unfortunately - i doubt rfenters will ever get thte same tax considerations as homeowners - the tax code was set to encourage howmeownership - and to fill the pockets of landlords - keeping the surfs under thumb longer - jsut as it supporets the cash ecponomy small biz and large business - for reasons we can only hope are more altruisitc than just greed alone - another prinicipal thought to be a cog in the wheel of czpitalism but often a verbal gode to keep the meek from inheriting the earth -
