Walt – I would like to share a few thoughts with you.

 

We couldn’t have asked for our advocate to have been any better prepared than you and to have executed nothing short of flawlessly.

 

We also couldn’t have asked for a moment in the history of time to be alive at this glorious moment.

 

I-we have always advocated not only reason but spelled out the reasons of why it is so important to be truthful, only liars need good memories.

 

Peace “sumtimes” [sic] comes at an awful price especially if someone as peaceful as me decides to “throw in the towel.”

 

Time to reflect a little on the extraordinary success of my websites that while generating not a single dime in revenue have already captured not simply the imagination of those both “good” as well as “evil”, both groups simply cannot find good enough reasons for avoiding coming back time and again to read what I write but much more importantly understand how right as well as how “bright” I am to keep “sticking to my knitting.”

 

That previous hyperlink was one of the first things I placed up on the internet that I have now said repeatedly was designed for the exclusive purpose of holding the feet to the fire of the attorneys I had “tasked” with filing a class action lawsuit against Ronald O. Perelman of Revlon Corporation, there probably not a single class action lawsuit ever filed within a handful of hours before the statute of limitations ran out.

 

While the judge in this case awaits you providing him with case law as to the number of persons allowed in our one of a kind rather large one bedroom bachelor pad, an architectural masterpiece that our property manager has had his “sights on” for “sum” [sic] time especially since his wife decided to “jump ship” leaving him with his new “found wealth” all coming on tail of the rather recent “real estate inflationary bidding wars”, a phrase in fact property manager Beckham once used when I was explaining to him during one of the few times he hasn’t been stoned out of his mind why this land that once belonged to all of us has become not only owned by so few but so extraordinarily overpriced that it makes a whole lot of sense to listen very carefully to what I have to say as to how this all came about, I MUST NOW explore how best to use my precious resources both cash, assets and time.

 

Judge Bloom probably has an incredible caseload and might see given how we don’t “get along” with Beckham and the tenant in the “non conforming illegally converted garages” below our main dwelling AND the fact that we have another residence to simply get rid of us just to give “peace one more chance.”

 

Turning the other cheek may have worked with church congregations in the past, but it is a different world today getting ever so wired, the next generation in particular getting so extraordinarily smart that without the church there would be no poor and without the poor there would be no church.

 

Again, it is not class warfare I am encouraging, it is the class welfare system I am questioning, and I am a member of the favored class.

 

Moreover, in a nutshell, I detest those who derive great satisfaction in exceeding the limits of their small authority, i.e. evil does not come in the form of point tail or pitched fork.

 

I very recently put each of us to the “test” to look in the mirror and ask ourselves “What did I know and when did I know about the Diamond Invention and its relationship to International security?”

 

This rather innocuous question has sent more than simply ripples through the fabric of our rather sick society.

 

I want you to take a look at just this one hyperlink commemorating back in 1986 the 1976 Soweto South African riots, this rather revealing website produced by a group of black South Africans.

 

First the fact that they chose to “highlight” American Charles Engelhard considered beyond a shadow of a doubt the richest man in the world who chose my father’s first cousin, David Gevisser as his “male heir”, spelling out clearly that CE was both a strong supporter of the South African Apartheid regime and the United States Democratic Party, “friend of the Kennedys”.

 

Second, that they considered such “liberal” Americans such as Senator Ted Kennedy who attended CE’s funeral in March 1971 as well as Reverend Jackson as the “evil incarnate”.

 

While you now need to focus on your “brief” to convince the Judge that we have case law in “our favor” I will be spending “sum” [sic] of my time and resources including very possibly taking out ads as well as sharing with my email list that letter by property manager Beckham written on December 14^th of last year more than a month after I signed my 18 month lease with him where again in his own handwriting he states categorically that not only has he violated the law but that he has been “shut down” previously for an illegal unit and that in order not to bring attention to his misconduct I-we should “disappear from time to time.”

 

We can all talk philosophy, not to allow “bad” people to get us too “upset” that with all this “shared energy” they will inevitably get their “comeuppance” BUT there is in fact an alternative especially when you have like those rather militant black South Africans who “nailed it” absolutely perfectly about what the likes of CE, Senator Ted Kennedy and Jesse Jackson.

