Rod,

I agree with everything, particularly the point, "we have thought everything out".

Earlier I sent this email to a former executive of Simon & Schuster now owning a seminar business, it is not so much what Glenn Shapiro says as what he fails to say, my having purposefully kept u out of my recent broadcasted communiqués expecting that the peace and quiet would help u rise to the occasion, using the hot air bellowing out from their mouths and anuses, my feeling the need to spell things out perfectly clear, feeling the need to make things crystal clear the end is very near for those relatively few people hell bent on the Clean Water Fund project not taking shape.

Not for a moment can each of us forget exactly what it is that we bring individually as well as collectively to the table, my knowledge of not simply the machinations of the Diamond trade, the most insidious practice perfected over time by the rich, so brilliantly keeping the poor and downtrodden ignorant while being made to pay thru the nose to support the  fictitious lifestyles of the super rich from one generation to the next, the likes of Attorney General of the United States, Robert F. Kennedy, fully up to speed on who exactly he should NOT meet with when visiting Durban, South Africa in our summer of 1966, but moreover, such an understanding of the mentality of the people at the very top is again, in my humble opinion, critical to the rapid raising of the monies.

While it is a good thing to zero in on the numbers since this will at least allow those on the other side of the table to look like they are mulling over something while thinking about nothing other than saving their own skin we should not lose sight for one fricken moment that it is simply immaterial whether the initial monies required to get the pilot programs off the ground is $30 million or $3 trillion, those in opposition would balk if we were to ask them for 30 fricken cents, then again it does not take a rocket scientist to compute what getting 30 cents out of those remaining people on planet earth having the sense to recognize the Clean Water Fund Project makes perfect sense.

We have an engineer friend currently working on a project for the United States military that can measure bodily functions including brainwave patterns without any electrodes actually touching the skin and I was just thinking of u throwing in a couple of bucks in the budget for a measurement tool that while measuring the size of a penis without us being embarrassed asking the guys on the other side of the table to remove their underwear that has enough sensitivity built in to neutralize the advantage those with 4skins have over the rest of us.

Later,

Gary

Gary:

Lisa and I are on vacation this week. I am putting together an initial estimate of first round financing. While much needs to be "ground truth", I believe reasonable range will be $30 mil to $50 mil.

Upon further thought, I believe that our discussion with Derrick regarding pilot projects confused a couple of issues.

Initial financing is for purpose of the CWF fund as described and organized. We need a couple of initial projects to be sure that our plans are "real", we have thought everything out, and we have a factual basis for capital needs, turn around on investment, and structure of returns.

I agree with you that our road show is Not to fund the pilot projects, but fund the CWF. We will raise initial round of $$ for purpose of CWF. We simply want to say that we have a pipeline waiting funding.
