Dr. Stewart is leaving for Australia on Friday and I would
like to have him served with our complaint before then as opposed to having to
disturb my attorneys in Australia as they track him down in “Cockroach
Dundee”
[sic] territory.
Please remind Jim I still need a good hour to review a draft
that leaves open the door for us to expand the number of defendants including
any and all of his professional colleagues, doctors and attorneys who have
played it fast and loose with the truth, never to forget the police reports
that resulted in the FBI and Detective Steele
of the San Diego Police Department showing up at The Cave.
That last hyperlink should have given the folks who received
a copy of it good reason to demonstrate caution when dealing with me
particularly as it relates to how fastidious I am when it comes to getting at
the root causes of evil, i.e. the pursuit of truth.
For those unfamiliar with my point of view, that out of
control rapacious business people and professional politicians are not born but
raised in households who simply have no value system, it is perhaps important
that I explain more of my thinking on this matter never, however, to forget the
other professionals such as lawyers, accountants and doctors who we cannot
forget are in the business of practicing a craft and few if any are perfect,
exceptions being the likes of Michael
Moshal.
It takes more to bring about positive change than slogans
like “Say no to drugs” or
“The problems of the world have nothing to do with race color or
religion, simply poor parental religious teachings” it takes gut
wrenching action even war, which to win requires both superior and overwhelming
forces. And of course it costs money and sometimes takes innocent lives to
bring about paradigm shifts especially when one examines closely those who are
responsible for starting wars in the first place going back to the year dot
where it is mostly the young and disadvantaged who pay the ultimate price.
Dr. Stewart and his advisors were all very familiar with my
business activities to mention little their accessing my database which laid
out in full view much of the “smoking gun
evidence” of political corruption at the highest levels of the
Californian State Government, all the way into the Governor’s mansion. To
repeat again and again, I don’t believe what we do in each of our
bedrooms is anyone’s business as long as there are consenting adults
involved but it is all our duty not simply our right, to intervene especially
when there are children at risk or a momworker, widow, orphan or pensioner
crying out for help.
Dr. Stewart’s actions, using his children as shields
while trying to fend off what amounted to nothing more than my observations of
his children starting to come of age, questioning many things including me,
should and must be looked at very closely. Again, “If I am not for myself
who is for me? If I am only for myself who am I? If not now then when?”
And right now I am coming down with a rather bad cold but in just a matter of
days I will be back on [my] feet, fighting fit, and
if not then those in charge of my estate and pursuing what rightfully belongs
to me and my heirs will undoubtedly pursue this matter to the bitter end, if
necessary.
Dr. Stewart is not simply a racist, a bigot, someone who has
abused his second ex-wife and children with his money routines never to forget
how he unilaterally reduced Marie’s child support payments, he is all
that and more, for he is nothing short of the worst type of bully I have ever
encountered and shame on anyone who feels the need to even shake this
despicable human beings hand. And if an alligator were to bite off his hand he
still has another one to clean his backside although I don’t know what
the Arab custom is when sharing food with their fellow man who only has one
hand. The more I think of it perhaps the good doctor will find a spot for
himself helping to build the new Iraq but I think there will be others there
alongside who know a whole lot more about coaching young Iraqis about things
like baseball and surfing then Dr. “Let me show you how” Stewart.
By the time the discovery period is over I will know
everything there is to know about Dr. Stewart including what he did or
didn’t do during the Vietnam War. Just the other day Jonathan mentioned
that he wouldn’t be allowed to fight in the United States Army because he
is the “only son.” If in fact that is true I for one will be the
first to sign on the dotted line to change this particular ridiculous law, if
in fact it is true.
Folks like Governor Davis who happened to fight in Vietnam
shouldn’t, however, be allowed a free pass for their misdeeds; on the
contrary he should know better than to think he could get away with
“murder.” At this time I have no evidence that Governor Davis has
committed the ultimate crime against humanity but what do you call it when you
play it fast and loose, when you surround yourself with a bunch of crooks, when
you have your hand out wanting to be elected at any cost, when you fail to tell
the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, when school kids now
suffer as a result of budget deficits brought on as a result of a legislature
“bought and paid 4” [sic] not by the average “mom dnA pop”
[sic] small business
taxpayer but by folks like Vivendi, the French Conglomerate who like any
corrupt organization are made up of individuals who hide behind corporate
entities, offshore companies who when called to task suddenly announce simply a
“hat change” [sic] with the rotting heads
simply going back to their households with their ill-gotten gains declaring
that as “private citizens we should be allowed to live in quiet and piece” [sic]? Not,
however on my watch.
And no one comes more to mind right now than Mr. “Cut man
Cato” [sic]; specifically the threat
from Chief Counsel Richard J. Chivaro whose actions were nothing short of
“harassment” which I will be happy to deliver directly to criminal
investigators for “action.” Chief Counsel Chivaro’s e-mail
came on the very same day that Dr. John Ben Stewart in the presence of his
second ex-wife, Ms. Marie Dion Stewart threatened me with, “I will hound
you the rest of your life.”
