Mr. Easton,

I am going to let this mornings self imposed deadline of 7AM PST “fly by” giving u at least sum time to regain sumwhat of a conscious state of mind given the pounding you have received in the past several days, the worst casualties of war, I am told, are those who have demons in their head to begin with and why most organized militia painstakingly go about filtering out those whose sequencing has been interfered with from those whose parents finally got it right.

My compassion perhaps comes from today being both my sister and her daughter’s birthday, although I am not certain.

Notice there is no “sic” after the first paragraph motivated in sum measure to replace the “right” with “write” but my sense is that whenever u c the word “right”, like others on my email list, you also see the word “write”.

More importantly, despite Marie running the risk of having to pitch a tent on the Krinsk’s tennis court in less than a week from now or be willing to share Sebastian Capella’s tennis court with his dog I am compelled to seek higher ground as the tide, of change, begins to unfold, the folks at Wetherly Capital Group [WCG] and US Filter getting more anxious, than u, by the minute; USFilter, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vivendi Environmental, which in turn is 63% owned by the French Conglomerate Vivendi.

Timing is everything especially when you consider what was at stake when the two co-managing directors of WCG met with US Filter’s top dogs about a week after Governor Gray Davis of California was “briefed” on some rather important water related issues impacting the 6th largest economy in the world, to mention little of Andy Seidel, US Filter’s CEO, very shortly thereafter moseying over to Paris for a board meeting with the boys who really call the shots.

And of course I have no idea what took place in that board meeting nor for that matter what Mr. Seidel told Mr. Messier, Vivendi’s CEO at the time, prior to the commencement of that all important meeting since no one briefed me on those particulars, a $55 billion odd drop in stock value over sum 280 days could afford someone in the know possibly an even better view of the Pacific Ocean than the rather pitiful one on Durango, agree?

I am very well versed with what took place at the two meetings held 10 minutes apart on or around December 28th 2001 that I believe most folks who are not trying the new corkscrew technique I suggested for “wrongdoers” would be most interested to hear even if an idiot like Professor Aaron “BrownNose” Brown says, “… I also have no support beyond your word that they are true, and no great interest.”

And of course if u had bothered clicking thru a hyperlink or too of mine as a whole lot of folks have, you would know that I have been more than willing to debate this finance professor, “in the flesh” but for sum reason that, a good number of folks tuned in to what is going on fully understand, folks like Professor Brown and Diana Henriques of the New York Times as well as staunch Republicans like Jim Gibson would prefer the “status quo” be left alone and choose to “pick up” on seemingly mundane material such as “Still less do I dispute your somewhat less complicated assertions about your legal problems involving your wife's ex-husband. I have no interest at all. Therefore, I will not wait but begin ignoring developments immediately.

I should also add that Professor Aaron “BrownNose” Brown is averse to taking a polygraph test. Do u share his sentiments, at least on this subject?

Nicholas Johnson, a former chairman of the FCC during the Johnson Administration once said words to the effect that in all his years of experience looking at “mergers & acquisitions” he never once saw a deal that he liked whereas those “on the other side of the fence” never saw a merger &/or acquisitions they didn’t like for the simple reason that such transactions obfuscate poor performance, i.e. mismanagement, allowing the incompetent management breathing room to get through another quarter or too when comparative analysis becomes all butt impossible, i.e. management 101.

Just as in buying a home or shares in the stock market u make your money at the time of purchase, at a minimum, you can protect your downside, the better informed u r, the greater the likelihood of success, information being the critical resource that has kept the have-nots from getting their rightful share.

But without a fresh supply of “quality” water both the rich and the poor are pretty much in the same boat to mention in passing that u tu should take a look at the end of Part 3 of the 8 part mini series to Mr. Jim Gibson which will give u sum insight into Marie’s “credit worthiness” and why no one in their right mind would want my signature on the lease to mention again her willingness to pay the rent for the entire lease period upfront,

I take it u may not have hiked the Inka Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru and if not and u decide to set up shop in that region of the world I would love to introduce you to our friend and guide Augusto who could also brief you on the same things that are happening in our hemisphere also take place down there, the difference being that the vast majority of Peruvians have learned to adapt rather well to foreigners coming on to their soil wrecking havoc with the indigenous peoples, the Pope no doubt carrying some of those ills on his shoulders.

And now my Jewish brothers and sisters are applauding, once again, although those having spent time in South Africa, and who r on my “watch list” know that I haven’t forgotten the ills of the Jewish leadership in that corner of the world.

Until such time as we all start speaking the truth, telling it the way it is digging deep and getting away from the I don't recall too much - possibly a sign of old age, the greater the odds of us seeing a whole new peaceful age that the Digital Age now beckons.

I was just informed that Katy Keeton “Vice Chairman” of Penthouse Magazine, “passed away” 5 years ago, so why do u think Mr. Guccione is so fixated on keeping her name alive? Ms. Keeton, very likely had heard of my mother and may have possibly met Zena Gevisser on several occasions when my mother was putting on modeling shows at the Butterworth Hotel in Durban, South Africa.

These other “Perfect Storms” may provide u et al who choose to “cross my path” some level of comfort, but nothing more than a band-aid on top of a decapitated head thinking that I have a “missing link” but when you consider how painstakingly I have gone about lassoing in those who masterminded and executed the rigging of control of the 6th largest economy in the world u wud come to realize my taking you on this educational journey was not sum little experiment, quite different to my father’s 63rd mission on April 5th, 1945, south of Massa, Pontedera, Italy.

This is no dress rehearsal and u need to go back to the assurance, albeit verbal, that you gave Marie, “You can now breath!” and follow everything in the right chronology and hopefully there is still enough time left for you to do the right thing and remember no one, least of all my rather intelligent wife likes to be fiddled, without making the culprit pay big time.

To repeat, while sum folks are in search of a perpetual motion machine I tend to focus on the things that prevent man-woman from being their best, the human body much more than a miracle of G-D-Nature, 4 it’s sum is in fact not only far greater than the individual parts but is suggestive of something far more miraculous, perhaps nothing more complicated than the “Hand of God” at work, lighting up the fire from within each one of us, those of us, naturally, who are not brain dead.

Good Day,

Gary S. Gevisser
