Wouldn’t u agree it is
somewhat [sumwhat] ridiculous to [tu] fine an 88 year old conscious and rather
competent male sum $600, $200 for each of the dogs he had unleashed in of all
places alongside the railway tracks here in Del Mar, California where it is
quite difficult tu tell rich from poor, honest person versus crook, competent
versus incompetent, those wearing more makeup not necessarily lost
souls, perhaps just a pimple or two [too] just ready tu begin oozing,
possibly obfuscating the vestiges of poor conditioning?
So who should we be truly
weary of, Niki the big bad 100% wolf who happened tu be one of the
two [too] dogs being cared for [4] by my very good friend Gene
Sumone such as yourself who
may mix from time tu time, just like my incredible mother, truth with fiction?
I happen tu live across the
street from a gentleman who tells me that he will be appearing this coming
Wednesday on the Oprah Winfrey Show, Steve having apparently a New York Times
“best seller”, 4 sum reason choosing not tu offer me a free copy of
his “one of a kind” diet book which will make it that much easier 4
me tu be unbiased in my review, agree?
It is, wouldn’t u
agree, information that separates less and less the have-nots from the haves,
the Digital Age finally obliterating intu smithereens
once and 4 all that which has kept those who have stolen the most including
their offspring assuming u subscribe tu the notion which I do that black hands
cannot lay white eggs, from continuing tu remain in the pound seats?
I read with quite sum degree
of interest in the Del Mar Times the other week your account of growing up in a
Mafia family and the last thing I would want tu suggest is that u ended up with
any more ill-gotten gains than sumone such as myself who u probably know so
very little about, agree?
What else do u think the
patrolling officers ignore that has more of an impact on our environment such
as trash dumped on public property right outside of us Del Martian’s
homes, so often human beings acting worse than animals?
A walk along the beach after
a storm opens your eyes how much shit we leave behind, the public drains
serving as quite the conduit 4 folks’ pesticides and fertilizers needed
tu keep their lawns green tu mention in passing the desert swept Santa Anna
winds crying “foul” 4 us all tu wake up?
Just now the media starting
tu mention all the crap that ends up in the oshon, please 4give my
spelling, my catering these days, more and more so tu folks more in tune, the
problems of the world u will agree having nothing tu do with race, color or
religion, simply poor parental religious teachings?
Should we have garden
police?
It is an easy target tu
point a finger at an unleashed dog, what about an unleashed human?
To bad we cannot leash human
beings until they behave properly?
My good friend Gene is a
very caring human caring so well 4 more than just himself and his one dog while
at least one neighbor who once owned Niki the 100%
wolf digging deep into her pocket, forking out sum $200, the City of Del Mar
sending Gene last week a letter that said sumthing about his case
“pending”, very little doubt in my mind these hungry folks ready tu
build 4 themselves another Ivory Tower cashing the heart-given $200?
By the time I am said and
done with these yoyos, with of course support expected from the likes of u, I
think we begin the process of bringing about another paradigm shift, my first
beginning my “one of a kind” crusade with www.footsak.com, footsak
being South African slang 4 giving sumone a “kick in the rear” and
if u or anyone else reading this communiqué feeling a heart attack pending just

I could go “on and
on” about folks thinking they can get away with taking on my almost 90
year old friend so incredibly conscious about nature tu mention in passing his
intake, a full-on vegetarian since age 40, living a very simple life?
So
similar in many ways is Gene tu my other good friend Anne L. Miller another
Del Martian who lived alone from 1964 when her husband, a carpenter, passed
away until Xmess Day 2001 when at age 94 the Good Lord said, “Enough is
Enough”, my Anne first losing her will tu live when the
authorities started questioning her being “compass
mentis” [sic] without first checking tu see [c] how
strongly the light within her burned so effortlessly at age 94, her ability tu
run circles around her first estate attorney all part of my yet tu be published

that we should all be our own managers from, yes, u guessed right, the get go,
