Mr. Martin – It is with deep regret that I inform u et al that I have suggested to my Client-Partner-Wife Marie Dion that she seek guidance from the California State Bar Association as well as 2 attorneys she was referred to at Luce Forward in terms of how best to respond, in my opinion, to your partner, Mr. Anthony Passante’s gross negligence, just a few minutes ago with permission granted by my CPW MD I forwarded to them all the “back and forth” with your law firm, not including, however, that awesome letter Mr. Passante Esq. apparently sent to the other party without permission.
My sadness is, however, mostly with my anything but self-centered incredible CPW as well as her “tTOo” [sic] children followed by your family and friends who have yet to hear how u apparently sat on your hands while Mr. Passante gave Marie Dion quite the runaround this past Friday afternoon telling her that she needed to make an appointment with his secretary if she wanted the letter he supposedly “bulled together” [sic] and when she agreed the weasel, no strike that, I have this easel of Marie’s in her garage that needs moving, part of our JoNathan’s upcoming garage sale, Mr. “Pissante” [sic] then said his secretary had gone for the day before turning his back on my CPW MD and walking away in a huff.
While I am not a lawyer-liar I do know a thing or “tTOo” [sic] about the law, most of all, truth as in proof, the better the evidence the better the proof, truth, that which does not change, and since neither Marie Dion nor I have met u it is very possible that the gentleman she saw in a suit with anything but matching black shoes was someone other than u, agree?
I do in fact choose my words ever so carefully taking not all that long in fine tuning my message once I know my target audience, this morning in addition to my usual chores around the house, exercising the dogs, perhaps a mile or “tTOo” [sic] swim in the Pacific “Oshon” [sic] I will be contacting former close colleagues in the insurance industry to get their feedback on us putting on a seminar or tTOo [sic] addressing the most talked about subject on my website www.NextraterresTrial.com, “Why have the financial markets not imploded, yet?”
Once I know for certain who u r and how u view both the words and actions of Mr. Anthony Passante Esq. you can bet your bottom dollar I will be far more stiletto like in my communications.
Furthermore should I not hear from you by the close of business today, shutting down my computer, no later than 5PM PT, I will be suggesting to my CPW MD what measures she should consider so as to exact a fair price from u and your partner Mr. Passante for having breached, again in my humble opinion, not only HER attorney-client privilege but in failing to act in a timely manner, time being of the essence significantly adds to both her claims and damages, how DARE your partner wait so long before addressing my CPW MD’s explicit instructions to mention again and again Passante’s refusal this past Friday to provide her with the letter he says he sent to replace the one she requested be sent to the other party is much more than simply childish behavior, agree?
Time is of the essence, ignorance of the law is no excuse, i.e. what emerges is a pattern of poor behavior, again and again Marie Dion refuses to be a cow on your dairy farm,,,[1]
