Good morning – below is an email I sent Jake yesterday.

 

Please let Jake who is looking to purchase the building “as is” know if there is anything inaccurate in the information I provided including anything “material” that I may have left out and I will leave it to u to interpret the word “material”.

 

All of u know exactly what the deal was when u chose to come and live in my one of a kind property including my very generous hand at the time when I could have very easily chosen someone such as my Royal Mater out of my very “favored class” seeking sanctuary from the “maddening crowd” fed up with giving advice to the likes of Dr. Jonathan Beare not quite sure about the total genuineness as well as smartness of the advice given by the next of kin, willing to pay, “an arm[1] and a leg” for such a quiet and peaceful spot with as good light as one would find in a rather heavily built up area as the Peoples Republic of Santa Monica.

 

Thanks to folks like me more of u r waking up to how laws such as Rent Control only serve the rich getting richer and the poor the picture but not on wide screen plasma TV, rather well illustrated in the fact that while u have all been paying significantly less than market rent u have not managed to be in a position to come together and purchase the building from me at a price that I was for quite some time offering at significantly less than market value beginning in earnest during the past 3 months, not a single phone call from any of u despite my number clearly printed on the 4 Sale Sign, none of u in the least bit curious it seemed to know how u might possibly afford this “deal of a lifetime” it to mention little of how u were all to the best of my knowledge copied on my December 20th offer to those miserable creatures working for Washington Mutual for them to put their ingenious heads together to purchase the property for the maximum loan their so incredibly poorly managed financial institution would make without me even making a big deal about them bribing one of their own with a helping hand from say a wishy washy appraiser that could so easily have them owning the property with cash in their back pocket to begin competing with the likes of my pal Mark Weinstein to accumulate in no time at all a real estate portfolio to then take on the likes of Arden Realty a one of a kind New York Stock Exchange REIT whose officers just happen to be in “command and control” of the Wetherly Capital Group who despite having as their attorney a Stanford Law School lawyer-liar have yet to respond to my knuckleball of July 25th 2002 just 4 odd months after they sent me a one of a kind settlement offer which I don’t for the life of me remember requesting to mention little again of that all important California Gubernatorial election that took place a little later on November 8th 2002 which resulted in California Governor Gray Ho Chi Min Davis, a big time buddy of the WCG getting re-elected to be in “command and control” of the 6th largest economy in the world which is not to suggest that Davis ever got to shake hands with William Simon just one of many not exactly poor “specialWCG clients who also include Mr. Ron Burkle whose claim to fame is how he managed to hook President Bill Clinton the instant our former President exited the White House with everything that wasn’t nailed down to mention in passing WS the son of a Republican billionaire Treasury Secretary during the Reagan Administration when my one buddy Roger W. Robinson played “spook” in the National Security Council, ending up coming from behind in the California Republican Gubernatorial primaries beating the “shoe in” former mayor of Los Angeles, Richard Reardon, finding himself “head to head” against Gray “Ho Chi Min” Davis, and incredibly none of these yoyos brought up in this final so heated general election “show down” either the Hot Water Wars article penned by my pal Seth Lubove of Forbes Magazine or much more importantly the White Paper prepared by my close colleague Dr. Rod Smith, presented and discussed with Gray “Ho Chi Min” Davis on or around December 28th 2001 some 10 minutes after Ho Chi Min had met with the top United States operatives of Vivendi the French multi-national conglomerates,,, and why go on and on when it would pay me for u to simply click on my hyperlinks to get a better understanding of how if I had an ounce of greed in my body I could today just valuing my real estate holdings at the lower of cost or market value be without a shadow of a doubt already the cash richest person in the world without even taking my uncle and Charles Engelhard’s lawyers-liars up on a once in a lifetime opportunity when I was still in my very early 20s to kick back and live the Life of Riley.

 

Thank G-D for the luxury of kitchen sinks and those garbage disposals and how much easier it is today to nail down wishy washy characters hell bent on making the next generation equally co-dependant on government handouts, agree?

 

No doubt were say a “victim” real estate appraiser to start talking in his-her sleep and their lover tired of all their complaints the body picking up rather easily on the mind imploding to make a buck or “tTOo” [sic] turning in the miserable creature to then plea be4 the courts how this all came about thru no fault of their own, aspartame, blah blah, forgetting that a communiqué such as this would in time be introduced into evidence to put to rest once and for all such whiners?

 

Poor excuses increasingly again thanks to the Digital Age, a G-D-Send a thing of the past which all goes back to how self preservation has interfered with our inability to combine and problem solve asking important questions like “Why is it that us renters get no tax breaks?” and instead go about our daily business buying into all the bs of TV and the magazines which say u can have it all now just so long as we have good credit, agree?

 

And really all it would have taken to own 1431 Stanford Street would have meant keeping in reserve each month just enough to be able to afford the smallest of deposits which would also have meant never being so dumb as to not pay off your credit cards each and every month well ahead of being hit with pitiful penalties, agree?

 

But then again why not blame poor, poor, Gary for being so idiotic to break the cardinal rule of never “gifting” anyone anything when they haven’t worked for it, agree?

 

Communism is not simply terrific in principal, the theory is ingenious again a picture tells a thousand words, imagine tho, how it was on kibbutzes in Israel be4 they had to start competing in the “real world” coming up with ingenious devices like the Epilady to torture women who dared to raise children to be nanny boys like me but who were incredibly fortunate to have 2 of the most amazing parents imaginable encouraging me to fly free and high beginning by drumming into my “scal” [sic] not to wait for them to die, agree?

 

The essence of kibbutz thinking encouraging the young to grow up very quickly to be independent thinkers expecting to inherit nothing but their good name which can be changed in the flash of an eye, all geared toward a society of very creative thinkers so necessarily when armed with lightweight weaponry having to make quick life and death decisions which has been along with never hating one’s enemy the difference between Israeli special forces and special forces of every other country on the planet but with the Digital Age, A G-D-Send not even the very best of Israeli leaders could hide the likes of Madonna from not filtering into the equation along with the insurmountable difficulty of finding that one person on the kibbutz willing to polish the swimming pool walls of the kibbutz’s communist bosses until such time as they sparkle, agree?

 

Remember there is enough to go around for each of us to have our own porches, white picket fence, 2 story house with the bird’s eye view of our swimming pool, then again not everyone it seems can be as fortunate as me to have this one of a kind panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean just a stone’s throw away from where all the “rich chicks” hang out.

Ps – I still cannot get over how this world famous veterinarian hospital have now gone more than 24 hours in getting back to me in terms of how they hope to compensate me and my poor, poor, poor dog Pypeetoe for the “pain and suffering” we both experienced as they went about pulling the most incredible guilt trips on me the result of my decision not to leave my so sweet and very, very, very sensitive dog overnight in their care so that they could milk me for as long as I was willing to have my emotional purse strings pulled when all they needed to do was to follow the guidelines set by our 12 year old JoNathan who by just opening his eyes wide, noticed a tick, then with simple tweezers went counterclockwise removing the reincarnation of Harry Oppenheimer putting to a very quick end the incredible pain I now intend milking from now until again such time as either our maker says enough is enough or the hospital administrator together with their lawyer-liars and their insurance carriers throw in the towel.

Jake – I have a copy of a form titled Santa Monica Rent Control Board – CONDOMINIUM OR SINGLE FAMILY HOME PERMANENT FEE WAIVER APPLICATION. It is dated August 30th, 2001 – Maybe I was mistaken and Sean-Dusan is right when he says he came in around Thanksgiving 1993, the Torca Application may in fact confirm what he says.