 

I have no idea who specifically was behind the Revolution in South Africa: An Analysis, for all I know they could today be part of the corrupted hierarchy now ruling South Africa, no different to the Apartheid regime under the “command and control” of my DAAC [DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel] family.

 

Again the problems of the world have never, not once, been about race, color, sex, or religion simply poor parental religious teachings and human greed increasingly out of control.

 

Having got rid of the Gold Standard, replacing “whoever controls the gold makes the laws” with unelected officials such as the Federal Reserve who are only required to “exercise good judgment” yet fail to exercise the most basic “good judgment” in not informing either the Congress or the American people that the DAAC have now had for some 100 or so years an exclusive worldwide right to engineer-manufacture-distribute their unlimited in supply, untraceable, lightweight and never once inventoried diamond currency, buying up with their extraordinarily fictitious currency first the land and the rest is history to mention little of whoever controls the water, grabs the land owns the bank.

 

I must now ask you as the most amazing sunset takes place, dark grey clouds pushing the most brilliant orange sun under the horizon, is for you to do your best and if that isn’t enough then whatever is necessary, never to minimize the power of SMART prayer, and let the judge know that his ruling is important.

 

If he thinks the masses of folks around the world who increasingly understand that given the fact I am not exactly a “nobody” in my “own right” WILL IGNORE the so crystal clear writings of someone who a month after he enters into a lease with me thinks not only is there nothing wrong in “thumbing his nose” at those who make the rules but use such writings to both try and intimidate me as well as attempt to loop me into what he clearly believes to be “illegal” activities talks to a number of things to again mention little of my having come very much from the “favored class”, given the greatest gift from my parents that I would never inherit more than my “good name” to mention in passing as a train whistles by the Cliff House, I could have so easily “turned a blind eye” to the evil of Beckham and Co and all their outlandish lies and simply moved out with my “tail between my legs” despite their inconsistencies large enough for anyone with no more than an 8^th grade education to get their “arms around”?

 

First how did these rules comes about other than by those with the biggest guns then handing out their “spoils of war” to their Knights in Shining White Armor calling them not LandROBBERS but can you believe it, LandLORDs?

 

Second, why should anyone choose the peaceful route to resolve their conflicts when these LandROBBERs not only while building into their cost of sales the cost of getting caught but so boldly spell out they have been “shut down” previously?

 

I could have possibly spelled this out more articulately especially if I had Marie at my side who is like me and you, utterly exhausted.

 

This last broadcasted email to Frankie Selikow, I sent you the first one yesterday in a hyperlink that made reference to you possibly thinking about placing “duck tape” over my mouth, has a rather large statistically valid sampling of the world’s literate population in nothing short of anxious anticipation.

 

I have a good sense of my rights to “attorney-client” privilege and should I not hear back from you by tomorrow arguing otherwise and if Marie concurs I will start forwarding this email to my email list that again consists of a statistically valid sampling of the world’s literate population.

 

Again, you were quite brilliant in court and Judge Bloom has to be wondering why people like Marie and I have expended such substantial resources of both money and time when we could have used such resources to more than secure another residence to mention little of my time to mention in passing you were correct in court in stating despite the objection of the Beckham and his counsel that he never demanded of me a “security deposit”, just the first and last months rent.

 

As important as I value my time, time is, however, relative only to mankind, and I constantly without the slightest arrogance place myself in the “shoes of G-D” knowing that our SMART G-D would expect us to be SMART and at least use our imaginations to try and “work out” what is nothing more than a SMART puzzle.

 

Again most Jewish people I know when they think about it replace the “o” with a “dash” in the word “God” but even the most scholarly rabbis such as Professor Abner Weiss one of my family’s closest friends has been known to “re re” [sic].

 

So important that ruling by Judge Hendrix in Courtroom 25 back on October 24^th 2002 when he refused to go along with Marie’s X-husband demanding a permanent restraining order be placed on preventing me from me being in the presence of Marie’s two children bearing in mind that at the time I was not married to Marie and therefore had no rights to her minor children and therefore not able to call them as witnesses to refute this scoundrels baseless allegations.

