Dear Jonathan-Saul,

Despite your decision to go deafeningly silent once again I assume u r like every one else particularly those on my “sh1t” [sic] and “deafeningly silent” lists following the myriad of chess games underway all geared toward getting the masses both in the 3rd as well as the 1st world not to succumb to the trap by the DAAC, perfected over time, practice makes perfect, the blindsiding by the filthy rich principally focused on the youth who r all our futures to funnel their energies, moving rapidly from subscribing to, “Can’t is not in my vocabulary, the impossible shall be done, miracles take a little longer” to losing their keen sensitivities feeling there is no way out of the abyss as the previous generation continue their mindless assault or is “mindful assault” better phraseology, agree?

Earlier I posted my KISS-Keep It Simple but not Stupid response to poster azalphainvestor on Coca Cola’s Yahoo message board who asked a simple question, “So are you engaging an attorney and bringing a class action or not?”

I am now about to take a tea break and will later load up the remainder of this communiqué on to this “rand” hyperlink as well as on the KO Yahoo message board.

The mortgaging of the next generations future specifically thru the devastation of both the land and seascape can in fact all be traced in modern times back to when the DeBeers Anglo American Cartel began using their power and influence to undermine the monetary system of the entire world, the substituting of gold, so limited in quantity and non-reproducible, for worthless but very “controllable” diamonds that can be produced undetectable by your most average customs agent at the flip of a switch to mention little of the fact that in communist states the cost of energy like the cost of all goods and services is nothing short of fictitious, agree?

With all that said and I think u would agree T4 Mohapi responded rather well to your dilemma in understanding the forces at play when trying to figure out when to buy low and sell high, being ever so careful when being dealt cards on an unleveled playing field?

U have surely made it your business to get hold of a list of each and every person who ever attended any of Arnold Zulman’s Sabbath dinners in Durban, South Africa during the height of the Apartheid Government as well as The Diamond Invention where the Zulu Chief and stooge of the rich “liberals” was the guest of honor having played back in your head time and again how incredible it is that few if any other than yours truly so well schooled in the principles of Judaism to feel comfortable in questioning both man as well as our extraordinarily SMART G-D why us independent thinkers supposedly so different to the other animal species, not succumbing to following the herd mentality failed to ask the all important question of who else besides for our Jewish brothers and sisters in the form of the South African Oppenheimer family also known as the DAAC [DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel] after helping finance our Holocaust during WWII saw to it that the southern division of the 3rd Reich met little or no opposition to speak of, to mention little of the calls right now by more than a handful of my supposedly Jewish brothers and sisters also with the knowledge that the literal translation of Israel is Wrestle/Struggle with G-D to have me “banned” nothing quite like getting a repeated message, “One day u r going to find yourself in trouble” [sic]!

Quite a dialogue going on at this time on the Coca Cola Yahoo message board Uglyduck555 not the first to let me know how poorly schooled he was by nuns wishing us Jewish people anything but good tidings to mention little of I understand Mr. Ron Bellows Senior of the “unlawful” and “shameful” $280 billion megalopoly of AIG-MandM-ACE Ltd opening up a dialogue with both u and Adam Tucker?

Last night I was awakened by the roaring surf and decided to pick up A History of Knowledge which I purchased more than 15 years ago but never bothered to read, Chapter 2, The Greek Explosion, page 36 reading in part,

Pythagorean researches in mathematics ceased around the middle of the fourth century BC. The brotherhood never lost its offensive characteristics and was eventually wiped out. More important from our point of view, the researches stopped because the Pythagoreans, in the course of their work, came upon a problem so difficult, and, they thought, so dangerous, they could see no way to deal with it.

The problem is this. All right triangles are not like the example given above, where the three sides are all whole numbers, or integers. In fact, right triangles with there integral sides are rare. The great majority of right triangles, even those in which the two sides joining at the right angle are integral, do not have an integral hypotenuse.

The simplest of triangles, as the Pythagoreans found, poses the problem. Imagine a right triangle whose shorter sides are both one. One squared is one (1 X 1=1), and one squared plus one squared is therefore two (1+1=2). But two is not a square number; that is, there is no integer which, when multiplied by itself, equals two.

As the Pythagoreans found, the square root two (that number which when multiplied by itself, equals two) is a very strange number indeed [1.4142136]. They realized that the square root of two is not a rational number; that is, it cannot be expressed as a ratio between two integers. (Rational numbers are sometimes called fractions, as 2/3, or 4/17). But if the square root of two is not a rational number, it must be an irrational numbers. And that, to the Pythagoreans, was a frightening thought.

