mentioning Arden Realty¡¯s Chief Executive, Richard Ziman as being Hertzberg¡¯s campaign
co-chairman throwing in that the New York Stock Exchange Real
Estate Investment Trust is, ¡°the commercial real estate firm that negotiated last
year with the mayor's office to sell the city a downtown office tower¡±
there is no mention that Richard Ziman is also Chairman of the Board of the Wetherly
Capital Group who share
their headquarters in west Los Angeles with Arden Realty and while the article
points out that Hertzberg¡¯s campaign finance chairman is Dan Weinstein there is
apparently no mention that Mr. Weinstein is the WCG¡¯s co-m
Furthermore,
I couldn¡¯t find any mention about Dan Weinstein, courtesy of Mr. Hertzberg et al,
being a member of the California Coastal Commission; then again I just glanced
thru the article and could have missed other noteworthy information missing
from the text.
