Rock-House near creek - Cash crisis over
Dear Susan, I just got back from the beach. I will place the check first thing in the mail tomorrow morning. It is also possible that we might be able to close before the 25th. I will let you know if that is the case. I know that the stars shine bright for those who CAN-OPen-their-eYes and forget about crossing their tT’s
and simply think…
PS+
+
+ – The poem A
Bright Shining Star was written to commemorate the death of a young girl who I
am told was around age 9. Brianne Elizabeth Cox was apparently killed by an out
of control car that crossed the railway tracks in old
Around the
time of her death I experienced a close call myself when the waveski I was surfing capsized in rather small surf and
I hit my head against a rock knocking myself out momentarily. You can see that waveski hanging above my friend Anne Miller who is lying on
our green coach. When I came around I was still strapped into the board but a
young girl about the same age as Brianne was holding onto the straps keeping
the waveski out of the water just enough so that I
could breath. I never did get her name but I will never forget the look in her
eyes. She looked a lot like this kid.
Anne Miller died on Xmas Day last year.
Back in
December 1998 I backed my car into a stationary vehicle and knocked myself out
momentarily. It took me a while to recover [from] that little incident but for sum strange reason
my math improved, at least to the point where I could spell it out better. I
tried briefly without success to find out more about this remarkable Brianne
Elizabeth Cox and pulled the poem from the memorial that someone had built at
the exact spot where she and her friend were run down. When I went back to
return the poem the memorial had been removed but the nails remain in one of
the railway-tire-posts. Nearly every time I go down to the beach with my dog he
makes a point of sniffing but
never peeing
on this so vacant spot.
It so
happens that someone who didn’t care for at least one of my emails that
had been forwarded to her was a woman by the name of Charlene
Bra-nine who could be brain dead like a lot of people I have come across
who seem to make me cross but eventually I just cross them off my list of
emails.
I subscribe
to the notion that we should use our guills to broadcast our
words, first taking a deep breath by putting pen to paper al-M-w-ay-s aware of
impressionable ears positioned so close to the brain where they do much more
damage than the paper they are written on especially if the folks doing all the
talking wear tTOo
many hats. A lady we refer to as The
Nose came through for us today hopefully making my lawyer-colleague
This is not
the time though to be parking shares or for that matter to be anywhere near the
stock market despite the upward tick
I am told has occurred in the past several days. I don’t have a TV
connection nor “do wood” I
pay attention unless I heard someone like Joe Lieberman say “Lets not bomb Iraq” in which case I
would suggest to the president he begin dropping nuclear bombs on Bagh
When the
folks on the far right and the folks on the far left start mimicking each other
then those of us in the center better beware for they are simply munching on us and the grinding noise you
hear at night, well simply put, think of sandwedges.
Soon it
will be time to turn up the heat on our pitching staff. I can’t wait for
folks like
Stay tuned
to the NextraterresTrial website as others are obviously doing. Not much has
changed in the course of the past several weeks, simply an update on Perfect Storm XVIII,
Warren “Bail me Out” Buffet and a little update on Chapter
III of M
Now I am
assuming if anyone wants to make a contribution to our efforts they can also
send a check to West Coast Escrow care of me or just go to the home page of
NextraTerrestrial.com and use their credit card. We do not
discriminate even against family members from showing their colors since
everyone so far on my team is completely color
blind. For sum reason we are not getting anywhere near the number of hits
we got when we had a photo of Jeffrey
Krinsk + Pypeetoe embedded in the gallery of photos. Campbell Soup
threatened to not invite me this next 4th of July if I didn’t
include a photo of her along with her husband. Maybe though the women who take
over from the TOEs will give me a helping hand.

Dear
Gary,
Everyone will be very glad to hear that we will be able
to complete this transaction sooner rather that later.
I will ask Louise to transfer the utilities into your
name.
Please mail the check to: West Coast …
I
have no doubt that you will find all the peace and
tranquillity you are hoping for in your little
mountain
paradise. You'll not fully realize your good fortune
until you sit under that dazzling canopy of stars!
Ciao, Susan

Dear Susan, at
this time we plan to close no later than October 25st.
Copied on this email is Mr. Vincent…III… who can provide you with
all the assurances you need in terms of this closing date. A new lady friend
mentioned to me at dinner last night about the planet Saturn being in “retro write now” and that
the 25th is still a good date to close.
I am prepared
to send you out today another $X as a further measure of our good faith. Please
let me know who these monies should be made out to and where they should be sent.
I would like if at all possible to have both the utilities as well as the
telephone transferred into my name.
I will finish
off by letting you know how appreciative I am for a lot of things today
including the understanding of your clients. Again, please copy Louise on this
email and I hope sometime to have you all around at a spot where M… and I
will hopefully get to enjoy, peace, happiness and a byte of quiet and of course
there will always be good food and absolutely no paper work. I will begin working
on a Code of Conduct that I will also have to abide by.
At some point in the not tTOootTOoo8
[2028] future it is my hope M…. and I will be as rock solid as the rock
house even though it isn’t exactly “our” lot, salt to boot,
unless it is in small quantities.
Again, we thank
you and Louise for taking care of these things that matter including allowing
us to make good on our word.
Ps I – I am happy to report that
Perfect Storm XVII has now been avoided. My hope is that once Perfect
Storm III is launched it will have enough impetus to get everyone thinking
on the same wave
without having to launch any more “chess
games” which reminds me I have to go right now and pick up in the mini my boy
Jonathan’s new surfboard. Hopefully, it hasn’t grown an inch or
two, God forbid III. And
before I forget I need to plug just one more thing that being our Cc:rest previously
known as the Sea Crest bed and breakfeast + café +++ in

Dear
Gary,
I meant to thank you(in my last e-mail) for your
considerate offer to help Amy and Wally, however,
the commitment they have made is a personal commitment
and unrelated to the purchase of a new property. We
thank you!
Will you please let us know whether you plan to close
on October 21 or November 7. Amy has already notified
the utility companies to disconnect the services in her
name on October 21. If you plan to close later Amy will
need to postpone the change in service.
Sincerely,
Susan

Dear Ms.
Car…,
This email
is in follow up to our conversation earlier. I would like if it is at all
possible for the sellers to grant me an extension until November 7th
to close this transaction. If in fact they could go beyond that date say until
December 1st that would be
terrific. December 1st happens to be the anniversary of the death of
My delay in
closing is in large measure the result of having to focus on other business
activities including the launch of my websites whose mission
statement speaks for itself. It is still possible that I might be able to
close on the 21st. In consideration of any extension granted by the
sellers I would be willing to help them in the purchase of their new home by
co-signing on their mortgage. All I would ask is to be able to have my
attorneys review the documentation.
Please
would you share this email with my broker Louise. Both of you have acted very
professionally in trying to handle matters. I am not, however, the easiest
person in the world to deal with and more importantly I am simply not used to
having “muddlemen” involved
although both of you are head and shoulders above most men I have dealt with.
Thank you
for your consideration.
