Jerry – I have yet to hear back from Jeffrey R. Krinsk of FK that he has hung back on the walls of his office his law degree certificate from Boston College, decided to take a break from his insurance collection duties, done the smart thing offering his hand to my Client Partner Wife Marie Dion while I let go of his other hand freeing him up to make a call to Postal Inspector Katherine Budig and Assistant United States Attorney, Richard Robinson telling them everything he knows about the illegal “business practices” of Milberg Weiss agreeing of course to subject himself to a lie detector test, both Mr. JRK and I have played “pong” long enough together for each of us to know that neither one of us is pathological, i.e. were we to lie the machine would respond appropriately assuming only that the lie detector unit had been properly calibrated and the FBI agent conducting the questioning was both “skilled and experienced”, no concern about his-her integrity, agree?
Consequently, please refer me to a top notch litigator here in San Diego to assist me assist my CPW MD respond to the “fast balls thrown at or near her head” by her greedy landlords and their realtors very possibly aided and abetted by my new landlord who has now by putting back a couple of planks in the fence increased my lung capacity, the additional walk for conjugational visits with my wife at her residence they would likely argue should mitigate their malicious misconduct.

George W. Bush perhaps the only person able to avoid a meltdown of epic proportions by suspending immediately the trading of shares in public corporations, agree?
Just my opinion, my suggestions, however, rarely if ever falling on deaf ears, the filing of the Revlon Corporation Shareholder Class Action lawsuit on October 1st 1999 within a couple of hours of the statute of limitations running out just one example of my uncanny prescient timing, deploying old time tested tactics never part of my formal education, again no one I know ever being credited by a noteworthy judge, let alone someone as famous as Federal Judge Jack B. Weinstein, his decision to reverse a landmark multi-million dollar class action jury award not all that shabby for a “failed university tutor” attending a “crappy 3rd world university”, agree?
To mention just in passing how my intervention as CEO of a medical device company that grabbed the attention as well as the bucks of “cash” multi-billionaire Fred DeLuca while putting a lid on some 2,000 other class action lawsuits involving repetitive stress injuries put the biggest damper on the Democratic Communist Party who r invigorated by indoctrinating the working class and poor to not be responsible for their own well being, agree?
Why take “proper and adequate” care of one’s body from the earliest of ages making ourselves susceptible to injuries in the work place depriving ambulance chasing attorneys their kids fed up with peanut butter sandwiches of their shot at the brass ring, agree?
The more “advanced” litigators not really caring all that much where the soft tissue injury occurs, some 75% of all injuries soft-tissue in nature which when one adds in the perfect vacuum of space between a whole number of folks’ ears moves that already rather large number to approximately 99.989% of all injuries, agree?
The litigators mostly concerned that I can somehow be distracted from broadcasting given my expertise and credibility in the “risk assessment” business that when all is said and done there is in all likelihood not a single solvent insurance company on the planet of any meaningful size, at least willing to have me audit their books as the attorneys scourging around like never before to be “first in line”, agree?
No longer important to be the first to the courthouse steps to file a lawsuit but to know who within the insurance company will pay the most attention to the squeakiest wheel, agree?
Interesting while our manufacturing jobs have headed east workers compensation claims continue to increase thru the roof, nothing, again, quite invigorates communist bosses than masses raised on entitlement programs, agree?
Coincidentally, Mr. JRK prior to becoming one of the better SCAL litigators was at one time the Chief Operating Officer of Hang Ten International owned by the Foster-Ratner families of San Diego that during the Clinton regime was sold off to the Hong Kong Chinese, bearing in mind that HTI was simply a licensing company, agree?
Most folks seem to forget that the Chinese only sleep when having sex, so incredibly smart these amazing people who have been invaded many times never once having been conquered, agree?
Incredible to think despite the irrefutable “smoking gun proof” of political corruption at the highest levels of the Democratic Communist Party the likes of Tony Unruh and Glenn Shapiro still from all appearances seem so supportive of these lost souls

The ongoing harassment of my CPW MD provides her with a pretty good taste of what the likes of great litigators such as yourself look forward to each and every day as others further down the totem pole have to battle it out for the scraps.
Quite amazing how folks all around the world seem to be getting quite a kick observing such patent fraud not quite as difficult to prove as “scienter” in Shareholder Class Action Lawsuits, agree?
The seemingly pitiful 2 Grand Jury investigations into criminal misconduct by Milberg Weiss further evidence u think of the incredible false sense of security the investing public receive daily believing that there are “checks and balances” in place even for rogue professionals who are tasked and paid rather handsomely for going after big time Wall Street crooks?
How come a “bag order” [sic] wouldn’t-couldn’t have stopped the likes of Emily Lambert and Robert Lenzner of Forbes Magazine doing such an incredible PR job back in February for Messrs Weiss and Lerach, agree?
Perhaps, altho u r based in Los Angeles u might see benefit in handling this case yourself, the money aside, there is the legacy for your children and grandchildren which they in turn can use to empower others at hopefully an early enough stage of their lives be4 the “denial” stage sets in followed shortly thereafter by the resignation stage believing the whole world is crooked and to therefore “g.ab” [sic] as much as quickly as possible?

The latest implosion from the crooked realtors at Dave Stubbs Realty telling my CPW MD that she is in violation of her lease by, “having more then the three people living there... you have two dogs...” so reminiscent of when we first got acquainted some 20 years ago perhaps to the day, agree?

Organization ever once following through in the 5 years I “ran” Insurance Marketing Services to actually file a lawsuit, us settling 100 cents on the dollar with every legitimate creditor, more than a handful at the time threatening lawsuits, a good number throwing up a whole lot of crap against the wall thinking the likes of me and u would be intimidated to mention my policy of never, never, never settling an illegitimate claim, “just for peace of mind” the idea that “some battles are not worth fighting” not part of my vocabulary much like the word, “Can’t, the impossible shall be done, miracles take a little longer” to mention little of CPW MD’s “tTOo” [sic] kids spending half the time with their biological father, to mention even less half the time CPW MD spends in her other homes, the rock cabin a half hour away on the Ducati, to mention in passing the beach house never looking any better, my looking forward to communicating with Tom Cruise who I understand has a spanking new yellow Ducati.
Do u think Tom might take up my challenge to race him from the beach house to the rock cabin, assuming he would agree to my having CPW MD on the back so as to help stabilize the bike particularly in the final 1.7 mile section where the speed limit is 25 MPH, the winner grabbing whatever single asset the other one wants and of course Marie again is only my CPW and not part of my liquidated net worth that is growing in leaps and bounds, my simply needing Tom to get Oprah’s attention, agree?

Ms Goetz can insinuate whatever she likes just like Marie could make insinuations about Ms. Goetz and her principals’ private lives does not make it the truth and considering the pathological behavior of these folks who is to know what happens in the dark in their respective residences.
At this point Marie believes it is her reputation that is at stake and why these folks would continue to harass her is anybody’s guess, agree?
In my opinion, Marie has stated clearly what the contract provides for.
There can be nothing served other than further harassment by Ms. Goetz et al by communicating gobbledygook along the lines of wanting access to show CPW MD’s rental property.
Please let me know your suggestions at your earliest convenience.
