Altho
superficially a good judgment in ruling with the “code of the law” u failed to
do the right thing for the general good of all the people by making it clear in
your commentary surrounding your judgment that u saw thru it all, agree?
Simple Smith’s so pitiful excuse
for his poor behavior, “To maintain my sanity I could not read his
emails anymore” only bad lawyers and simple people use that tactic to
bring pity on themselves, agree?
The
total lack of effort on Simple Smith’s part to resolve the
issue outside of court once he realized I would not accept money, demonstrated
beyond a shadow of a doubt abuse of the system, agree?
Could
it have been your lack of knowledge that u failed to see that the $200 I
deducted off my rent on a lease with quite the one year option to renew was not
material, surely u weren’t trying to pull the wool over our eyes that much we
know, to mention little of the gardening work that was not being performed by
his “bought and paid 4” [sic] gardener who lived on the same property as me who
was and remains so comfortable prancing about in her open back, “see-thru”
[sic] nightgowns, enough to make even my poor poor dog Pypeetoe want to vomit,
such rotting debris left for months unattended not really all that good for his
constitution, so much for trampling on United States Constitution, agree?
Or
were u simply trying to find a win-win situation when there r times when
examples have to be made, Simple Smith’s acknowledgement thru
his mouthpiece, pitiful attorney Kristin L. Connor Esq. declaring loud and
clear,
“Simple Smith does not plan to build for years” [sic]
So
very telling and surely not falling on your deaf ears, your eyes rolling as he
spat out such gibberish in defiance again of the record, agree?
To
repeat the email communications “back and forth” between Simple
Smith and me that I sent to Ted Kimball of Kimball blah blah for which they
billed Simple Smith sum $2800+;

right now would prefer I didn’t send out this next broadcasted email in
response to my one programmer Adam Tucker request, “Please explain to me why I should vote for Bush”.
Please
read this communiqué as well as this to shed more light on how it came
about that I was unaware that the realtor who leased me the property had in
fact done the right thing for the general good by adding in the words on the
signature page of my lease granting me in writing a one year option to renew
making so much more sense of Simple Smith wanting to get rid of
me at any cost that makes more than a
handful of folks around the world see red as this time, agree?
Such
“muscle” by lawyer-liars the sort of tactics one would expect in communist
countries to mention little of again and again what has more than a handful of
folks all around the world seeing red
not being so stupid as to take up arms but using their fingertips to spread the
word of how it comes about that we have even the most well meaning of lawyers
at the bottom end of the totem pole such as public defenders supposedly tasked
with protecting the minuscule rights of the poor and downtrodden doing
absolutely nothing of the sort instead allowing the rich to get richer and the
poor the picture right here in the United States of America, not for much
longer will such abuse of the system be tolerated thanks to the Digital Age, a
G-D-Send agree?
The
failure of the legal profession here in California to address the “Time
is of the essence” issue beginning to make perfect sense of why it is
that poor and downtrodden can rely on nothing more from the Justice system even
here in the 6th largest economy in the world, not to forget “Foreign Owned Entities” being the
growth sector of insurance carriers like AIG, than being smacked left and right
by an ongoing a false sense of security going back perhaps to the beginning of
time, agree?
And
why the need for drastic change everywhere, again without anyone being so
incredibly stupid to resort to violence when the world is now the serfers’ oyster, agree?
The
serfs up!

Why
has this matter of lawyers-liars placing at
the top of the front page of legal, time-pressing documents
misleading timeframes not been addressed in a timely fashion since even a failed university business-accounting tutor such as
myself knows the legal axiom, “Time is of the essence” to mention little of how
quick “sum” [sic] lawyers-liars assert, “Ignorance of the law is no excuse”?
Please
Commissioner Carlos show courage and respond to this communiqué to let the
peoples of the world know that while sensitive u do more than simply give the
poor and downtrodden the most sic broad smiles, that u r in fact part of the
solution as opposed to be part of the problem.
Again
it is not class warfare I am encouraging, it’s the welfare system I am
questioning and I am a member of the favored class.
There
can be no mistaking how the ever growing literate masses will read how simple
it was for Simple Smith to ultimately prevail in a court of law while his
written email communications prior to my not accepting his bribes to buy me out
of my lease, seeing fit to interfere in my relationship with my
Client-Partner-Wife Marie Dion, show him to be quite happy with me as long as I
only paid attention to his needs and to hell with my issues, agree?
Simple Smith getting a little
“tTOo” [sic] full of himself thinking he was-is some big sh1t sitting with a
bit of cash in his back pockets having worked out how to play the system
assuming I was some poor poor refugee tenant with a poor, poor street dog
having to get by in this world “just upon a smile” barely able
to afford a rather inconsequential sum for rent, enough to make u vomit?
Perhaps
u were not as in touch with you inner genius as I first thought then again given
your ruling both this past Wednesday as well on Monday, October 18th,
your brilliance in laying waste to that other female lawyer-liar from Ted
Kimball Tirey and St. John doing the most incredibly disgusting job of trying
to suggest that this out-of-control law firm’s insidious tactics of misleading
the general public were ever so fitting, from now until eternity such
lawyer-liars will never know when exactly the next shoe will fall for am I now
fully at war with those I detest the most who derive great satisfaction in
exceeding the limits of their small authority, i.e. evil does not come in the

The
law firm of Kimball Tirey & St. John’s despicable justification for how
they go about time and again misleading the general public with that 10 Day notice a week ago today, my amazing father’s birthday will remain a day
of infamy, forcing lawyers both good and bad around the world to take ever so
careful notice of the “in check” position of the rapacious lawyers-liars,
i.e. more thanks to u by the masses may very well be deserving as the
not-altogether deaf, dumb and blind lumpen proletarians can get, thanks to the
likes of me and Devin Standard the executor of my estate, their arms around how
it is in fact mostly rich Democrats who r so self absorbed that they promote
policies to assuage their guilt that destroy economic opportunity for those who
are trying to make a living.
