with me that I don’t lie, steal or cheat, never
so dumb as to allow myself to get caught up in someone else’s web especially a
dope dealer so extraordinarily dumb to have got “high on his own supply”.
Moreover,
I have a rather stellar track record of ferreting out crooks at all levels of the pyramid,
not thinking myself so godly as to judge one evil as more evil than the next,
relying on nothing short of logical thought processing to get me through the
day and to sleep at night like a log not having to worry about any lies “catching
up with me”, only liars need good memories.

I have already tested today with about “tTOo” [sic] dozen folks of all ages showing them the entire December 14th letter of Greedy Beckham as well as the 366 word message he left on my voice recorder on June 3rd of this year in which he makes clear reference to my having the “goods” on him, also informing such individuals that under cross examination by my extraordinarily competent as well as amazingly patient advocate, Mr. Walter Pinkerton Esq., Greedy Beckham responded to Walt’s question,
“What else other than you being high on your own supply did my client Gevisser have on you” [sic]?
with,
“The abusive, pathological
and psychotic liar Gevisser was making fun of me because I have not had sex in
a long time” [sic].
You can click on here for the entire 366 word voice message that I will in due course be uploading on to the Internet along with the entire transcript of the all day trial which Judge Bloom has yet to rule on.
Bear in mind that in answer to Pinkerton’s question of what Greedy Beckham was specifically referring to when saying very precisely in his voice message left for me,

it very unfortunate situation to see someone who I have let into my life on a
personal level take information or things that were between us and then
threaten me with it to intimidate me to act the way you would like me to act
for you”,
Beckham did not on this occasion when testifying use the words “abusive” or “pathological” or “psychotic liar Gevisser” BUT this heathen liar did in fact find buried deep in his psychotic mind to explain, under oath, under penalty of perjury, that what he was referring to when spitting out, “take information or things that were between us…” was him, Beckham, “not having had sex in a long time” something I don’t specifically recall him once mentioning.

Moreover, it not taking a rocket scientist, not even close, to get their arms around how it is possible for anyone to believe a single word coming out of this scoundrel’s or Ms. Kathy “Rat face” Clark’s mouths even if it only to acknowledge that there is plenty of sea water on planet Mother Earth for those without a pot to pee in to relieve themselves and if not to then let them eat cake, naturally filled with Greedy Beckham’s dagga of course.
The preponderance of the evidence simply overwhelming in our favor given how Greedy Beckham has demonstrated from the very start of when I took occupancy on December 3rd of last year of his extraordinary arrogance, “thumbing his nose” at your folks who have in fact bent over backwards in dragging your heals to make the so obvious determination that the “illegal living area” occupied by his month to month tenant Ms. Rat Face is in fact in Bechham’s words the “non-conforming unit” to mention little of my seeming to recall Ms. Clark when asked about when her tenancy began she reduced by about 6 months the time she said she has been living in the “illegal dwelling unit” perhaps to reduce the monies due to me, to mention in passing, Ms. Rat Face who attacked my wife Marie after reading my email of May 28th 2004 spelling out our distaste for her foul mouth, seeing nothing to lose other than what little remains of her mind by once again, “lying through her teeth” suggesting it was Marie who attacked her.
The lack of reason begins and ends in most “independent thinkers’” minds with how it comes to pass that someone such as Beckham who is the cause of all these problems, being so inept could have any standing in a court of law after so boldly spelling out his utter disregard for the “rule of law.”

Again I am anti-corruption not anti-establishment.
I am not encouraging class warfare, it’s the welfare system I am questioning and I am a member of the “favored class”.
In a nutshell, I detest those who derive
great satisfaction in exceeding the limits of their small authority, i.e. evil
does not come in the form of pointed tail or pitched fork.
Obviously such greedy and mindless behavior making it many argue increasingly difficult for me to keep making the argument that no one should be so foolish as to get violent in order to speed up the inevitable positive changes that are already taking hold all over the planet.
While the gap between the rich and the poor in the 3rd world is getting smaller, the gap between the rich and the poor in the so-called 1st World is getting, in much more than my humble but seasoned opinion, SIGNIFICANTly larger, the entire system appearing to be very much out of balance, within moments in the history of time from catastrophic collapse?
Time though, is again relative only to mankind, who cannot given how much our sequencing has been interfered with be relied on to logically thought process simply not capable of outsmarting G-d-NAture.
I see that the time is right for each of us to look within, stop even looking in the mirror given how so few of us can “live in the moment” in this race for “survival of the richest” and find a way to first suggest to ourselves what it is exactly each of us can do to prevent violence which is the only option play remaining for those such as the DAAC [DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel] at the very top of the pyramid, dependant more than ever on another world war, preventing the spread democracy.

If you take just once a different path to your regular surfing spot you will while possibly taking longer begin to get a broader perspective of the surrounding area such that in no time at all you dream the impossible, lose all fear, capable of flying like a bird without ever leaving the ground, knowing versus believing everything there is to know about the sensitivity of G-D-Nature revealing Him-Herself ever instant that for “sum” [sic] reason has been lost for far “tTOo” [sic] long?
Now is the time to broadcast your thoughts even if they are 180 degrees different to mine since to stay quiet at this most amazing moment in the history of time seems to me to be rather dumb even if in fact you have not an ounce of spirituality remaining in your body.
Deafening silences beginning to speak even more volumes as those like Greedy Beckham and Ms. Rat Face Clark, “lie through their teeth” given how in order to remain in so much denial they will have to get even, “higher on their own supply.”
