Why you have yet to join
forces with Greedy Beckham’s lawyer-liar law firm of Kimball blah blah to address why Public
Defenders who feed off the crumbs you folks toss them have yet to change the
laws regarding 10 Day Notices that result in so many
dependant on the welfare state misreading these incredibly misleading documents
all to the benefit of LandROBBERs.
Again, it is not class
warfare I am encouraging, it’s the welfare system I am questioning and I am a
member of the favored class.
While a lot more folks than
the 300,000 individuals-groups on my email list anxiously await my next “brief” to the President of the
United States I have decided for a number of reasons including how much quicker
it will be for me to first finish off with you before then taking the rest of
the day off, first going for a run and swim in the waters of the rather smooth
Pacific ocean, perhaps “caressing” would more aptly describe the current view
from our RENTED Cliff House, the
fresh ocean swept breeze blowing into our second residence here in Del Mar, so
invigorating allowing most of all my computer to respond more “favorably”
to my keystrokes.
Your advice that I-we should
hold off on pursuing matters with the San Diego Sheriffs department and instead
leave it up to you to do your “due diligence” in unearthing who
amongst my adversaries again getting exponentially smaller in number,
relatively speaking of course, saw fit to usurp their limited authority by
getting so pitiful law enforcement officers at the bottom of the barrel to “shoot
their poison tipped arrows” this past Wednesday afternoon about 2 hours
So after I sent the City of
Del Mar this “shot across the bow”, seems
reasonable and of course I think you would now understand my position if I were
to suggest to you that going forward you seriously consider taking my rather
terrific case on a contingency and to immediately refund if not my entire
retainer certainly the balance?
You are also aware that back
on August 16th of last year the City of Del Mar summoned Deputy Sheriff Bill Phillips to a council meeting
thinking that such a “threat to intimidate” would upset
my continued line of questioning that began when I attended an earlier meeting
of the City Council asking the simple question,
“When you
engaged the consultant to assist you in raising taxes on homeowners, bearing in
mind I don’t own any real estate in Del Mar did they conduct a ‘risk
assessment’ to determine what if any effect such a tax could have in bringing
about a real estate market collapse” [sic]?

Finkelstein & Krinsk know no more than anyone hooked up to
Internet
Who knows of anyone hooked
up the Internet whether at the top or bottom of the pyramid NOW

It may take a while for it
all to sink into all our thick “SCALs” [sic] but that only constitutes a problem
for those of us who have allowed our formal education to interfere with our
learning.
Be that as it may in time
every single literate human being on the planet will figure out in their own
time, time relative only to mankind, that not only do I speak the truth, the
whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me, G-d, the painstaking,

long-windedness a week ago this past Friday that in a nutshell have
to do with not giving anyone at any level of the pyramid “competitive advantage” in
terms of the highly valuable information I have been putting out over the past
now 6 years beginning with my first post on the Yahoo Revlon message board,
post 950 on June 10th 1999 rather
innocuous that got no visible response that led to me posting the next day, 6/11/1999, post 954 that got momworker63 to respond with post 955, the same
day with, “HELP HELP Help …” to mention little of us
never hearing again from momworker63.
For all I know Mr. JRK or
anyone of us 6.3 billion odd human beings other than of course me could have
been responsible for that posting that became a “lightening rod” within me
and I have not stopped since nor do I intend to hold back at least not until I
am “commanded” otherwise.
Now come back to the rest of

had a good talk with Marie and I think as long as you are in that unit there I
had better deal with her because I can at least have a decent conversation with
her on a calm level.

like I said there is no way that I want to have you in my life.

out how long it is going to be before your kids, Judge Bloom, your wife, your
colleagues, your friends, your adversaries figure out there is now today, this

The fight that Marie and I
are waging is not for the “common man” so obvious just seeing
how law enforcement personnel at the bottom of the barrel have been so co-opted
so extraordinary “used and abused” that the rot is systemic, rather it is a
fight for the rights of independent thinkers and the next generation, our
children and their children who RIGHT
NOW, THIS INSTANT, are better
informed than they were an INSTANT
ago increasingly NOT WILLING to put
up with any the bullshit of us old farts
continuing to mortgage their future through out of control real estate
speculation.

And
I know you have 11 months left on your, the original agreement I signed with
you and I think I am willing to go along with that arrangement because I know
how important it is to Marie and the kids and that will get them through
another year of school without being disrupted and, but as far as renting the
downstairs or doing any more business with you that is not an option really. I
don’t really imagine that happening and so even if Kathy moves out don’t plan
on taking over that space.
For
us to have taken on such a fight just for the 11 months that remain on our
lease says everything about us and everything about that which is wrong and how
easily it can all be fixed just by a sufficient number of the next generation
and those independent thinkers like Marie and me willing to fight the right
fight.
Greedy
Beckham’s crowning achievement, getting high with his 20 year old daughter when
the two of them recently visited Hawaii although his “focus” which he so
proudly informed Marie and me one evening while watching a sunset from the
RENTED Cliff House again our other rented residence here in anything but dull
Del Mar was to “nail” his one buddy’s daughter although it could have been a
step-daughter.

a way to hit us on there so infrequently being 2 dogs visiting at the same

Tree House a little too much for precious Maggie, please, please, please, give
some serious thought to how best we can broadcast this message of hope to not
only the next generation seeing their futures going up in smoke through real
estate inflationary bidding wars, the bubble bursting, well you name the time.
But
bear in mind the majority of home dwellers around the world are renters
understanding rather well this LandROBBER
