Royal Mater sends my father Bernie Gevisser to “shoot her poison
tipped arrows” and then along comes Dr. Leizer
Molk married
at one time to my father’s sister Daphne Gevisser to “Save Zena” and now Zena Rosland Ash Gevisser Zulman has finally met her
match, rather intellectually honest one might say that she admitted to having
received a “heads up” that I wanted to sell this one of a
kind bachelor pad with a balcony view of Robbin Island in Seapoint, Capetown?

Gevisser is the master of “spin”
and like a gambler who has always won at the tables and cannot leave until
he-she is broke so it is with Royal Mater who to her credit has never taken to
gambling altho it is very much in her blood, her father
The
“problem” which my dearest Royal Mater mentioned without her going
into any details, immediately cutting the phone call short, is one that I have
in fact discussed at length and of course I have had my share of hiccups altho
really there has been only one Homefed whose share price today is some $53
odd up considerably since I uncovered back in December 1998 when it share price
was just a few cents a series of “problems”, the Digital Age, A G-D-Send
bringing with it the dividing line between fiction and non-fiction in to
crystal clear focus.
A leopard
does not change its spots and now my dear mother is going to pay very dearly
for thinking that she would be able to convince u not to “say
anything to my son who is so extraordinarily convincing” [sic].
Yes

u know of course that the further one is up the DAAC pyramid the less
the spread between the wholesale and retail price, moreover, what one pays in
one location and what one sells it back to the DAAC’s Central
Selling Organization in another location may be exactly the same, not that one
cannot work things out with one’s private banker in say Zurich,
Switzerland to negotiate on your behalf especially if u have the inside scoop
why someone like Onassis not in the least bit interested in having sex with

that is until Maurice Templeton showed up out of nowhere,

It
is only liars who need good memories and whatever brain damage may have been
done to me as a result of being sleep deprived when doing a review of my pal
Joe Steinberg’s Homefed Corporation a spin-off of his Leucadia National Corporation [LUK] it is pale in comparison to how

can just see Zena and Dr. Jonathan Beare who cannot stand the sight of each
other not only commiserating but jb moving his concubine to the Gevisser-Zulman enclave

telling u that I had “gifted” her the property would surely fly in
the face of the real estate records since she is in fact the person who bought
the unit with her own funds which I don’t think u bothered with asking
exactly where her funds originated, yet for her to remember so many other
details in terms of what I was doing in South Africa with a miniscule amount of
cash in my back pocket in 1995 when I met with folks like Trevor Manuel, South

truth, how in fact it was Royal Mater that kicked him out of
“their” one of a kind Clifton 2nd beach apartment

about” having to go “cap in hand” to his daughter and her
husband who gladly in return for baby sitting fees bought him another apartment
altho they didn’t dig all that deep into their deep pockets considering

to help out my father, I had agreed that he could use the pitiful rental monies
from this property as he chose and right now they are being used I believe to
fund his health insurance premiums which I stated previously I would continue
to do from here in the United States, and should I predecease Bernie I

English solicitor to my Royal Mater in an effort to have her “come

Is it not clear that she is more than angry over
being inundated with emails? She has repeated at least twice that she
“does not know me” while emailing me and giving me information on
the price of diamonds, going silent and angry with me when I presented her with

What's her problem? She seemed to be coming along ok and all
