D – I don’t know whether u were copied on this communiqué to Adam Tucker since I have things set up a little differently in terms of pulling names out of my email list which saves me considerable time – there not anyone today with a 95 IQ points of intelligence and above who does not get exactly what I have been doing all these years to get to the point of holding the most rapacious organization in the history of mankind accountable giving those below the DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel now increasingly less opportunity to get with the program, and of course I could be more than just playing at this time, I could in fact so very easily own my own atoll in the Pacific by making the most incredible killing in any fricken market I chose to play in at this time given my better than average read of things to mention little of not only what folks all around the world r “feeding” me but how much incredible information I get out of the deafening silences coming from those I know best.

 

My minimal financial needs versus wants require constant balancing and remember I have access to significant sums of “goyim latkes” but tapping in to such sources as I think u understand puts more of a spotlight on my Jewish brothers and sisters so quick with their flippant remarks to have the audacity in suggesting my tactics breed anti-Semitism while they turn such a fricken blind eye to Jewish scoundrels on their own streets who have the rabbis so bought off to mention little of family members living in such incredible denial on the upper end up “Madhattan” even when they read in “black and white” or hear from such an incredible credible source such as myself what Bill Lerach of Milberg Weiss-Lerach, the biggest SCAL [Shareholder Class Action Litigator] found “Astonishing” that the vast majority of Chief Executive Officers going back to the spring of 1999, well be4 Enron, saw no problem in asking their Chief Financial Officers to falsify the financial statements of public corporations, agree?

 

Then again all it requires is no more than 100 IQ points, i.e. average intelligence to know that all this bs throwing out the ‘Loyalty” guilt is simply unadulterated greed, most folks u and I know who happen to come from the “favored class” simply in the resignation of grabbing as much as they can as quickly as possible thinking that should things blow up there sitting at the very top of the pyramid is the South African Oppenheimer family, agree?

 

Such moronic thinking, however, clearly underestimates the genius of the DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel whose business model is to corrupt as in co-opt every single human being who falls for their Diamond Invention, agree?

 

No doubt the first question Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk who did not get back to me about lunch today at Rainswaters would be suggesting to those conducting either the interrogatories or depositions of the Codiam Inc-DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel to explain how the word “Latke” filters into the vocabulary of those involved in an industry responsible for the greatest enslavement, torture and murder of mankind, agree?

 

All my energies as well as cashflow go into our intellectual property at increasing “personal risk”, not to ever forget, however, that while I am in fact the one most “exposed” those higher up the totem pole in terms of their access to cash, spending money on personal self aggrandizement finding excuse after excuse not to the right thing and the smart thing which is also the right thing there is increasingly thanks to me putting myself more and more on the line less and less space on this incredible planet Mother Earth for the rapacious to hide not even in India, agree?

 

Furthermore, to repeat what Rod and I sent u and Devin back on Friday, December 10th;

 

Derrick, we believe that your initial responsibility in the development of the fund should be assisting us in raising seed capital. To that end we are willing to have u as a founding partner whose initial compensation will be based on the seed capital u raise. Later in the development stage u would be responsible for raising capital for subsequent rounds of financing for subsequent projects. Rod and I believe the fund development period will be 18 months from the receipt of seed capital.

 

The following r the rough notes I made of our brainstorming session

 

Rough Notes:

 

1.    How much money for what period of time.

2.    How r we to organize ourselves in terms of corporate structure, going after accredited investors, small solicitations, etc?

3.    Websites a critical tool, empowerment of the grassproots organizations, creating communities of people throughout the world, need to spell out exactly what we bring to the table besides for money, how can we help people that is why the technology officer so important, coming up with technology alternatives, “trading center”, the technology officer places the specs out to the internet bid, first to assemble during the development stage an inventory, conduct an assessment of how to organize the technology, the “trading floor” selects the right vendors for each region of the world.

4.    Assess the “ability to pay” of each grass roots group, assist in looking at the economic base of each region and its future, the availability of water being the most important constraint?

5.    Legal-political risks - will never give money to a politician - not spend money on the political game – set up a pilot-prototype system and “dare” the power structure to “pull the plug”, keep “Washington” fully informed of our private sector solution, being in “compliance” with all the stuff they like such as transformation of the rule of law, decentralization, etc having the politicians being continuously pointed in the direction of our websites, “and by the way if the corruption kills this one pilot-prototype we will put it out on the website, blah blah” [sic].

6.    Examine the organizations like USAID, the CWF monies “stepping in to close a gap” and why someone like Roger and his wife r so critical even in this initial stage.

7.    Overlay the DeBeers-Anglo American investment strategy where they are operating, they have water quality problems, even if they don’t want the publicity, it in their interest to have those areas improving rather than festering, us willing to give them a “treasury return” but there is also the “conscience” benefits such as urban renewal, doubtful they will use their money as productively as us, our transparency both their “death nail” as well as their salvation, our success will in breeding more success give them a “way out” of their abyss.

8.    The reason for doing business with us is our credibility and track record, “try out an imitator and come back to us when u have got your face muddied, blah blah”, i.e. it is not possible that any organization with “blackened hands” can manage risk better than us, period.

