Doug hi – U may or may not be aware but my Client Partner Wife Marie Dion who u have not met may need a seasoned real estate attorney who should have no difficulty appreciating the stellar “pre-discovery” work I have done against both the owners of my studio-cottage as well as CPW MD’s 2 story rental property here in the flats of Del Mar.

It would also be terrific that such a person with an equally stellar reputation to mine has some worldly experience in dealing with Family Court issues, such a combination of skills perhaps not all that difficult to find in this part of the world where other than SCAL [Shareholder Class Action Litigation] work all the money making legal work worth talking about remains in the war business where money is no object and real estate development which is based to a large degree on the Federal Government continuing to allow us thirsty southern Californians to draw on that 800,000 acre feet off the Colorado river belonging to the other lower basin states party to the Colorado 4.4. plan, something I don’t recall Mr. Hershel Price disclosing while doing a rather horrible job of attempting to show in another distraction letter to the editor published in the local Del Mar Times his “risk assessment” capabilities, agree?

Hershel u may recall a week ago today being appointed as Del Mar’s representative to the San Diego County Water Authority over my objections that he should first be subjected to at least a couple of my softball questions as in

1)    How do u sustain the rate of growth specifically as it applies to real estate development?

2)    Have we in fact overbuilt?

I once met a South African female attorney specializing in child custody battles when lunching at Rainwaters with Jeffrey R. Krinsk who for some reason is not responding to my “pleas” for assistance, very possibly the JRK has today more on his plate to deal with knowing that I am just moments away in the space of time from raising sufficient monies to take on his bought and paid for media stooges to mention just in passing having sent out earlier today a 2072 missive to a Mr. Jonathan Beare courtesy of his nephew who I am doing my level best to assist in the one and only big deal I have been given permission to discuss, Dr. Jonathan Beare, a physicist by training, if not the richest person in the world then surely having the wherewithal to arrange in a matter of 7 days or less the most amount of hard cash than anyone on this planet including me assuming of course I continued refusing to part with my art.

Who is to say really what any of us “favored class” is worth in this “dog eat god” [sic], getting easier and easier tho, to track thanks to the Digital Age, A G-D-Send, those who play it “fast and loose” talking of which Dr. John Ben Stewart, my CPW’s former at least twice divorced husband and Sperm Donor of her 2 children called the house a little earlier leaving the following message

I wondered if you want Jonathan to be able to ride the school bus

So I need to know if u wanted um Jonathan riding the school bus from your house

Bear in mind Dr. JBS still has the “blocks” placed on our JoNathan’s email account preventing both his mother as well as me from communicating with our JoNathan when he is in the custody of his biological father, the fact that this out of control over controlling individual continues to act like there is nothing wrong in the world, leaving a message ending with, “So call me back” when he knows perfectly well my CPW MD wouldn’t be idiotic to waste her time getting in to “He said-She said” with someone pathological, enough to make even a grown man cry, agree?

The children tho, with each tick of the clock not only wising up to the real world made up of kids growing in to “diks” [sic] but more importantly thanks to the Digital Age, again A G-D-Send able to deduce for themselves by examining carefully in “black and white” what is the figment of a sick person’s imagination and what is truth, that which does not change, agree?

Also, eventho I know this is late notice, let me know if u wish to join us for drinks and dinner this evening starting in 1 minute, at around 4:30 PM PST, on the deck of the Del Mar Plaza in the company of 3 of the smartest most beautiful women in the world who have agreed that their husbands made up of poor, poor me, supported by the #1 water authority person west of the Colorado Rockies and if not the smartest insurance person then this other trusted fellow is without a shadow of a doubt the smartest “risk management” person walking the planet.

So what exactly do u have to lose other than having fun, fun, fun?