Why were they frightened? Because of their original assumption that numbers were things, and things were numbers. And also because of the insight of Thales, which lay behind all the researches of the Pythagoreans, namely, that the world is intelligible to the human mind. But the power of the human mind is reason, it is man’s rationality; if the world is irrational, or has irrational things in it, then either Thales must be wrong, or Pythagoras – and if both were right, then there must be an equivalent irrationality in man to correspond to the irrationality in nature. But how could unreason know anything, to say nothing of knowing the world?

It is to the credit of the Pythagorean researches that they did not deny what they had learned. The faced it and admitted that there must be some deep imbalance somewhere. That took courage. But they did not have enough courage to forge on and work through the problem. The trouble was their mystical belief that things, including the world itself, are numbers simply. A thing is not a number, simply. Just because some real things, for example, the ratio between the side and the diagonal of a square, can only be described by an irrational number does not mean that the thing is irrational in itself, in the sense of being so unreasonable that it cannot be reasoned about, or understood.

We are no longer frightened by the problem the Pythagoreans failed to solve. We have come to understand that numbers have a different kind of existence from things, even though numbers and things continue to manifest the intimate relationship that the Pythagoreans were the discoverers. Irrational numbers are not frightening at all; each one (this will be a little technical) is the root of an algebraic equation with integral coefficients. But there are an infinite number of numbers that are not even that, some of them very famous, for example , which is the ratio between so simple a pair of things as the circumference and the diameter of a circle. And then there are the co-called imaginary numbers, which are made up of two parts, a + bi, where a and b are real numbers and i is the square root of minus one (that is, it is the number that, when multiplied by itself, equals minus one). And there are numerous ranks and grades of numbers that far exceed even those in complexity and, mathematicians might say, in beauty.

The Pythagoreans may have suspected that irrational numbers did not exist in the real world. But if not there, then where? Were these strange and dangerous numbers a sign into the chaos that all Greeks always feared? Were they the signs or symbols of unknown, malevolent gods? Some such belief may explain why the Pythagoreans, and other Greek mathematicians as well, stopped mathematizing in a creative way around the middle of the fourth century BC...

Interesting when u examine the square root of 2 the 4 digits right after 1.4 are 1421 which when added or multiplied result in the same number 8 “sumthing” [sic] no different to the digits 123 equaling 6 the sort of stuff I have been harping on ad-infinitum for “sum” [sic] time.

So important in getting the youth who r all our futures excited once again about the study of mathematics and nothing quite like while taking on Professors of Finance at the Yeshiva in New York City who operate fronting organizations like Eraider.com to get rich quick also find the time to come up with finite sets bearing in mind again and again the most important mathematics has long since been figured out thanks in no small measure to Albert Einstein with a little help from the mathematician Grossman.

I could go on ad-infinitum with the models I have developed over the years that assist me in my “risk assessment” business to mention in passing had I chosen to play the stock markets I would without a shadow of a doubt be even cash richer than Dr. Jonathan Beare not to forget how in 2002 when I disposed of the remainder of my shares in public corporations I generated a gain of $156.10 [one hundred and fifty six dollars and ten cents] on total sales of $109,465.10 [One hundred and nine thousand, four hundred and sixty five dollars and ten cents], just give some thought to the odds of being able to manage such a feat bearing in mind one of my goals is of course to minimize my tax liability, not to forget I have been in stock markets around the world well be4 I left South Africa back on March 17th 1978 one week shy of my 21st birthday fully aware in fact from age 13 when our family business, The Moshal Gevisser Group of Companies, a public corporation that had attracted the attention of Charles Engelhard, the richest man in the world, was sold not only under his watchful eye but the sharpest financial engineers in the world many if not most living in Durban, South Africa altho Mr. Jost my first private Swiss Banker who I was formerly introduced to two years earlier back in December 1967 within minutes of my Royal Mater first showing signs that she was not G-D would possible argue differently.