 

 

Next steps:

 

1. “Blasting an email” offering to meet collectively or individually with accredited investors such as Jonathan Beare who at one point looked like he had an “exclusive” now we have “complicated matters” our “joint and separately” approach arranging either a meeting or conference call each of them left with the following “slim and none” choice, “What r u going to do? What should we do can since we cannot ignore Gary, Rod et al”.

 

2. Set up CWF “partners” on a regional basis providing them with a national and international forum, us in the “holding group” helping bring PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL ATTENTION to the most basic and precious human right, the right to clean drinking water.

 

Derrick, in my opinion this recent article in the WSJ should have had every single person on this planet capable of seeing just the slightest possibility that this world is not all about them having just one fricken grand old time waking up big time, then again the world’s financial markets have not imploded, yet, so what is it exactly I am bitching about, then again I only broadcast these days either what “brainne dead” [sic][1] people send me as well as every so often just a little bit of “good news” just to have my ever dwindling number of adversaries, again relatively speaking, resent me just a little bit more, agree?

 

But what u don’t ever see r the very very very angry rather well educated folks thinking it suits them just fine if the DeBeers-Oppenheimer-Engelhard-Gevisser-Molk-Beare-Krok-Samson-Rupert-Benn-Hackner-Greenberg-Buffet-Anglo American Cartel continue to sit with their arms folded since these equally demented folk subscribe to the utter bullshit that there is perfect balance in the universe so caught in the old time mantras of “what goes around comes around”, the vengeance of an Almighty SMART G-D requires one at times to pull one’s fricken head occasionally out of one asshole, agree?

That was my writing and it took all of 60 seconds while “under the gun” to put down in black and white, Marie wanting to hear about my plans to be buried, no strike that, to retire to Tahiti.

U refer to yourself as a “logical” person and I must say u rank up there with the some of the most logical people I have met but the mere fact that u say u r a “spiritual” person defies logic unless one has logically concluded there is something to be spiritual about, wouldn’t u agree?

In answer to your question, I have to say yes and no. (it is not simple)

 

It depends on how closely you examine something and how much perspective one can have. It begs the question, which "came first the chicken or the egg". What I mean by that is If we look at a pond for example, and examine the ecosystem, it is all based on symbiotic relationships between predators, prey, and everything in between. A relationship that works so well how could it not have been planned. Well, then one cannot ignore all the trial and error (evolution) that got the pond to the point that it is today; more over one can even say "How much more efficient (evolved) will this pond be 1000 years from now?". That is what I mean by perspective, if we step back far enough and look at the earth from space, everything appears peaceful, but as we know there is turmoil all over. Perspective makes a huge difference.

 

I am a spiritual person, but I am torn between my beliefs and my logic. As I learned in a statistics course, data can be spun in whatever direction that one wish to lead an argument.

 

There is design everywhere; whether it is divine or by evolution or a combination of both, is not for me to say for sure. I know I believe that everything happens for a reason, but my logic tells me to ask the question "am I connecting the events to justify what I want to believe or is this part of the plan?"

The question is simple is there or is there not design to the universe?

 

When Einstein referred to General Relativity as “the Mind of G-D” is was as a result of the most incredible combination of mathematics-physics-science all producing one incredible explanation of the workings of the cosmos that has stood both the test of time and direct experiment after direct experiment.

 

The Diamond Invention was another most incredible design, the brilliant cut diamond the result of outstanding mathematics that resulted in the 57 facet cut.

 

Unlike General Relativity which resulted because of its out of this world precision in Einstein searching for a unified theory for the inner workings of the universe, the Diamond Invention was a genius invention of mankind in the most unkind manner, rather brilliant business people, remember business is more art form than it is science drawing on the incredible weakness of the human psyche to be attracted to that which glitters and when it became apparent that diamonds were not only destructible anything but a “A diamond is forever” but they were as abundant as mice, appearing out of nowhere, then no surprise that those in the pound seats said words to the effect “to hell with god who dared to set up us”.

 

And out of this deficit need came the most insidious creation of man to enslave his fellow human being in not only believing that a diamond was rare even tho it has been known for going on a 100 years that the DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel were all about price fixing not pulling any punches in letting it be known to their customers the diamond dealers and manufacturers that they DeBeers-Anglo American were to be only trusted in so far at not letting a single soul dare to consider breaking their stranglehold of having perfected the art of larceny which those at the top echelons knew it was just a question of time be4 the game would be up.

 

Then came along as democracy began spreading throughout the world especially following WWII the need for despots everywhere to make fast their escape and nothing quite like having a ready built market as one which embraced “honor amongst thieves” and in their race for sanctuary with having to pay an arm and leg both figuratively and literally was the diplomatic pouch that couldn’t raise an eyebrow, DeBeers-Anglo America’s business model so became the perpetual money making machine as one government after the next rose and collapsed everyone grabbing as much as humanely possible to die the richest person in the grave and the higher up one was in the pecking order of being “greeted” by DeBeers-Anglo America so one didn’t have to suffer the deep discount between the retail price and the wholesale price.

 

Eventually the worthless diamonds needed to be converted in to something of value for each of the deposed depots not to return with a vengeance and so the land grab...
