Dear Crispin,

I seem to recall you or someone in the law firm, perhaps Mr. Mclusky himself, emailing me several months ago about whose name I wanted to put the Ccrest property in, formally known as Sea Crest. Has anything been done in this regard? Please also provide me with a detailed accounting of all monies that have passed through your law firm, of course as it relates only to my transaction.

Please feel free to drop by Ccrest and let the new manager Russell [sunandmoon] serve you up his best recipe and please don’t forget to try the ice-cream which I am told comes from the best sheep in the area. Of course we also offer ice-cream from cows to mention little of our terrific scones and Somerset cream. Soon I hope to have on line my family’s Gipsy Tea and Coffee brand although I might simply call it Pig-sy and of course we wouldn’t turn away good looking waitresses looking to make their mark in our upwardly mobile park. Hopefully soon we will offer “to go” boxes along with knapsacks that folks can enjoy in the adjacent park or when trekking further to visit Burgundy Chapel which reminds me that we should begin the process to get a liquor license.

I hope one of these days to make it over and check things out myself. As you can see though from this email below I am a little preoccupied in raising some capital in fairly short order to mention little of my plan to taking all the writings off The Cave walls before going out for a ride later on my Dukati. Please make sure that someone is available to handle these matters for me otherwise once again I might have to take things into my own hands in order to start the ball rolling smoothly again. In the course of the next 48 hours or so I will in fact be launching in public a series of more Perfect Storms including filing at least one lawsuit against a rather rapacious individual here in the United States who when he realized that I wasn’t about to take his bait and exit my vehicle and engage in a fist-fight decided to file a criminal complaint against me suggesting that I was the “threat” and then some.

Perhaps, if this pathological Pathologist had been on the email list at the time I was purchasing Ccrest in Minehead he might have thought twice before launching an all out war against me on of all days September 11^th. What may have in fact triggered this out of control physician to act so wretchedly might have been an email I sent to another pathologist back on August 20^th who had thanked me for including him on one of my earlier emails.

By the way, do you know “what” was behind the Inka’s who never used carriages with wheels when hauling stuff over the passes yet remained enlightened while us Occidentals ran around Europe in the dark? Perhaps, once the voyager spacecraft gets behind the sun we may have sum of the answers. In reality though we don’t really need to look much beyond the moon and the tide to understand the behavior of light, artificiality to boot not though math and science to mention little of spirituality.

Sometime today I hope to follow with Professors Klein and Price and of course you are welcome to read any of my hyperlinks but please on your own shilling.

Ps I Jodie Ruiz is the assistant to the attorney currently handling certain legal matters for me here in the United States. Ps II “Shaim” is a neighbor of mine who spread the word back at the beginning of the year that I was going broke despite “knowing” that my most valuable assets, my art, was worth at least 3 X the “fire sale liquidation” value of all my remaining real estate assets. So how did he “know.” Simple, I had never once lied to him so why would he think otherwise? So you may wonder why anyone would have planted such nonsense into the head of this not-so-good neighbor to mention little of what he hoped to gain by spreading such a malicious rumor? Unfortunately, Mr. Haim is not that well endowed and consequently any damages award I were to get out of him would come to zero. The same though cannot be said for “pathological” pathologist Stewart and the minions who surround him. This doctor who has taken several missteps over the 15 odd years I have known him remains, however, gainfully employed. One of the things he failed to address was the “missedconduct” of one of his colleagues from Sharp Hospital who misdiagnosed a rather straightforward female problem involving the Doctor’s own daughter whose bedroom remains the doctor’s former closet to mention in passing why his son who happens to be rather bright wouldn’t think twice about repeating what I consider to be the most racist of jokes that not even his sister didn’t think was “funny.” And remember I was raised in South Africa and during my almost 21 years living in that racist environment I never heard such a hatred commentary on the state of the affairs. Recently though I heard something from “Bruce Lee” but even what Mr. Lee had to say wasn’t all that transparent.

There is though light at the end of the rainbow especially when we have folks like the Willis Brothers setting the “write trend.”