Then again it has been a while since I have spoken with Jost on such matters as well as the “audirtors” [sic] and lawyers-liars tasked with executing their fiduciary responsibilities to the board of Moshal Gevisser that folks like Dr. Jonathan Beare would argue today “was on its way out, not able to keep up with the times” begging a number more questions such as “Why was so an incredible company that attracted a whole lot more folks than the just the richest man in the world could not stay up with the times given the smartest people in the world knowing ahead of times things like fashion trends who taught the most powerful and richest men in the world like Aristotle Onassis THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING A WOMAN?” and second, “Why would so many people mostly of color responded so favorably to my one-time ad, A Name From Here, You Can Trust Over There designed by my Royal Mater that appeared some 11 years after I arrived in the US, going on 2 decades after they and their loved ones all lost their jobs, The Moshal Gevisser Group of Companies being sold for significantly less than liquidation value?

For “sum” [sic] reason no one bothered to pick up that the incredible properties my grandfather Israel Issy Gevisser had made a point of purchasing all for cash had not been reflected accurately in the books of my family’s public corporation again such matters discussed ad-nausea with Mr. Jost over the years I was figuring out the best way for those with the blackest of hands to get their comeuppance.

But as well home schooled as I was I never quite realized until such time as I entered the major leagues of the SCAL [Shareholder Class Action Litigation] business the extent to which the stock markets all around the world were rigged thinking that with things like the United States Constitution and organizations like the Securities Exchange Commission and geniuses like Alan Greenspan exercising “good judgment” the U.S. stock markets would better protect shareholders than say those in banana republics like South Africa, agree?

Then again I got a further awakening to the real world when I entered the inner sanctums of the DAAC back in 1980 and so u must surely be wondering why on earth would Stephen Cohen, also a stooge of the DAAC and president of Codiam Inc. not want to have me return to his world headquarters on 47th Street in Madhattan after I had survived one rather debilitating bout perhaps brought on u might thing by ADD as in Absent Parenting Disease, Stephen Cohen no different to Katsha Buthelezi the time and again so honored guest of the Arnold Zulman clan?

It didn’t, however, take me very long to build in to my financial models an X factor for “greed” that got smaller as I got to know the owners of industry and their management better with each tick of the almighty powerful clock, and remember only an idiot owner of a company would take his-her company “public” if he-she genuinely believed in the future of the business really not all that difficult to convince someone such as myself or even folks like Citicorp Venture Corporation the most successful leverage buyout firm in the history of Wall Street all the reasons in the world to keep them off Wall Street and for the profits to stay in their hands versus Wall Street investment bankers and stock brokers who simply “mark up” the shares creating a stock market inflationary bidding war no different to real estate brokers whose entire business model is to bullshit their way, no strike that, to simply pull out all stops in perpetuating an inflationary real estate bidding war, the stock market and real estate both houses of cards secondary to the business of the DAAC, the mafia of mafias responsible for the pyramid of pyramid schemes along with the greatest enslavement, torture and murder of all time.

But then again folks like CVC and I r a little more discerning when handing over our monies, the likes of momworker63s, widows, widowers, orphans, pensioners and the “brainne dead” [sic] much easier to steal from, agree?

Jonathan-Saul, just do yourself the favor, shut your mouth for the next 24 hours, don’t say a word to anyone, just chomp down on some carrots and always remember to drink 8 glasses of fresh clean drinking water a day and read the next hyperlink that quotes my pal Joe Grundfest a former Chairman of the Securities Exchange Commission and now a professor at Stanford University, i.e. Blow Joe as I now refer to him is not al-to-get-her a blithering idiot, having sufficient common sense to refer to the business of SCALs as a “shell game” and then go back to the article penned by Bill Lerach the SCAL of SCALs who mentions after expressing astonishment at the alarming level of fraud amongst public corporations that the SEC asked for a list of those participating in this anonymous interaction questionnaire back in the spring of 1999 at the Business Week Annual Conference of Chief Financial Officers working under the “command and control” of America’s biggest crooked Chief Executive Officers that highlights what each and every one of us in the business of SCALs has known a “lifetime”,,, now what do u read from your own deafening silences?

Again I suggest u spend the next 24 hours sober,,, no strike that,,, well u get my drift?

Then may I suggest u spend the next week following your preparation in trying out to become the first modern day Jewish monk give some thought to how we can all begin the healing process besides for following in the footsteps of my good friend Derrick Beare’s shameful guilt plea and please think of something more interesting than suggesting we then follow the money trail to determine the extent of the shameful guilt pleas and those whose financial statements falling under the scrutiny of the Gary S. Gevisser Bottoms Up Schooling pass the mustard, agree?