 

The fact that Beckham who does a whole lot more than simply stink of pot most of the time, careful though is he not to have once entered our homes stoned certainly though enjoying our good food and champagne, IS able to SHOUT OUT in a courtroom that I have all these restraining orders against WHEN you as a presiding judge are looking at a document entered into evidence that Beckham and his lawyer-liars have “stipulated” are not only “true and accurate” but signed by this LandROBBER defies logical thought processing.

 

Again, while we can all philosophize on the “good” and “bad” that is out there, “sum” [sic] of us are “pulling out all stops” to make sure that the inevitable “change” will be peaceful but at what cost?

 

Finally, I turn your eyes to Nelson Mandela’s I am Prepared To Die speech back on April 20^th 1964 which perhaps no one but me has ever “properly” analyzed.

 

When I came across the following two paragraphs in this almost 11,000 word speech I didn’t simply want to vomit but in an instant pretty much answered all my unanswered questions I have remaining about mankind so unkind to G-D-NAture, not so surprising our SMART G-D wouldn’t simply lift up His-Her feet on the table and leave it up to each of us to work out the problems that could be so easily resolved once we figure out why it is we have in common our ever so soft skins, not simply “prepared to die” but why be “af-raid” [sic] so long as you have given of your best and when that isn’t enough to do whatever is necessary:

 

I have great respect for British political institutions, and for the country's system of justice. I regard the British Parliament as the most democratic institution in the world, and the independence and impartiality of its judiciary never fail to arouse my admiration.

 

The American Congress, that country's doctrine of separation of powers, as well as the independence of its judiciary, arouses in me similar sentiments.

 

In the Revolution in South Africa: An analysis there is reference to, “By 1970…ninety-seven [black militants] had been hanged for the stand they took against the racist regime.”

 

As I once expressed previously in communications to others such as Derrick Beare of Investec, a rather substantial “legalized money laundering operation for the very favored class” based in London, rather than highlight all the people around the world saying “good things” about me like Frankie Selikow I prefer to “market” those relatively few people saying “bad things” since I get a much bigger “bang for my buck” in spreading the “good word” of how one can in fact bring about positive peaceful change without having to go the lawsuit route simply borrowing a thing or “tTOo” [sic] from the likes of Ida Tarbell at the turn of the last century who used cartoons and the such to poke fun at John D. Rockefeller, eventually “collapsing into a heap of tears” making it relatively “easy pickings” for Congress to then “nail” this rascal “to the cross”.

 

If I don’t succeed with my ever so peaceful and very logical approach to empower the kids to parent the parents who need the most help, it doesn’t take much of imagination for folks looking “back and forth” seeing how it came about that “history keeps repeating itself” the result of people like Nelson Mandela dong nothing short of “paying homage” to not only his slave masters but those would continue to enslave the next generation, no one quite believing there would come a time and age beginning with the Digital Age, A G-D-Send when the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth would be “revealed”, SMART people increasingly able to “work out” the “flow of things” by such “reverse barometers”.

 

Evidence is evidence. Proof a function of evidence, the better the evidence the better the proof, it not taking a rocket scientist to see the character of Beckham beginning with his December 14^th letter, there clearly “a meeting of the minds” given how following my response he not only never increased the rent but continued for 6 more months to accept my rent checks and ENDING with the so extraordinarily incriminating 366 word message he left on my answering service on June 3^rd, both talking clearly to how well informed he has been from the start of the outlandish behavior of his month to month female tenant who at a minimum when not in her drunken stupor would have been able to recognize that he is just another Delmartian “high on his own supply” to mention little of why Ms. Clark would tell me the first time she met me when I did the walkthrough with Beckham on the day we signed the lease back on November 5^th of last year that she has an uncle very senior in the CIA to mention in passing as another train passes by that I was the one making up CIA conspiratorial stories, enough to make me vomit were I not rather hungry right now.

 

The fact that I didn’t notice any verbiage in the courtroom as I did back on October 24^th 2002 such as “In God We Trust” but yet such verbiage continues to be written on our so “fictitious currency” the result of each and every one of us so easily distracted in this race for “survival of the richest” is enough for me to go on.

 

But I will stop right now to check on the love of my life and to make sure if nothing else her kids know how well she and you performed today.
