Subject: .... I concur... true nature...principles...record

Dear Mr. Spitzer – I assume this is your correct email address and if not I believe we can count on Messrs Berlin and Knapp to get this communiqué into your hands.

I certainly expect that both assistant United States Attorneys have shared with you everything I have communicated both in writing and verbally, my phone conversation with Mr. Knapp a week ago today covering not simply the evidence in my possession which I believe would be helpful in your refreshing criminal complaint filed in mid October against the $280 criminal megalopoly of AIG-Marsh & McLennan-ACE Ltd but at least equal in importance, my “credibility”, agree?

Again not that many folks I believe out there who have provided “risk assessment” services to the most rapacious and might I add wealthiest of lawyer-liars on the planet as well as being received ever so well when calling the likes of Maurice Hank Greenberg, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of A-M-A who surely remains your primary target, agree?

It possible, wouldn’t u agree that after I sent out this communiqué to your assistants very possibly triggering Mr. Ron Bellows Senior of AIG-M-ACE Ltd to respond the next day with,

anyone ( other than Gary ) - with any clue about this gibberish - please feel free to enlighten me

anyone at all - you can even call me at 201 404 5746

has your office now taking this senior Risk Management specialist up on his “anyone... anyone at all...46”, the $64,000 question, what’s next?

As I indicated to Mr. Knapp Esq. in order to ensure the truth gets out I believe the best approach at the present time in addition to my spelling things out in “black and white”, my Client-Partner-Wife Marie Dion thinking that photo in the previous hyperlink would make a great painting, is for the United States Congress to begin public hearings on the “financial condition” of the insurance industry, to mention little of more than a handful of people from around the world commenting that when reading this communiqué to Mr. David Altman, a good friend of Thabo Mbeki, South Africa’s prime minister, they did not pick up at first, “that the purpose of the missive was in no small measure to get my one relation, Stephen Cohen of Codiam Inc. to hightail it back to New York City so that after a bite to eat, catching up on what each of us have been doing since our summer of 1980 to then go “hand in hand” with me to visit with Attorney General of New York, Eliot Spitzera matter a mentioned in a subsequent email to Dr. John Pollard, not to be confused with the Israeli-American spy, Dr. Pollard referring to our last minute scheduled flamingo dancing party as “DULL” since the “cancellation notice” was "on the wire" for nearly 3 hours, not to suggest that your office had anything to do with delay that had Dr. Pollard showing up at my CPW Marie Dion’s former beach digs alone, feeling rather lonely especially since our parties r anything but dull!!

Booboos can happen and thru the use of logical thought processing, triangulation, one can over a period of time work out the “true nature of things”, again more than a handful of people in recent times sharing with me their “take on insurance gaming” one case apparently finding its way all the way to the Supreme Court of Arizona involving a law on the books known as “the right to passage”, this one gentleman who last name I believe is Cole arguing successfully that the requirement that he obtain auto insurance was forcing him to engage in “gambling”, that purchasing insurance from an organization that had simply got a license to “gamble” was interfering with his “right to passage” perhaps this Cole gentleman not even feeling the need to argue that by going “bear”, i.e. self insuring it was a more financially responsible act than buying into the false sense of security that the insurance carrier was “sumhow” [sic] financially more stable, agree?

Again more than a handful of folks, the majority people of color coming principally from South Africa, see increasingly the connecting dots between the “casino mentality” that has plagued the Republic of South Africa in the past decade, the insurance “game” and the most rigged and insidious business of all time, the DeBeers Diamond Cartel within moments in the history of time from imploding, the patience of the downtrodden masses who support our fictitious western economy cannot be counted on to last “4ever” [sic], agree?

Perhaps my beginning to explain things in “black and white” how very fortunate the peoples of the world r at this time to have someone like George W. Bush in the White House someone who is not only well balanced but someone who simply cannot be bought off, in my humble opinion, contributing greatly to the relative calm in the financial markets, agree?

May I make one further suggestion be4 I follow up tomorrow with a Mr. Larry Neilson of National Marketing Services about putting on an insurance seminar geared principally to principals of Independent Insurance Agencies worldwide on the subject matter, “Why the world’s financial markets have not imploded, yet and what u can do to help be part of the winning team, blah blah” for u and your close colleagues to give more thought to the “I concur” statement of Mr. RBS in support of the “disgust” put out by Ms. Catherine Greenberg London, the daughter of Maurice Hank Greenberg the Patriarch of the First Family Insurance, i.e. how would such an individual, so well informed, “This is what happens when you give rights to blacks”, still to the best of my knowledge on the payroll of this criminal megalopoly, know that,

“My family never discusses business. My father and brothers work for different companies; they have each achieved their own success. It is wrong to imply any underhanded contact.”

Not to forget Mr. Attorney General not so much that Mr. RBS refers to me as “boss” but his comments of praise directed towards me some 4 months ago,

indeed i am impressed - you took a very little and made into a very well said statement about the true nature - well done - glad I could help - rock on

I have every reason to be rather confident that if Mr. Nielson who was during the 1980s IMS’ head of sales primarily responsible for a team of terrific telemarketers who sold management systems to the most successful independent insurance agents in north America, the cost of such products and services running in to the several thousands of dollars, is able to draw on the services of those highly skilled and professional women who made up what I refer to as the A team of writers who have since moved on, all knowing full well THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING A WOMAN than u can bet your bottom dollar such a ground breaking seminar will break all records.

Good evening,
