I have
not heard back from your estate agents and perhaps it is worth your while

of being able to not only have free and fair markets but to
maintain the bragging rights that

really dont have very much to say other than you can only hope I fail in
bringing increasing Public International Attention to both the greed as well as stupidity of people who

Really sorry to hear about your dog
since I was a little girl. We always had a German Shepard
though - great
dogs! Hope he gets better soon!
Well you asked for yes's to your questions on your last
e-mail. The answer
is yes to all the questions. As I said, I had spoken to
Valerie about the
insurance and she said that we could take over her
insurance for the cafe
instead of starting a new policy.
The two months rent and cleaning deposit is fine by us
aswell.
The date of occupancy we were looking for was the 1st of
September - with a
view of starting to move the week before, if thats ok.
The reference from Hosegood Ford - They are our Estate
Agents, we rent our
flat from them. They will be able to tell you that we
have never missed any
rent payments and no payments have ever been late.
Let me know if you need anymore references - I could get
you a work
reference for Jamie and also some personal references if
need be.