Naturally September 8th 2002 is a day I shall not
easily forget although what took place 3 days later on September 11th
2002 with Mds’ ten-year-old son alongside Dr. John Ben Stewart as he
embarked on his reckless and mischievous path that should have people like
Chief Counsel Chivaro handing Dr. Stewart the same sort of sentencing that
befalls men and women of color for acts no where near as traumatic as what has
impacted me and those individuals I happen to care a lot about over the course
of the past 8 odd months.
Of course who is to say where attorney Chivaro is today but
make no mistake I and my legion of supporters will be hard at work in the
months ahead finding out exactly what he knew and when he knew it as it pertains
to the rigging of the recent Gubernatorial elections and nothing would stir up
my juices more right now then to find that he and/or his boss Ms. Kathleen Connell and/or Dan Weinstein and/or Vicky Schiff
et al have engaged in a cover up.

on my plate constantly aware of those close to me who are poorly conditioned
preferring to sweep things under the carpet and to them I say, “Wake up
and smell the coffee” or better yet, “go easy on the coffee and cut
back on the TV” because the show we will be airing is going to be a whole
lot more interesting than what you will find on CNN or daytime soap operas like
The Days Of Our Lives and instead of being part of the problem maybe you can
give some thought to being part of the solution; at a minimum don’t give
my adversaries any comfort even if you have a penchant for playing it both
sides of the fence.
Getting down to business. Jim had assured me that I would
have a draft of the complaint in my hands this past Thursday. Others in my
inner circle including Marie have grown reluctant to believe anything about Dr.
Stewart will change. He has still not got back to her to confirm in
writing our summer vacation plans and of course how can one ever forget that
“TEETH” email he sent her just 15 minutes before landing her the
email about Jonathan’s school principal mixing in.
And yes, I intend to do business with schools all over the
world and of course I will be popping in to the odd school while traveling
through
No one should forget Marie’s will which caused Dr.
Stewart an apoplexy
which he only found out about after he went to bat against me on September 11th
2002 with his “false and misleading” complaint to mention once
again how disruptive his insidious actions have been to my various business
enterprises. After the court hearing the other day Dr. Stewart apparently told
Marie that he was responsible for getting the “District Attorney to dismiss”
the charges against me. Really?
In that same conversation, Dr. Stewart informed Marie that
he has not spoken with his attorney Mr. Hurst “in months.” Perhaps
then, Dr. Stewart might have a claim against Mr. Hurst for malpractice since
Mr. Hurst has been copied on a number of my emails including those asking him
to notify me of any possible breaches of Judge Hendrix’s ruling,
specifically photos of the kids appearing as hyperlinks on my emails which Dr.
Stewart had so vehemently objected to and of course Dr. Stewart didn’t
bring up my demand e-mail

Please remind Jim that he should no longer worry about Dr.
Stewart picking and choosing which communications he will counter with since
nearly all my communications are hyperlinked into one another and certainly by
the time discovery begins I and/or the executors of my estate will have all our
ducks lined up.
Marie continues to believe that being “civil” is
the way to deal with Dr. Stewart, that his actions don’t prevent her from
doing anything, and I think it is fair to say that she feels self-assured he
won’t go down this path again.
My recent e-mails describe rather clearly several of Dr. John
Ben Stewart’s continuing disconnects. I love Marie which means I trust
and respect her but there are a couple of areas where I have more skill and
knowledge in than her although she is probably a degree or “tTOo” [sic] more articulate. The one area where I excel is in a
knowledge of history where “civil liberties” have notoriously been
expensed while the super rich embrace stuff like “charm school” to
make out that they are in touch with the things that matter i.e. fine linen,
silver and gold settings while their underwear gets shoddier with their age and
in the end they all embrace things like diapers and of course there is a good
reason for why we have rashes.
Staying in touch with nature has allowed me to constantly
reevaluate things of matter and of course revenue streams are all-important
when fighting fire with fire one other element I may have more experience with
than Marie although she can make one mean fire, the 1/64th
Indian in her constantly being put to good use and of course those reading my
emails and the hyperlinks know all too well that vengeance is sweet to the
heart of an Indian, firewater to boot.
I have a number of business partners looking on right now to
see whether in fact I will have the “resolve”
to see my dispute with Dr. Stewart et al all the way through to the end and of
course it could get more bitter but the call is his to make, no bitter pill pun
out of me.
He could have settled all matters by forking over a
relatively paltry sum of $500K but now he is going to have pay a whole lot more
as a result of my opportunity costs which keep mounting with every minute that
I am distracted from my other business-personal matters, i.e. I don’t
distinguish between business and personal like most very rich people do in
order to maintain their privileged positions.
Furthermore, I wouldn’t want to disappoint any of my
supporters including God who I know has everything to do with my ability to
resolve problems of almost any magnitude especially if there are numbers
involved and of course everything including English which was ripped out of the
Latin, one of the spiritual languages like Hebrew and Arabic can be converted
back and forth into numbers, chapter and verse.
My style may not be to everyone’s liking but just like
in Baghdad
I expect the crowds to start cheering any day now.
