- no problem in holding the tax payments – all such

these taxes should total approximately $4K, such payments should have been made

also believe there is $250 due on a condominium homeowners
fee that has now been liened against the property. I have no problem with those
monies also being paid but I don’t won’t to waive my rights to get
it back since my argument is that I was the association, altho I recognize it
might be the most incredibly weak argument I have yet to formulate, again I was
looking for any means possible to “introduce into evidence” certain
issues that keep escaping the electorate, not to
forget could I get perhaps $500,000 in cash, I agree that $1 million
was going a bit overboard.
