Alan – I am possibly going to sign an exclusive with Coldwell banker to sell my one of a kind Santa Monica, California property and soon after I told folks yesterday, including u I believe, that I would be willing to take what a bank would loan against the property I got further confirmation that by selling each of the 6 units individually the new owner might be able to do with that unit as he-she saw fit, i.e. evict any tenant allowing the new owner to occupy the unit.

Ps II – During breakfast today with my Client-Partner-Wife Marie Dion and our 12 year old boy as we watched the surf and heard it exploding from our one of a kind panoramic view of the Pacific “Oshon” [sic] I recounted how some 20 years back folks working for Mr. Neilson saw fit to poison a dog to death because it was interfering with their right to “quiet enjoyment” and when I heard what had happened from this bunch of very together but rather distraught young women I saw fit to do nothing about it since the excuse that I heard sounded pretty reasonable in this “Dog eat God Aspartame” [sic] world, the dog’s owner keeping his watchdog on a rather tight leash by feeding him next to nothing and being granted steak as its last meal versus the most torturous slow death had these rather thoughtful human beings feeling that 8 hours of bleeding guts was far more humane, worthy of the animal humane society awarding them not only a placard but in the process giving Larry’s sales organization which contributed significantly to covering Insurance Marketing Services Inc’s overhead the expiration dates on their insurance policies such “back scratching” in turn allowing me to negotiate one of kind revenue sharing arrangements with the major insurance carriers and financial institutions like AFCO Premium Financing the folks who finance large insurance premiums for the masses not able-allowed to self-insure, again the insurance carriers the largest “shorts” in the market, not to be “tTOo” [sic] distracted in my mentioning little of Larry’s efforts in putting this dog out of its misery entitling me, no doubt examining every angle possible knowing how unlikely I was to lap up such gobbledygook to quiet time to cut a one of a kind deal with Citigroup that provided this behemoth banking institution a “first look” into the book of the business of the major insurance agencies selling automobile insurance policies, so incredibly thoughtful, agree?
And of course u have heard of the selling concept of “total account selling” and “cross selling” that allows “one stop shopping” so when u do your “Xmess” [sic] shopping getting competitive rates on your savings and insurance needs not to forget to spread the word, that when I mean business I mean business-personal, agree?

Surely u have also read the information provided to me by Mr. Ron Bellows Senior a senior Risk Assessment specialist for the $280 billion criminal megalopoly of AIG-Marsh & McLennan-ACE Ltd, RBS recently applauding me for spelling out the “true nature” of the insurance industry, such documentation spelling out rather clearly how idiotic enough people in his megalopoly felt it would be to insure SG Seale the manufacturer of Aspartame since the scientific studies available at the time Aspartame was introduced in the mainstream American diet, laying out the incredible short term memory side effects from this drug would have made both SG Seale and whoever insured this “wonder drug” either incompetent or culpable, take your pick, leading significant jury awards, agree?
