Please
don’t take what I am about to say as "criticism" certainly it should
not be seen in a "negative light", and if so then
the same "negativity" must apply to me for not being perfectly
clear.
First, I
have no problem in you using Risdonhosegood and Mr. Sunderland in particular,
to assist you in any way, shape or form to serve alcohol to anyone but
alcoholics but you must appreciate that one, I am not making a "recommendation",
i.e. you are "on your own" if it turns out that you are not "perfectly happy" with the powerhouse law services of Risdonhosegood;
and second, if for whatever reason a conflict occurs where Risdonhosegood find
themselves "caught in the middle", may the good, vengeful and
extraordinarily SMART G-d be ever so
gracious unto you and Risdonhosegood.
With
that said, be my guest and proceed cautiously.
Second, please
in the future follow my instructions "explicitly" when dealing with
Risdonhosegood and if I am not "perfectly clear" please make any

said, I totally understand your decision to contact Sunderland in an effort to
expedite getting me your suggested changes/edits given the problems we were
