Fred – My Client Partner-Wife Marie Dion received this email below from the real estate broker representing the Warrens who are the apparent legal owners of the rental property which CPW MD rents.

I am currently up in Santa Monica about to head over to an Israeli friend of mine be4 heading back to Del Mar when I will confer with Marie who I lasted communicated with earlier today at 9:55 AM PST for approximately 33 seconds.

In the meantime please let me know whether u would still be interested in representing her, need I remind u of first doing a “conflict test.”

Although u asked that I not copy anyone on my missives to you, at this time, as we discussed, there is no "attorney client" privilege to "speak of" leading me to include certain individuals some of whom can be relied on to provide "back up" in the event that I were to say, "go missing".

Action speaks louder than words, some of my colleagues in the "insurance game" more than capable of assisting u to knock sense in to these nutcases who seem to derive great satisfaction in exceeding the limits of their small authority.

Marie,

I put a copy of the original lease in the mail to you today. It has the blue ink original signatures on it. The owner didn't accept the extension we first proposed. Your move out date is September 30, 2004. You are also in breach of your lease contract by having more then the three people living there listed in Item 1-B page 1 and you have two dogs, not one as stated in Item 13, page 3. Please let me know when I can do the walk through. Copy sent to the owner.