Let me know tho, if u smell gas, bearing in mind what I told Derrick and repeated the other day to Eliot Spitzer, Attorney General of New York State that those fed bullshit will only get with the program after grabbing on for dear life thinking this life is all about them still as hard as it is to believe convinced that their kids won’t eventually wake up to their utter bs and join in our “social cause” and together with informers coming out the woodwork like never be4 having “sum” [sic] of us “locked in arms” heading for “Virgina” [sic] and removing RFK’s Christian White Cross at our sacred Arlington Memorial Cemetery while the rest of us look to see who else attended Charles Engelhard funeral, still interested to hear from Senator Ted Kennedy his reasons for attending the funeral of the co-inventor-conspirator of The Diamond Invention, u would agree the younger brother of the President of the United States of America as well Robert F. Kennedy, the Attorney General of the United States of America was “compos mentis” [sic] enough to read the Justice Department files on Engelhard and his pal Harry Oppenheimer responsible for the greatest enslavement, torture and murder of all time?

U of course noted that neither George Bush, his father, grandfather or anyone from Haliburton now run by members of his reincarnated family or for that matter a single member of his current administration were all puffy faced as say Senator Ted Kennedy at this gathering of Mafia of Mafia’s, to repeat time and again Charles Engelhard the unindicted co-conspirator in The Diamond Invention who died on March 2nd 1971 at age 54, agree?

BTW I first thought u had disappeared because of your concern for self-preservation? What is your excuse today?

Again unless u r dead or u simply saw the wisdom of decapitating your own head without anesthesia the result of figuring out the lunacy of this “preservation of life and limb” at serious odds with the human population growth the biggest problem this world faces, still tho, battling to make ends meet, vigorously pursuing, however, a career in panhandling knowing u will have to provide me with certified records of your earnest attempts be4 I would even dream of gifting u more than a kick in your tochas, do not say a word for the next 24 hours and that includes touching your keyboard, unless u smell gas, agree?

I assume your apology to Dr. Jonathan Beare is heartfelt to mention little of Jonathan letting both me as well as his nephew know when we met back on January 13th in Beverly Hills that one of these days I am going to find myself in “trouble”?

When u come out of your hallucinogenic state the first thing I want from u is to provide me with the name of Jonathan’s CEO and if possible his CEO's email address, Jonathan insisting, by the way, as he collapsed into a heap of tears, shaking no different to what u see when folks r placed on electric chairs, that he is no longer involved in the stock markets, eventually pleading with me, “out of loyalty and respect u should take my name out of your emails” seemingly oblivious to the fact that he had not only had me risk “life and limb” traveling on Interstate 5 from Del Mar to Los Angeles at the crack of dawn but much more I importantly had fricken wasted my time, lying thru his teeth that he not only had never received the overview of our Clean Water Fund project but had no idea what it was trying to accomplish other than in getting the next generation to think smart from the start, clean drinking water the most basic and precious human right it will lead in the flash of an eye to the leveling of the playing field exposing all the bullshit of financial engineers such as himself who get filthy rich off the backs of the next generation, agree?

Time to fly as a train passes by beneath my one of a kind view of the world, another flock of seagulls gliding effortlessly by, this back and forth of metal on metal and G-D-NA-ture showing His-Her presence simply awesome.

Take Care,

Gary

Ps – In due course I will be updating the deafening silent list, for “sum” [sic[ reason no one wanting to be added in recent times to my “sh1t” [sic] list, not to suggest that the mainstream media folk might act out and do something reckless without instructions from their higher ups or do u think each and every one of them r thinking, pulling what remains of their conscience that I have provided sufficient proof of the presence of an Almighty SMART G-D watching each and every one of their pitiful foul moves along with their disgusting thoughts, now those who use the genius of the United States Constitution to provide the general public a false sense of security increasingly more vigilant when seeing a swarm of termites making their way to feast on their Wheaties to mention finally which group of human beings do u think return as termites?

Again, what goes around comes around with a vengeance.

Ps II – U wouldn’t know what ever happened to Mr. Justice L. Thalbane who first got hold of me back on March 19th of last year enquiring whether I might be able to help him locate Jonathan Zulman one of Arnold Zulman’s sons, and u may recall Arnold Zulman who inherited Beacon Sweets from his father Hymie Zulman is the first cousin of my step-father Alan Zulman the clothing wizard and co-founder of South African Clothing Industries, who has also gone deafeningly silent since taking to task his buddy Abe Dubin, co-founder of SACI who failed to share with Alan all the monies skimmed from this public corporation practicing rather well the time tested and almost untraceable “over and under invoicing” such disclosure have the likes of those further up the pyramid like Dr. Jonathan Beare up in arms since people like him get “engaged” to resolve such tiffs “behind closed doors” so as to maintain the status quo and when caught with their pants down cry out aloud “Out of loyalty and respect u should take my name out of your emails, blah blah” [sic] enough to make u vomit or rejoice big time depending upon which side of the fence u sit?

