Are you two still dating?

I assume you continue to be a Wall Street bond trader who has yet to fully disclose to your clients what “material” impact the “fall out”, i.e. collapse of The Diamond Invention is going to have on the value of their investment portfolio.

Have you taken legal counsel on these matters and if so have you examined in detail their liability insurance policies, i.e. their ability to “make good” on any and all failures on your part to “fully disclose”?