D, I got your message but I can’t find your home number. In the event you were in a position to provide me with a loan at 3 points, at least, above your cost of capital, I have attached a proposal from Washington mutual who offered to refinance my apartment/condos in Santa Monica at the beginning of the year that would have allowed me to take out almost $XK cash while reducing my monthly mortgage payment significantly. The remaining mortgage is $357K. By the way the building next door has two bedroom condos which are quite a bit bigger than mine and updated to boot, selling though for in excess of $400K.

I have 4 2 bedrooms and 2 one bedrooms in a building that stood up much better than the two buildings on either side during the earthquake of 94. You may recall that the engineer who built the building built it to commercial standards and hoped to eventually convert it into a “castle” with “secret” interconnecting doors and then rent control kicked in as the project was nearing completion, which turned out to be my luck. The fact is although the building generates decent cashflow right now even though my rents are probably still less than 50% below market and I am no longer under rent control, the building over the years has been quite a cash drain, relatively speaking that is. To most people I know this property would rank as a stellar investment but my IRR is as you know stellar and then some. By the way the building immediately north of mine with the high priced condos experienced I am told nearly $100K in damage while “our” building simply swayed. Annie was there at the time and got the worst of it. She was in the middle unit and got squeezed much more than what I had hoped for and then some.

I was just too preoccupied at the beginning of this year with other stuff to follow up on getting the refinancing done. I also just remembered that my property in England might not yet have been put in my name. Several months ago I recall my lawyers in England who I completely bypassed in purchasing the property, emailing me wanting to know whose name to put it in and I didn’t reply although I told them in a “broadcasted” email to stop putting my remaining properties in the names of other designated parties and to keep what remained all in my name. They never responded to that email. I am all prepared to put the property in Minehead, England entirely in your name if it hasn’t already been put in my name. In the event it has already been put in my name then I would simply instruct my lawyers there to lien the property to you.

I have a new management team running the place who seem on the ball although I have yet to meet anyone nor have I seen any numbers although they have only been on the job a few weeks and the summer season is coming to an end. That property if it is run right should generate as both a bed and breakfast as well as a restaurant around 40K pounds, net, per year. Once I have all my ducks lined up which should be within a matter of weeks I believe that property could triple in value just from the increased business coming from “our” nextraterrestrial website.

Ccrest is uniquely positioned in many ways. I don’t know if I told this but to Christians and archeologists Burgundy Chapel which is the first stop on the trail leading from the property, less than a slow paced half hour walk, is “sacred terrority.” Inside the National preserve forest there is a farmhouse and the family that own/lease the property have done some research into the chapel which back in the 14 hundreds belonged to the family that owned Dunster Castle which is in the town next to Minehead. The son who I believe is “sit-ting” at Cambridge University did a project when he was still at high school that delved into the history of this chapel and concluded as a result of going to the national archives that the chapel is much older than originally thought. He suggested taking steps to have a tomb inside the chapel excavated although I don’t know exactly where that stands today. In the week that I was there scooping out the place I did more than take a few steps and tumbles along the way. Fortunately I had my heavy duty sheep skin jacket and my eldest brothers oversized boots keeping me warm and most importantly dry. I also had a bird share with me his-her nest overlooking the Chapel when I needed to take a break. I found though that the way to stay warm and keep my mind firing right was to keep moving which of course makes me a less visible target.

Many in the area subscribe to the notion that John the Baptist preached in this area and some even believe that Jesus Christ himself journeyed to these parts. I myself believe he is more likely to have checked out the surf in Jeffrey’s bay, South Africa. This seamingly on the ball son’s mother is an attorney who specializes in “mental patients rights” and I spent an afternoon chatting with her while going through her son’s project. She as well as other notables in the town were quite surprised that I had just walked in and grabbed up this Ccrest of a jewel. One lady who happens to own the only castle in Minehead had in fact thought of purchasing the property and had walked through the property just weeks before I arrived and scooped up the place without even setting foot inside.

Of course I never told the “mental patients rights” attorney about Footsak et al and simply kept my conversation with her short and sweet letting her simply know that I was seeking a resting spot for myself given the hectic pace I was about to embark on. And of course she had to think I was still nuts but then again she kept reminding herself that I was the guy that bought the property for a song while trying to find my starting point on the 614 mile walk.

With that said, again please do not feel under any pressure to help me out. You have done everything anyone could ask of a friend and then some. Everything works out in the end, one must just never be rushed.
