How much for both properties when rented as separate units?

 

Bear in mind we plan to keep our official residence in Del Mar at the Carriage-Cliff House owned by what seems to be a much more “willing to get involved” landlady than your so very absentee landlords that allowed over some 15 odd years their inherited property to be, “dumped” by a “scam artist”?

 

Further evidence, the better the evidence the better the proof, that money cannot buy class?

 

When I return later today following loading up on to The Internet what I just sent my attorneys in England I would be happy to fill out the same application as Windy Winn while having you place your John Hancock on all your email communications which I will then have framed.

 

What would it take for you to get the owners to assist me in “influencing” the Del Mar Times to place their-our ad?

 

Not to mention how Windy Winn has as his “platform” in this election his desire for “neighbors to resolve their conflicts peacefully outside of the courthouses”, enough assuming you had a conscience to want to vomit?

 Just spoke with owner,and he is not willing to get involved :re Winn.And please don't cc me/world anymore .

Looks like we may be going forward with splitting the properties and renting front house ASAP!And back house Dec. 1   .

Keep me posted if you want to fill out a application.
