Mr. Kimball Esq. – Let me know if u think I should add or delete anything to this Thank You note to Commissioner Pennie M. Carlos who demonstrated not only respect for the “rule of law” but in granting me the most incredible leeway to express how much I detest those who derive great satisfaction in exceeding the limits of their small authority, i.e. evil does not come in the form of a pointed tail or pitched fork did the most incredible job of mocking your client Jeffrey Simple Smith for having found a loophole to have me evicted, Ms. Carlos repeatedly expressing the miniscule amount of $100 [$200 less my wife’s contribution of $100] that I had failed to get permission in writing to deduct from last month’s rent along with her referencing time and again your client as “Simple” in emails that your colleague Ms. Connor Esq. felt necessary to introduce in to evidence that u folks had downloaded off my www.NextraterresTrial.com website no different to other folks all around the world who use my communications as templates being translated into perhaps as any as 42 languages which is what the BBC [British Broadcasting Communists] blast out over the airwaves, not exactly falling on deaf ears, to mention little of her cutting back your legal bill from some $2800+ to $500 to mention just in passing my only becoming aware when Ms. Connor Esq. introduced a stack of my emails that I had in fact an option to renew my lease for another year, the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help each of us G-D, will set those of us who do the “right thing” for the “general good” free, at last.

 

Shame on u, shame on your colleagues and shame on any client Kimball, Tirey and St. John who chooses to ignore this rather important public case.

Mr. Kimball – our case is about to be heard by Commissioner Pennie M. Carlos

 

 

This whole issue is not so much about my dog as Mr. Smith’s determination to get me out at any cost.

 

He tried intimidation and when that didn’t work he tried to buy me out my lease and when I said “No” he tried bribing my wife who never met before today.

 

He replaced a section of the fence to prevent easy access between our 2 residences.

 

Then and only then did he bring in the dog peeing on his already dead lawn.

 

It has taken time and energy for a matter of me staying on for 4 months for a property he plans to demolish.

 

He knows this is not our permanent residences and it is much easier to try to kick us out then work things out.

 

To me this is a total abuse of the system.
