Dear Councilmember Drucker;

Please provide me with the details of the revenue sharing agreement with the Red Light company founded by Alan Viterbi a former mayor of Hollywood, California who sold his company to Lockheed Martin, a Defense Contractor.

Mr. Viterbi for those unfamiliar with west coast politics is the son of a founder of Qualcomm a telecommunications giant that like most stock exchange companies worry endlessly about the population growth eventually getting under control, their business models doing nothing short of imploding, to mention little of Alan who I recall as quite an athlete is one individual-group of a statistically valid representative sampling of the world’s literate population copied on this communiqué to mention in passing the $300,000 in revenues budgeted by the City of Del Mar for the next fiscal year, courtesy of Alan’s money grabbing machine, tell little about “big brother” invading our privacy but the rather the desperate measures of out-of-control government as real gangsters causing endless “pain and suffering” for momworker63s, orphans, widowers and pensioners remain well off the radar screen of the policing authorities so distracted in meeting the short term objectives while we allow rogue politicians to mortgage the future of the next generation getting increasingly fed up with all the bs, agree?

Not to forget my trying desperately to keep things in order the lack of funding for our public schools spelled in this Endless Universe article I recently penned that got published in the Del Mar Times, not a dime from what I can tell of the proposed additional property transfer taxes characterized as “coffer replenishment” caused by California’s out-of-control State Government going to relieve the congestion at our locals schools, agree?

In other words, assuming u found the previous paragraphs a little “tT∞ wordy” [sic], when last did u folks take a pay cut?

I assume very little and considering a healthy aptitude for quantitative analysis, my “risk assessment” business quite helpful to the most rapacious SCALs [Shareholder Class Action Litigators] on the planet I am rather slow to judge, and when I do make a mistake rarely do I make a point of “ducking low” unless of course when playing touch rugby on the beach.

Your suggestion, however, that Mayor Ernest remain deafeningly silent invoking “protocol” instead of having him answer my rather straightforward question very much on topic was quite reminiscent of the way things were growing up in Apartheid South Africa under the “command and control” of the Sir Earnest “Myopic” Oppenheimer family, my father’s first cousin, David Gevisser, “heir apparent” to the American multi-billionaire Charles Englehard helping engineer a number of things written about in The Diamond Invention including how Charles Englehard assisted with reckless abandonment this Diamond crazed family subvert American Justice, agree?

On the other hand, perhaps, uncle David was not as smart as many thought?

To repeat, it’s not class warfare that I am encouraging, its class welfare I am questioning. And I am a member of the favored class.

Ps – I am now calling for a special meeting of the Del Mar City “Counsel” [sic] that may have more concerned citizens attending than what appeared to be mostly glad handlers, such a “work shop” more in keeping with my “work out” experience possibly resulting in a handful of my friends showing up while keeping a lid on your pitiful whisperings, to mention little of what I would do to have my rather good-looking and incredibly articulate French Canadian Partner-Wife, Marie Dion, currently on the phone with her hairdresser, show u her teeth, agree?

I am now doing everything possible to c to it that such a gathering receives international, national as well as local press coverage, butt more importantly while I dig deep into the lessons taught to me by my extraordinary mother, the likes of Aristotle Onassis and Robert F. Kennedy while relying on Zena Gevisser for ensuring they got a healthy dose of THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING A WOMEN, photographed from their more symmetrical side, her poise tho, as consigliore to the most powerful people in the world mostly capturing my attention, u and those colleagues who share your sentiments do the right thing and resign immediately.