Pretty sad it has come down to embarrassing the crap out of folks who have allowed their formal education to interfere with their learning to repeat ad-infinitum,

“We use the excuse of family-friendship when it is plain simply money, pure greed because if u were really concerned with family would u want to raise your kid to be this corrupt because they will have to be more corrupt to survive unless of course they inherit the money, is that what u r planning to do?”

In the end the numbers all have to add up and nothing helps keep things in perspective than sound logical thought processing that is helped immensely by the Digital Age, a G-D-Send, ensuring that despite money becoming increasingly worthless we can still follow the money trail beginning with the “Astonishing” disclosure back in the spring of 1999 by my former client Bill Lerach Esq. of the 2,000 pound gorilla SCAL law firm of Milberg Weiss-Lerach which provides rather good proof, remember the better the evidence the better the proof, not so much of the alarming decline in the quality of financial reporting but the FRICKEN ASTONISHING failure of the mainstream media to broadcast such disclosures 24/7, the shame on any one at this time to stand tall and forward missives such as this to their entire email list will not in my humble opinion go unpunished.

The past is a pillar of salt - being rich is ethical

(although I myself; am not rich) ?

Lets say the GDP per capita in South Africa is R24 000. It

is roughly that amount; I read different figures from all

over. If I am correct in my thinking, hypothetically, I own

R40 000 in the bank the man next to me now only has R8 000.

Any person who clears about R4 000 a month and save it

after one year can be richer than the average citizen. My

father asked me why am I not studying further towards a

CA(SA)? I answered by saying that the time taken to achieve

such a goal would be a huge opportunity cost for

compounding returns. I need to break the poverty cycle and

every year I will take an extra margin from the guy next to

me. He didn't say anything but knowing my father ? he

thought I was mad. Although simplistic ? I have come to

stage where I am fighting over ethical issues. I can't help

think what a ridiculously small amount R24 000 is. I also

can't help thinking ? the man next to me will do the same.

A very good friend of mine once posed an ethical issue to

me, at the age of seventeen, I was completely stumped. I

have posed the same statement to many, many of which cannot

accept it. He said, "The giving of charity is a selfish

affair". I asked him, "why is that? surely giving charity

is giving up something for someone else, how can that be

selfish?". He smiled and replied, "In monetary terms, yes,

people give money to make themselves feel better". Well,

simply giving money where I am loosing compounding returns

for someone who buys sniffing glue is very much against my

thinking. The same applies to giving money to those who

spend excessively to convince other donors. I wrote in my

little thoughts book, "one must embark on complete

capitalism, if one doesn't; all he can do is sit and watch.

Alternatively, one's own greed can better the lives of

those around him. Giving a job is far more satisfactory

than continuously eroding one's own capital."

Gary, I really think you mean well. Scientifically

speaking, I cannot explain why the universe has no

beginning or end. I cannot explain why certain art

movements and cultures have similarities before the age of

globalisation aka "Digital Age". G-d / universal thinking

will know best and things will happen naturally. There are

certain areas (regardless of how true or untrue) of this

site which link perceived unethical behaviour to certain

persons? personal life. You clearly have more knowledge or

in contact with these entities. I personally know of a

certain company under the control of Jonathan Beare which

employs thousands. This same company in a few years time

may employ 3 times that amount. Yet you have made some very

personal remarks about him and linking him to unethical

behaviour. I ashamedly, not knowing Jonathan Beare, replied

by speculating his connection to dutch-sandwiches. Anyone

can justify anything by twisting the words. The truth is I

have spoken to one of Jonathan Beare?s CEO, he told me what

a brilliant man Jonathan is and how he makes, although

complicated, very fair deals for all the parties. To any

entities related to Jonathan Beare and Jonathan Beare

himself who are reading this; please forgive me, I think

Jonathan Beare has achieved a lot for himself and for

others.

I also feel that guilt shouldn?t draw investors. The Clear

Water Fund is a great idea. In South Africa, water shortage

and global warming is slowly becoming evident. The past is

a pillar of salt and will remedy itself, I ask of you to be

positive and look ahead.

Kind Regards

Saul
