suggesting the flue prevented you from checking your email and responding to my

that I was “online” ready to conclude the transaction but in response to my
heavily broadcasted communiqué to the Attorney General of the United States
that you chose carefully, not to mention not commenting that it was a bunch of
“jargon” until later when catching you playing it “fast and loose”?
Are you
rethinking your description of Windy Winn as a “scam artist”, it helping
to check what emails you sent out between 4:31
PM on Friday when I last heard
from you and when “out of the blue” on Monday you email me, “Where are we?”
How would
you describe yourself say to a prospective client who may have a listing you
want that has a “problem tenant” with whom you have something in common?
What goes
around comes around with a vengeance!
I will
assume you will continue to provide your “best efforts” and make certain your
clients who may in fact be exactly as you say, “wonderful, down to earth”
and also very possibly extraordinarily naïve especially the one you say “lives
like a hermit” in
