Mr. Spitzer – It is my understanding that your deposition of Maurice Hank Greenberg begins today.

I hereby instruct u, remember the American people r responsible for at least one of your paychecks, to first, make a hard copy printout of this 9 odd hour deposition conducted on October 17^th 2002 of a former senior executive of Revlon Corporation by Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk of Finkelstein & Krinsk as an excellent point of reference, Mr. JRK continuing to call on my “risk assessment” services in helping him respond to fast balls thrown at or near head recognizing that within moments of this very “skilled & experienced” SCAL [Shareholder Class Action Litigator] beating the “crap” out of a so “bought and paid 4 stooge” [sic] of Ronald O. Perelman, Chairman and CEO of Revlon, Revlon and its insurance carrier were quick to settle a class action lawsuit which I played a pivotal role in getting filed within hours of the statute of limitations expiring; second, not waste a moment in reading back to Hank this E-mail sent to me by Mr. Ron Bellows Senior, on July 27, 2004, “indeed i am impressed - you took a very little and made into a very well said statement about the true nature [of the insurance industry] - well done - glad I could help - rock on” after I sent RBS 15 minutes earlier the following: “this is what happens when u get me going with such amazing stuff. Here is an updated draft of the summary” bearing in mind RBS remains employed as a senior risk management specialist, “4 the fony crap megalopoly” [sic] of AIG-Marsh & McLennan-ACE Ltd; and third, have my pal Hank who has been a lot more responsive to me than u as I now turn the heat up big time in questioning both your competency and integrity, respond to each and every “material” statement made in writing by RBS not forgetting to remind Hank that he is under oath when answering whether he believes RBS was telling the truth in an email broadcasted back on May 3^rd 2004, “…and our loss numbers are showing lots mopre thatn the news is reporting…so all the actuaries and underwriters are freakin out - watching their policy breach limits and bleed cash” [sic] to mention little of RBS now threatening me beginning on February 10, 2005 8:42 PM, following my E-mail to u earlier in the day:

“dear gary - take this to heart and listen well - i will not say this again

what is said to you in confidence as a friend ( at that time I was foolish enough to beleive that ) - as you well know - was never intended for public display - and if by some streak of dumb luck you manage to get someone to read this dribble and it impacts my family - there will be no place for you to hide from your just rewards…”

Mr. Attorney General I will assume that u and/or one of your assistants, either Michael Berlin Esq. or Whitman Knapp Esq. will continue to follow my “briefings” throughout the day that will be uploaded on to a number of message boards on The Internet including the AIG Yahoo message board.
