T. I want
just a fair price. I don’t know what its worth. One of the things I hoped to get
out of a real estate agent was precisely that or as I said I might just go and
auction it off on the Internet with other items of value although not my art
although if I had a Chagall who painted bright, not very precise butt was Jewish, I
would probably sell it given the fact that I think over time it would not
appreciate as much as my Sebastian
Capella paintings.
Tomorrow
my significant other and I close on a house
we bought up in the mountains and for the first time I used an agent in a real
estate transaction which only complicated matters. I would have liked to close
the transaction today as October
23rd is a rather important date in my calendar but with everyone
taking their time wanting to give their pennies worth of advice which wasn’t
asked for in the first place to mention little of their additional costs we
almost lost the property which most would agree has increased since it was
bought essentially “site unseen.”
You may
notice that the counter on the Nextraterrestrial website simply shows the
number one. We have had a few problems lately, the result of being “hacked” but it is
something we are not at all concerned about especially since I may have created
some of the technical problems we are currently experiencing. It is also no
longer necessary to keep the counter going in order for us to know that we
continue to be on track to be the number one website on the plan-eat. It is also
not very important that either my significant or I for that matter die the
richest people on the planet.
We happen
to care about the things that matter most including our reputTations. We hope though
to get a lot of joy and happiness out of the rock house
in the time we have left. My hope is that soon more people will realize that I
have some solutions that make a whole lot of sense and then sum. I just
received an email from a South African friend who lives in Peru. She and I have
had our issues but my hope is that Another
Planet just like the folks at Rupa Wasi at the base of Machu Picchu
get their acts together so that we can all beggin
to have one great time while we hang out on planet earth.
As I said
in one of my previous emails this building in Santa Monica has to have been one
of my worst investments although it too has appreciated “considerably.” That
word, just like the word “consideration” is all relative. In “Jew course” I anticipate
getting my comeuppance and at the same time showing others lest fortunate that
they can do likewise with far less aggravation in resolving their disputes,
which is what the website is all about. I am today a seller of everything I own
other than my art, including, however, my intellectual property and a buyer of
just about anything that has “considerable”
riparian rights attached to it…---… it is all about water as you will soon be
h-ear-ing.
T, I am
also copying Devin Standard
who is the executor of my estate. He was at my side earlier today in court on
other matters affecting my “BLK
estate” [cis].
My attorney, however, wasn’t quite suited up right. Hopefully though, come
tomorrow morning my attorney will not only show up on the scheduled time but
will be as polished as Devin and my significant
other who was suited up just write
without having to wear a hat. Devin along with another fine fellow
who seems to have got his bearings right will have to wait another day, at
least, before justice is served. In the meantime no matter what happens in a
courtroom in downtown San Diego tomorrow morning we will have, this coming
weekend, a candlelight dinner in the mountains with the stars
shining bright on us all.
Gary
Ps. Since
I don’t see anything confidential in these communications and I am running out
of time I will also cc
other members of the “MI.-aSH-PO-toes-CHAt-er” [sic] who may have good input for
me. I wont, however, blind-copy anyone nor will I include Norman Lazarus
who has now reminded me for the “2nd” time to delete him from my
email list. I will get to Norman and the remaining 3000 emails in due course.
Naturally, I consider your brothers family although the email address I have
for Shaun keeps getting returned. You may not recognize other names copied in
but make no mistake I consider them family and then some.

T…hi. I am thinking of selling my apartment building in Santa Monica;
actually they are now converted into condos. One of the units is vacant,
perhaps for Mr.
Davis when he leaves the governor’s mansion.
If you are interested in representing me let me know. I have no idea
really what the building is worth. I had a sign placed outside the building
recently and I have received a lot of enquiries. I have told folks to make me
an offer not knowing what it is worth and so far no bidders. My rents are
around $XK per year, which I am told is between 30 and 50% below market. In
most cases I haven’t increased the rent in years. None of the units [6]
have been updated, just new carpets although I think I still have the original
carpet in my old unit, #4 that is getting the highest rent, $X per month. I am
seriously thinking of simply putting it up for sale on my websites and
essentially auctioning it off to the highest bidder. I do want a quick sale.
Quick in my mind is a matter of days, no more than 3 weeks.
Again, let me know. Hope all is well and you remain very much in love.
Gary
