First, I am now much more than a “witness”.

 

I am a very “credible witness” that can help you, the owners as well as the entire world “short-circuit” this nonsense lawsuit.

 

Third, just with the information you appear to have on Windy Winn you would have been able not only to derail his political campaign to become another corrupt Del Mar city council member but equally important to “expose” all the rest of the crooks “running for office” as well as the incumbents who have FAILED to properly investigate what appears to be a “black and white” case of fraud that resulting in you evicting Windy Winn.

 

Fourth, Windy Winn just in terms of what he has written me AND MORE IMPORTANTLY failed to explain, instead choosing to go “deafeningly silent” should have you and the owners and OF COURSE your apparently greedy lawyers REJOICING ad-infinitum unless having things spelled out in crystal clear English doesn’t suit ALL of your agendas.

 

Fifth, I now want to know whether it is you, or the owners, or the lawyers or all of you who have NO INTEREST in “cutting to the chase, getting to the truth; each of you VERY POSSIBLY with your separate agendas that has EXACTLY which of you now “dragging your feet”?

 

Not to mention how the overwhelming majority of people on my email list, again made up of a statistically valid sampling of the world’s literate, crooked and forgive me again for telling it the way it is, also “Poverty of Thought” stricken human beings, are nothing short of “breathless” wanting to hear more about this most awesome Internet business “scrubbingmodel I was told about the other evening developed by my genius friend “Cor’s” wife, the applications very possibly greater than my Moshal cousins who control some one-third if not more of Internet gambling, soon after this so very poorly aging woman, gravity very much taking its toll on her rear end, came “flying at me” thinking that not only had I taken “her table” with a glass of wine that she had left unattended for half an hour over at the Pacifica restaurant located at the Del Mar Plaza that is increasingly attracting lower and lower class prostitutes, as whatever drug she did in the interim didn’t exactly leave anything to the imagination, her vile mouth managing to cover her staring eyes leaving the largest dirty footprint on her so lined forehead, but that I had decided to drink the wine my waitress had long since removed?

 

Sixth, my guess is that the owners of the property are in fact as you once said, “down to earth” people, now having to deal with the real “tough part” which is their concern about looking stupid rather than having lost money trusting a “gift of the gab scam artist” who WORST OF ALL gives the defenseless and impressionable youth a false sense of security that there is “open debate” in the United States of America, the most welfare dependant society in the history of the world.

 

Seventh, you are to please forward IMMEDIATELY this communiqué to the owners and to let them know that I would like to talk with them directly. They can first try emailing me and if I don’t respond immediately then to try my cell phone 1-858-735-6398.

 

Time is of the essence given how I will shortly be heading back to Del Mar to share all my “findings” both with the voters and authorities.

Winn/landlords ,myself as a witness are in a lawsuit that limits my ability to share much more . I would share a verbal conversation perhaps!The owners would like to take ad in the local newspaper telling all of Winns anticts.

 Is your main concern sub leasing the property? We have multiple people interested in the main house but would prefer leasing both. Price has not changed for anyone other then you.

Yes, we are still very interested but I need to know more about Winn bearing in mind that even if he doesn’t get voted in to the very corrupt city council he allows the council to make it look like there is someone out there “holding their feet to the fire” when of course there cannot be anything further from the truth.

 

I want to know the details for the simple reason it tells me about the owners and I would believe the owners would want me to know how apparently “trusting” they were of Winn.

 

Remember Winn is out there telling the “world” his “story” that makes him look like he is some sort of “saint” that property owners of a multi-million dollar residence would trust him with a “deferred rent” agreement and then when it comes time to “pay up” he thinks that by using such “off the wall” language no one would bother to “dig deeper”, no one that is apart from me.

 

So please do yourself and the owners a favor by doing the right thing and the smart thing which is also the right thing and explain in the minutest detail what exactly transpired and then tell me what is the best deal you have right now for renting either property bearing in mind that as the economy “grinds to a halt” the prospects of subleasing to “quality tenants” increasingly difficult making the “numbers” increasingly with each tick of the clock that much more difficult to “confirm”, not to mention I stuck around the entire weekend to “put to bed” our deal without of course wanting to pick up your flu, to mention little of why a “melt down” in the economy isn’t in the least bit “bad” for those very few who are “honest” and have people such as myself providing “backup” again my credibility beyond reproach.

First, I have not yet secured Marie’s new email address, perhaps you have more influence with register.com?

 

Second, I am back at our stone home and the dial up internet connection is “at best” very weak.

 

With that said, I have to prepare a number of things for this coming week including making sure that our dogs are well settled, i.e. they need to now be taken on a moonlit walk without fear of being shot by hunters who are more scary than anything depicted in cartoons.

 

Now IT IS time for me to know a little about the owners given how both you and they KNOW versus BELIEVE to have Marie and me as tenants is a “blessing from heaven” bearing in mind heaven as well as “hell” is here on planet Mother Earth for those who “usurp their limited authority”, not to mention I make it my business-personal to “play the cards” dealt to me at each and every moment to bring both peace and prosperity to all of G-d’s creations that include the 4 Ps, People, Pets, Plants and Property bearing in mind that while born and raised Jewish Orthodox I have the greatest despise for each and every member of the clergy including academia, the new corrupt church, for ALL their CONTINUED failure to simply tell the truth that begins with how extraordinary corrupt they REMAIN in not “taking on” the South African Apartheid Regime which ANYONE with just the slightest ability to logically thought process who was also a conscience human being during the 1960s UNDERSTOOD PERFECTLY WELL was allowed to exist for the simple reason that this racist government, a “smokescreen” for the most evil TERRORIST OF TERRORIST financing institution had the “blessing” of the United States Government that like the Apartheid Regime were under the “command and control” of my DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel family WHO have rather “brilliantly” had the “luxury of time” to “fade in to the shadows”, the DAAC interfering with the light today more than ever and as you might know you can tell a great artist painter by their ability to make the shadows transparent that brings out the color - no color in black and white - in the rest of the painting thus distinguishing the very few great painters that there are to the extraordinarily few great of greats like Sebastian Capella up there, if not better, than Sorrolla and Sargent, the two in a class of their own over the last 150 years.

 

And it really won’t take much more than explaining to me what the hell Windy Winn meant when he explained to me his reasons for leaving as follows:

 

I left my home after some 15 years because I had a deferred rent agreement with my landlord. The landlord was to be paid from the proceeds of an escrow. Chicago Title wrongfully sent the escrow proceeds to a bank in Michigan. The landlord did not get the deferred rent and asked me to leave.
